I don't think leaving yourself open to your wife is a bad idea. It does depend on the wife though. You know your woman and only you can say...at least, I hope you know your woman and not believe she is what you WANT her to be.

I am very open to my Lady and vice versa. My phone diverts to hers if it's switched off. Her finger print is registered on my device and vice versa. She knows the pin ms to my debit cards. She knows the passwords to my various accounts and emails. But she doesn't go out of her way to snoop, to track or whatever.

We'll be 7 years married this month after dating long distance for 8 years. So we've been together for 15 years and contrary to the crowd of pessimists on Nairaland, I am enjoying my marriage still.

I'm not saying there are no and have not been any challanges but nothing that has threatened our relationship in ANY way.

Most Nigerians are not marriage material. This is why you see so much strife and confusion in the home. Why would a so-called married man not think about building a house first but rather hand over his entire money to his parents?

Bible says a man shall leave his parents and cling to his wife. Yet Nigerian bred men want to be married while still clinging unto their mother's apron. No wonder an increasing number of women are opting out of marriage. Nobody wants to be married to a man-child.

OP, don't put his name on the lease. He is a wicked man. If you had been foolish enough to use your share of the money on frivolties like shoes and clothes or handed your share of the money to your parents, would there be any house right now?

Honestly, people really need to look before they leap into this thing called marriage. The bible was not wrong when it said: " The heart of man is desperately wicked. Who can know it?."

It's the role of government to enact and enforce laws to benefit its citizenry. It's not up to a profit-making company to charitably hire more people than it needs to. If they could run with only 1 worker in Nigeria, they would, and there's nothing wrong with that. After all isn't MTN paying taxes (and or fines) that are supposed to benefit Nigeria? Aren't they providing much-needed infrastructure that other Nigerian elites are refusing to provide? Please direct your anger to Nigeria's leadership, not to South African business shareholders.

It is then not possible for Tsiga to sign my Certificate and Mr. Bomoi who left before Tsiga signed Mrs. Adeosun's Exemption Letter, since the two certificates were issued same month and year. Everything he said is the truth. But that slavery part is more than the truth. There is this guy i know in south africa who was not doing anything meaningful. The guy was just surviving. Then luck smiled upon him and he won this lotto number thing of more than 20000 dollars. He immediately bought a flight ticket to nigeria. Went to nigeria, bought an suv. Flexed and slept with a lot of girls. Finished the money and came back to SA empty handed and started struggling again. Now he's worse off than before he won that money.
