Family › Re: My Wife Thinks I Got Someone Else Pregnant N by LordReed(m): 9:22pm On May 23, 2025 |
unzend: Hello everyone, I need your opinions on this issue that’s causing some interesting situation at home.
I’ve been working fully remote for two years now, taking care of the kids and managing the house after moving into a state in Nigeria from Lag. (I was hybrid before and go to Lag weekly before- not easy). Last Friday, my wife came back home from Lag - we stiĺl maintain our house there cos she works there , and everything just went upside down.
I stepped outside to take get somewhere, and she checked my phone (we’re recently being locking phones). She saw a pregnancy scan on my phone that mentioned something about “breech presentation.” The thing is, this scan isn’t mine! It belongs to my Farm worker’s wife. He showed it to me while talking about her condition, and I took a picture to keep it for him for hospital records and future reference. That’s all.
When my wife saw it, her mood changed instantly. She started asking me tough questions, but I gave vague answers cos I knew her tendedncy to have persismistic thoughts and conclusions. Haha! She concluded I got another woman pregnant. Before I knew it, she called my mum, then my dad. That same evening, my dad came over to comfort her. From his expression, it looked like he also thought I messed up. I just excused myself and left the room.
Now, my mum and dad have called me, saying they’re disappointed and telling me to repent from “adultery.” I got upset and told them I’m a grown man who can make my own choices, and I haven’t done anything wrong.
She informed all my in-laws and says my FIL is really angry.
The while situation has sent my wife into a spiral—she’s paranoid, heartbroken, and acting sick. She’s telling me to pay off this “woman,” block her, and never speak to her again. I told her I won’t do that cos the woman may have being her!
Right now, I’m just letting things sit to see how it plays out, but the tension between us is heavy. My wife is not herself, and my parents are treating me like I’ve sinned. She even acted up to the point She was prophesying my Downfall cos of my Adultery. Like in the spirit the 30 minutes straight. I just dey shake my head.
What's your opinion about this, I plan to keep it on for as long as I can withstand the drama. Why did you give vague answer when asked? What was so difficult in letting her know it was your farm hand's wife? Guy I dey suspect you. |

DeepSight: I can't really speak to evidence but the collective memory of humankind is highly suggestive of some significant event in the deep past.
I say this because flood myths are almost universal and exist in almost all cultures of the world. They are by no means unique to the Abrahamic religions. Any culture that develops close to a body of water prone to flood will have flood myths. This is not a sign of a memory of a global flood. Just like diverse language doesn't mean the Tower of Babel was real. |

AngelahFlo: Beautiful That you can't prove the validity of the event because of seeming evidence doesn't disprove it's existence. For the event of Sodom and Gomorrah it did happen. One of National Geographic presenters did a documentary on it a few years ago. You mentioned 10 years, it might be sooner than that or exceed that time line. That aside, I know you ain't a Christian so I'm gonna pick your brain and know your view concerning the ongoing middle east tension. In your view what's the end result of it. Will there be an eventual truce between Israel and Palestine or will this culminate into a full scale World war 3. One more thing Watch out for a post on that soon LoLz. Link to the documentary or is it just another lie? An event of the magnitude of a GLOBAL flood MUST leave evidence so please save yourself the bullshìt. I am not a clairvoyant claiming to know the future but I know bullshìt when I see it. Meanwhile, in my opinion the war in Gaza will not devolve into WW3, there is no reason for it to. For one it is too regional to affect global interactions enough to push the war buttons of multiple nations given the current structure of global politics. Basically, too many things need to happen to make it become a WW. |

AngelahFlo: It's so interesting that it's your kind that doubts what history proves to be true. It's so sad indeed. I'm not gonna argue with you because you're set in your thoughts and beliefs and you're a free agent so I won't force or make you see what you don't wanna see because of your beliefs but I'll maintain one stance and that is...You'll remember this day and this post when the time comes and that whether you BELIEVE IT OR NOT...This world will be done away with. All the corruption that this world is bedecked with will pass away. Keep your thoughts and beliefs. It's your choice but it won't change the REALITY. "Proves to be true" now you've added lying to your repertoire. There is no evidence whatsoever that these were real events except the ones dishonest people like you make up. LoLz. We'll be here don't worry and we'll see who is twisting reality. 10 years is not too far. I've been on NL for longer than that and it is a tiny fraction of 2000 years. |

I rest my case. LoLz. Not surprised that you are using stories that didn't happen to buttress another story that will never happen. Not surprised at all. Bwahahahahaha! |

BibleInterpreta: Q: Who is God the Creator?
A: God the Creator is the quality of love (bestowal) - 1 John 4:7-8,16
Additionally, when we say love in bible interpretation, we refer to the intention, and not just the action. The action of love that is lacking in the intention of love is hypocrisy. When you are able to attain the intention of love and bestowal towards people, you are able to exist in the spiritual. That is what it means to be in the spirit. Like I said your god is whatever you want him to be. Some other person will come with a different interpretation that is diametrically opposed to yours and say that is the god, the creator. Your god is a figment of your imagination. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Q&A: Why Biblical Claim Of The Sun Standing Still Doesn't Contradict Science by LordReed(m): 4:41pm On May 22, 2025 |
DeepSight: More than that, this refrain that their Lord is good is something that their Lord himself denies. He says he is both good and evil, both light and dark. The god is whatever they want him to be. It's projection of the most imaginary order. |
Christianity Etc › Re: Q&A: Why Biblical Claim Of The Sun Standing Still Doesn't Contradict Science by LordReed(m): 4:22pm On May 22, 2025 |
BibleInterpreta: Skeptics aren’t enemies of faith or spirituality; they are often truth-seekers who simply demand coherence, evidence, and honesty. Instead of dismissing your claims, I invite you not to belief what I've written, but to try and work with your intention by using your egoistic desire with the intention of love (anyone can do it), as it is written, “Taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8 ). “Taste” refers to an inner, experiential connection with the Creator’s Light, the sensation of His quality of bestowal and love within one’s corrected desires. “See” signifies a higher perception, a spiritual clarity where one grasps the unified reality governed by the Creator’s force of unity. “The Lord is good” points to the Creator’s essence: pure, boundless bestowal, which brings joy, harmony, and fulfillment when we align with it. I've had enough of imaginary relationships so thank you but no thank you. |

BibleInterpreta: Dismissal is easy. Sincere inquiry is difficult. But I understand your frustration. I am a rational scientist, seeking truth. Bible Interpretation does not demand belief, it offers a way to transform your perception of reality, and that is the only true demonstration that matters. If you're ever ready, the door is open. My frustration? Bwahahahahahaha! I'm not the one trying to use a book of mythology to do imaginary science. LoLz. |

I am referring to Matt 16:27-28
For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done. Truly, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom Paul's writings make it seem imminent. Christianity Etc › Re: The Antichrist Effect by LordReed(m): 8:41am On May 21, 2025 |
AngelahFlo: We're living in the last days and most of us don't know it. The bible says "in the days of Noah, there was eating, drinking and...(careless living)" until the flood came. That's what we're experiencing this days as everyone is busy pursuing one deal or personalpursuit or the other. Forgetting that we'reon this earth to impact lives. Now to the heart of the matter: A time will come when it will be impossible to spend your money. You'll have money in your account but you won't be able to access it unless you sign up for the one world government financial system. It'll be so bad that you can't gift the money to anyone not approved by the One world government. So as you go about your business know this truth and live right cos on that day ehn!! You'll be caught between two choices. Take the mark and be able to do business or starve and make heaven through the combined efforts of other Christian family who'll be going through the same challenges as you. LoLz. You lot have been "living in the last days" for the past 2000 years. Abeg talk another thing. |

I'm 30+ and does not have gray hair on my manhood region but she claims to be 27 but has gray hairs on her womanhood.
Could this mean she is older and claimed fake age? No, it doesn't mean that. Gray hairs can come anytime even in children. It is a genetic thing. |

The author didn't make it clear what is troubling the parents. The abortion laws or the medical costs of keeping her alive. Anything is possible if we suppose it.
