There is a difference between speaking in tongues and praying in tongues, when you speak in tongues you need and interpreter but when you pray in tongues you communicating with the Holy Spirit and so you need no interpreter

when does someone speak in tongues or pray in tongues, am confused?

Just the type of education we need in this country and not the overated grades inclined curriculum we have in Nigeria. Even some of our university students can't boast of what those kids are doing because everything is based on the grades you have in the university.
