Iheanacho should leave working with Guardiola and work with Puel? Na wa.
puel turned players like henry, hazard and a few other into world class stars...trust me he is one of the best at developing talent.

Man City Keeping Close Tabs On Enterprising Nigerian Forward Dennis Bonaventure Dubbed ” Nigerian Neymar”

https://owngoalnigeria.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/image-162.jpg

Following the success of Kelechi Iheanacho at Manchester City, the Etihad based outfit could yet add another Nigerian to their squad, going by reports gathered by the editorial staff of Owngoalnigeria.com.

Scouts from English Premiership giants Manchester City were in the stands when Zorya took on Stal Kamianske in a Ukraine Premier League game, with Nigerian 18 year old forward Emmanuel Dennis Bonaventure starting for Zorya.

The 18 year old is reportedly one of the players scouts of Manchester City came to watch alongside other players, as the winners of the Manchester derby step up their transfer activity in the country where one of their latest signing Oleksandr Zinchenko comes from.

Infront of the scouts of Manchester City, Bonaventure was on for 72 minute before he was substituted for Denys Bezborodko in the game that ended 2-2. A product of Football Academy Abuja, he is nicknamed Neymar due to his similar hairstyle with that of the Barcelona Brazilian super star.

So far he has made four appearances for Zorya, in what is his first full season as a professional footballer. He also has one goal to his name and one caution picked up due to excessive celebration after scoring in the league opener on his professional debut.
The amount of talents coming out of Abuja academy is pleasant surprise, almost all their exports have sick quality...that academy is going places with their training facilities and experienced coaching....I even heard they beat real Madrid in a youth cup final...our football is going to incredible heights if we can have such excellent academies in nigeria.

Sorry abt the 'e'. Slip of fingers.

I have never expected much from Ighalo.

I have followed him since 2009 when he was with Udinese and also played for the Flying Eagles. He turned out average at the WYC of 2009 much to the disappointment of most enthusiasts then.

He resurfaced again with the dream Team V alongside, Oduamadi, Igiebor,Ujah, Raheem and the likes. Oduamadi, Igiebor and Raheem were the stand out performers from that crop. Ighalo flopped again.

Enroute qualification for the 2011 All Africans where they won the first leg 3-1 in Benin, I met the team at the International wing of the Murtala Mohammed Airport where they were to board their flight to Accra. Toyin Ibitoye of Channels TV was with them. Among the very few faces of players i could recognise then were those of Oseni, Lukman and Ighalo. I no sabi all them Oduamadi, Igiebor, Ujah by face then.

I personally walked up to Ighalo. I told him "Ighalo the whole of Nigeria is banking on you o".
All he did was to smile and rubbed his hand on his chest meaning "cool temper". I smiled back and went my own way. We lost that game 2-0! and we crashed out.

His rise in profile was so sudden. From my experience, such players turn out to be a flash in the pan. They usually have abt 2 or at most 3yrs of good games thats all.

Brown ideye is not any better.

For now i dnt really consider Anichebe reasons for which u know already. Except things would have changed by now.

Victor Osimhen, I dnt think he can shoulder the responsibility by 2017. He may not likely be our main striker even at the 2018 WC though he 'may' make the squad. He is just abt to start his professional career in January. Lets see him develop and very importantly lets see if he can transfer his U17 performance to the senior level.
If he develops well I see him more post 2018 WC.
2018 WC is abt 18months away. E no far like that o. He is not yet a professional player.

Kayode is hard working. He has always been like that since his U17 days. Let us see him in a friendly. But as i have earlier said i dnt see him as the heir apparent to that Position.

I would want us to also try Isaac Success as a CF in the march friendly. He is already more deadly than Ighalo at Watford. I see him as a better prospect in the nearest future.
Oga if ighalo disappointed you when you counted on him most then I'm sure he is sorry, but you cannot start doubting his quality just because of that...yes he may not be on form now but the whole world has seen his quality in the past years...go check the goals he scored last season....and his rise was not sudden like that ooh....he had to prove himself at udinese, Granada, Watford before having a shot at fame, the guy has worked for it oga...he was even seriously linked to man u at some point last season, Watford rejected the deal(to show how highly they rate him)...on form he is the best super eagles striker available.

Kelechi Nwakali was "awesome" in his side's 3-2 comeback win friday night. Wow!

He won a penalty after a mesmerising strong run from midfield. Had two shots on target which drew strong saves from the opposition goalie. And he just "did his thing". He's fast growing mehn.. Just give him a little more time.

MVV is topping the second division in Holland with Nwakali flying high again. Will drop a related news article in the youth/cadet talents thread.... smiley

I hope Sir Maastricht shows up again soon..... smiley
this guy I've been watching you for a while in this thread, and most times it's as if you read my mind with your analysis and dedication to the SE....But I do hope you already are or at least considering going into soccer professionally and I would like to know you area of specialty/interest...I'm am upcoming agent and I share your enthusiasm kudos!

This is s a poorly produced but still decent video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEx6kwuoJco

Watching him is how to really understand what a talent he is.
how on earth is this guy still in the npfl, this guy is a special talent...his scoring instincts is unreal for a midfielder...speed, strength, workrate, movement...this guy nah complete package...I'm too sure he gonna be leaving his club soon, talents like these don't go unnoticed. this guy should get a call up asap

I watched some clips of Aluko today after he picked up the Championship Player of the Month, and he was excellent. He can produced even more than Etebo did since he packs skills with his work rate. Then Nwobodo is an excellent choice too. Bundle of skills, hardworker. I want Rohr to give him a chance.
please if you have a clip of that nwobodo guy share, would like to see the guy

No elite player would go invisible for almost an entire season; that's what Hazard did last season after putting up a world class performance in 2014/15 season that had everyone almost fooled that he was in Messi/CR's level. His performance last season was shambolic for an elite, and he would have a lot of convincing to do this season to show that he is not a one season wonder.
your post is very disappointing on many levels,
firstly, hazard has been playing and improving at the top level since the age of 18, secondly his individual awards is enough to know he is no one season wonder, so just drop that deluded notion....then I'm sure you know these players are also human and a lot of things can make a player lose form these days, plus give him a break he has been exceptional since 18...and bro trust me nobody is been fooled only a blind person will say hazard is not a world class player, if hazard were to be in Madrid or bayern he would have been idolised

guy messi doesn't know you so what ever you say here would not affect him one bit...he doesn't give a fvck, but you do clearly...why can't "football fans" get to appreciate both ronaldo and messi for the wonderful athletic geniuses they are and stop all this unnecessary hating.

u dnt knw what u are saying. Bale won both during his time.
You are right bruv, just confirmed.
SportsRe: Who Will Win The EPL Player Of The Season? by Loogan(m): 11:53pm On Mar 28, 2015
Greatihex:
what i mean is that if he is gud enough to win the senior one, he will also win the young one, cus he is stil within the age bracket. Just lyk during bale's time. Suarez did nt win it because he was above the age. Once a young player (i.e. Below 26) wins the senior one, he is most certainly going to win the other one.
Guy a player can't win both the Player of the Year and Young player of the year in the same season even if he's within the age bracket, if you are the most outstanding player in a season, no matter how old you are (even if you are 19) you are gonna win the POTY award, but once you have that u can't win the YPOTY

You are confused bro if you can't decide if Hazard is a midfielder or forward.
Lol who is confused?, u are asking me irrelevant questions about what position hazard plays without making any valid point to what I said earlier, bro don't quote me again if u don't have anything point to make!
And go learn about tactical position, then u will understand what iv been trying to say.
SportsRe: I Can Pay A Million To Watch Hazard by Loogan(m): 2:26pm On Mar 20, 2015
Krasid:
So what would you classify hazard as? Midfielder or Forward.
Both, except for some core places in midfield I can't classify him e.g DMF, CM

Krasid:
You have not answered my question.Which position has he played the most for Chelsea this season?
Nxt be more specific with ur questions..you first asked "which position does hazard play"
Hazard mostly plays as AML(attacking midfield left) for chelsea but he sometimes switch flanks.

Why the question?, I believe u have a point present it pls!
SportsRe: I Can Pay A Million To Watch Hazard by Loogan(m): 12:50pm On Mar 20, 2015
Krasid:
One question.Which position does Hazard play?
Hazard can play any of the attacking positions in midfield: AMR, AMC, AML,..
He can also play as a winger, inside forward or a false9.
SportsRe: I Can Pay A Million To Watch Hazard by Loogan(m): 12:03pm On Mar 20, 2015
Krasid:
I want to know who in your opinion is a much better counter attacking threat than Ronaldo.
The thing that annoys me the most about you haters is that most of you guys have never really watched hazard play, but u jump into conclutions about the guy...
Hazard is a world class player, best creative player in all of Europe this season, top contender for the EPL player of the year award. Please if u can't create time to watch hazard's matches atleast check his stats before coming to write rubbish!
Imagine someone comparing hazard and nani, what an insult..
And you people that are shouting that hazard doesn't score goals, tell me how many goal zidane scored that he won the ballon d'or thrice, it was mostly down to his unmatchable creativity which hazard has in abundance.
