You can travel without a visa but you would need to give proof of invitation on arrival to the T & T Immigration there.

If you are coming from PH then you need to take the PH-Aba-Ikot Ekpene-Itu-Calabar Express Way up to the Odukpani Junction near Calabar and Navigate upwards on the Calabar-Ikom Express way to Ikom. When you get to Ikom you take the Ikom-Obudu Rd at Ikom to Obudu .If you intend to go to the Obudu Cattle Ranch it is not in Obudu Town but in Obanlinku Local Government.

After all said and done, there are still lots of Nigerians living honestly ,working in decent jobs ,earning good income,living in their own property and paying the same price for living in an expensive place like London. Everyone's experience depends on their individual circumstances. Even the ones doing odd-jobs still live decently and manage to invest in their own buildings in Nigeria. The Poles,Romanians,Bulgarians are not really a threat to us. We still corner the Security Guards and Care Home markets while they mainly corner the Construction/Building markets.

I started living in a homeless hostel to a 1 bedroom shared flat, to a bedsit, to 2 a bedroom flat to owning a 3 bedroom Massionette in London. London may be expensive but the earth is the Lord's, and he is able to help us overcome the Giants in the land.

You do not need to offer money in order to get visit visa, you will only get issued one on your own merit. First of all you will need a UK sponsor to provide you with a letter of invitation with proof of his immigration status in UK. Also, you will be asked to provide proof of finances available for your trip or your UK sponsor could provide proof of being able to support you during your visit. The standard of proof is that the ECO must be satisfied that you are a genuine visitor,that you do not intend to school or work there and that you will leave the UK after your period of visit expires.

The cost of traveling to Dubai depends on the date/time of travel. I am not aware if there are any special offers in Nigeria but from UK I paid £1200 for a family of 4 for 4 nights at a 4* Hotel/flight/airport pick-up during August last year. Its more cheaper (half the price I paid) around January /February. £100 fetched me 660 Dirhams by then.Now N100 is 2.86AED. Emirates flies from Lagos to Dubai directly so why not check with the travel agents in Lagos.

As an insider, I can advise you that if you are re-submitting a new Student Visa application  you should make sure that there is ample time before the course starts or else the ECO at the BHC will have good reason to refuse it again . You should not use a fire brigade approach, there is nothing wrong in applying for the September 2007 session now instead of the January 2007 session. Some visa applications require commonsense instead of wsted prayers.

I have just finished wqatching the Casino Royale film. My best bits were the free running scenes by the Black French guy. The ending of the film wasnt properly scripted to me. Daniel Criag just appears over the guy who scammed the $40m Casino winnings and told him the franchise line, "My name is Bond, James Bond". The ending just reminded me of Nigerian films that try to prepare the way for a Part 2. There was no attempt to show whether James Bond was able to recover the money or not; also , the scene where James Bond is inside the water trying to rescue the double-agent (Bonds girl) from the cage, how come they were both under the water for the same length of time but only James Bond has a special set of lungs to make him survive under water while she dies

I've got the Audio Bible loaded on my Ipod (complete with Chain & Cross references), so it gets the same treatment as my Cell (we call it Mobile) phone.


By the way, my Pastor (M.Ashimolowo) always tells us that 'if God is not the one calling you on your Cell/Mobile phone during church service you shouldnt use it there'
