fredmath:I agree with Fredmath that it would be nice to have pictures. I'm sure however that it is a nice property so people should call grandstar. I think you would get 70% more interest if you had pictures though, a lot of people seem to travel far to properties for it to be not what they had in mind. The mind is a beatiful mechanism and it can make one think that something appears as it doesnt. |

This is exactly why at www.lomolink.com you will not be able to advertise without having a picture to support it. It does not have to be a 12 Megapixel photo and if you don't know how to take good photos that is your business. It will at least make prospective tenants or buyers have a better experience on the site. I will write a guide on how to take a GOOD photo soon as not everyone knows and you wouldn't believe how useful it is. |

oduz:Not a cheap way at all. To be honest this is probably the most effective way. Why not market what your needs are and get as much people to give quotes as possible. Afterall you will obviously ask to see his or her portfolio and will not be at loss if you say no. So keep quoting and make sure your that the price is right, you might get good business! |

The problem is that there is no arbituary person. Someone who's role is strictly objective and not biased. A lot of people that have posted here have different opinions, some that favour the landlord and some that favour the tenant. I personally have been on both sides of the fence and like @donspoony rightly said it boils down to trust. Would you not pay a small fee if you knew that the person in the middle could handle it well and act without favouring someone? We all would. It is just that too many middlemen accept bribes. Only trusted middlemen would really be used and it can take time to build a name like that. Really if we could rely on the government and banks then those properties that we loan from them could be used and they would be responsible for ensuring that dodgy landlords are dealt with well well! The good thing about properties in Ghana is that you will find good good infrastructure. I am not buying this flat but I like this advert because you described it well and it makes me want to look at it. You gave good measurements an included the price. The only thing I would say would be a bit more useful is if there were pictures!! |

As Fhemmy said, the renting system will only work when there is trust. Even in the UK and USA, the Law still favours the tenant and we can only imagine how many smart Nigerian tenants will not want to pay |

I hear your brudda. The website is coming soon and will be ready in a few weeks. The website has filters and will do it's best to ensure that the pictures attatched to the photos are relevant. It will however filter out those who are too lazy to even upload a photo!!! |
