He can't explain how, base on liberal values, Xavier is not a liberal, but rather choose to believe such simply because it makes him feel good grin grin grin grin grin

Also, he's not interested in the topic of abortion, and which liberal value made Xavier pro-life, but rather, is more interested in branding Xavier "not a liberal". This is funny as hell 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well, if that makes you be at peace, then good. You have my blessings 😊😊😊😊😊

To my fellow liberals that might be curious on why I chose such stand on the issue of abortion. I'm open to discussion. Liberal to liberal, let's engage, as we appeal to our liberal values on the issue 😎

And one more thing to all who care to know, I personally think pro-life and pro-choice are not conservative and liberal ideologies, I feel we are just the one making them so for political reasons. In my interactions with people, I've come across pro-choice conservatives and pro-life liberals, the latter I happen to be a part of... proudly 😎

But as I earlier said, if any liberal here wants to engage me on the topic, I'm open to that discussion, after all, reasoning is a liberal value 🙃🙃🙃

Doing that doesn't stop the man from paying child support. Are you seriously saying this? Don't you follow child support cases? If you can decide to keep a pregnancy by yourself I should also get to decide if I want the baby or not.
It totally does. You have no legal obligation to support a child you have no rights to. If the reverse was the case then any man can be held for child support.

Yours and mine. When you go to the shop to buy something do you expect the cashier to judge you? No you don't even though in their mind they are judging you. You expect professionalism from every service worker you meet even if they are itching to tell you just how much they hate you. Those are all masks we have to wear. I dunno what kind of job you do but I am pretty sure you do not tell everybody you meet at your job what you truthfully and honestly think about them. That sir is a mask of politeness you must wear, like it or not.

cheesy cheesy Ignorance is caused by lack of education, usually due to poverty, lack of information, political and leadership failure, etc. Not reigion. Correct me if i am wrong, but i don't know of any mainstream christian denomination that is against family planning. If some few people think it is against God's Word to plan their family, it is a personal decision they decided to have. It is NOT something taught in the Bible. The Bible and religious places remain the easiest, straight-forward, and most effective places to teach people family planning and get immediate and lasting acceptability.
Is Deeper Life in favour of using condoms? What of MFM? Catholics certainly do not support the use of condoms and that is by far the biggest Christian denomination.

I didn't say ignorance is caused by religion, I said ignorance tends to be perpetuated by outdated superstitions like from your ancient book. Which in other words is, ignorance is encouraged by belief in ancient superstitious tales.

Sure a church would be a great place to teach people family planning but they won't be taught how to use a condom from the Bible nor will the advice for how to decide if an IUD is needed come from it.

Why don't we apply this to child support?

It's insane to say women deserve to decide what happens to a pregnancy alone, by themselves but men still can't decide afterwards. You decide to keep a pregnancy, fine, the man has no way, but after you birth the baby, and the man says he's no interested, y'all say that is wrong?
Because the child no longer needs the woman's body to survive?

If the man decides he wants nothing to do with the child he can sign a legal document saying he gives up all parental rights so tomorrow he can't come back and say he is the father. It's that simple.

This is culled from a different platform I posted on and thought to share here also. It could also be believed to be an excerpt of a book I am working on.

Over the years, I’ve written countless articles and made more comments than I can count. One day, a viewer asked me, Why do you keep condemning the way we live? What’s your goal—are you trying to create chaos? At the time, I didn’t have a response. Maybe I was preoccupied, but here’s the answer I should’ve given: Truth. It’s the only thing I believe can save us. Because the world we see? It’s built on secrets and illusions. People spend their lives pretending, just to fit in.

Take relationships, for example. So many are founded on lies—marriages sustained by deception. From the moment we’re born, society feeds us falsehoods. Governments create policies and then lie about them. Businessmen sell us substandard products and call them premium. Even scientists develop new medicines, and behind it all, there’s often an air of dishonesty. And religion? Belief is no stranger to bending the truth. We live in a world propped up by these fabrications.

At some point, I realized how deeply ingrained these lies are. Everywhere you look, people are trying to gain an advantage, exploit one another, or simply survive through manipulation. It’s not just individuals; entire systems thrive on this deception. These lies have turned the world into an ugly, competitive place where no one truly cares about the other. We're caught in a vicious cycle of dishonesty, where pretending has become second nature, and truth feels almost foreign.

So, what am I advocating for? Truth—pure and simple. Does money really make someone more important than another? Classism, like so much else, is based on lies. No one is inherently better—whether they’re sweeping the floors or walking down a red carpet. We’re all actors in the same play, pretending we’re more than we are. But the truth is, none of us are more valuable than anyone else. Only by embracing truth can we break free from these lies and start living authentically.
While I agree that society forces us to wear masks and quite a bit of it is harm, yet I cannot help but acknowledge that quite a bit of it also helpful. In fact, most of it is necessary to keep society functional and away from moving into chaos.

Growing up, my mother did a lot of terrible things to me even till I became an adult. I'm 40 now and she's aged. She's trying to be kind to me now and I've forgiven her or so I thought. My life didn't turn out well the way I wanted because of her curse and evil mind towards me. She regrets everything now and I have moved on but the memories fail to leave me. I've tried as much as possible to forget those things but I can't and each time I remember them I feel this rage inside of me
Go to therapy to learn to let go of that rage. It's not a simple thing to do but with help and practice you can let go.

cheesy cheesy In reality, millions of people will gladly and tenaciously do family planning when taught it from the Bible than the nonchalance and ignorance we see prevalent in many places today. Some even call it a conspiracy or something to do with NWO, Bill Gates plan, etc. i know people who didn't need a doctor to plan their families, they simply got wisdom from the Bible. Nonetheless, i agree with you that doctors are qualified to preach it.
Actually the reason why people seem to be so carefree is because they are ignorant and the ignorance tends to be perpetuated by outdated superstitions like from your ancient book. Instead of using a condom, they think some peeping tom deity is spying on them to know if they raw dogged or nutted into a plastic sack so you get poverty stricken people with too many kids or people with unwanted pregnancies. Many religious people condemn the use of prophylactic methods citing your favorite ancient storybook, that is a huge problem.

Guess which set of people more readily believe in conspiracy bullshit. Hint: it's the ones who already believe in unseen and unevidenced things aka believers in ancient stories.

IUD didn't exist when the Bible was written, but wisdom and planning did. While you would not find the word IUD, you would find the exhortation and instructions to plan, provide for your family, and be wise. Wisdom is wide or generic like you said because it's personalized in Jesus Christ. cheesy What is wise for you to do, may not be wise for me to do. For instance, some people need more sugar, others need less. i would not advice a woman
looking for a child to use IUD, but there are
some other women that may be so advised by the same me. We're not all the same. Life is not confined to a laboratory or exactitude, even though they have their place and use.
The Bible is a compendium of wisdom, and millions of people can readily be fed wisdom from it, so it's an extremely useful tool. It's like education or certifications. Some argue that it is needless and a scam. While everyone may not need 'education or certifications' to make it, millions of others do. God has been so gracious to give us numerous sources of wisdom, like our brains, or sources of nutrients, water, etc. Everyone does not have to fetch from the stream to drink.
Then the Bible offers nothing with respect to the question, simple. A doctor will better advice a person who is contemplating using an IUD and neither the doctor nor the patient need to consult your favorite ancient book.

i did already, just that you don't like the answer. You asked what the Bible teaches about intrauterine device. i showed you that an intrauterine device is used for family planning, a name which the majority is familiar with. And the Bible is littered with instructions and exhortations to plan, prepare and make ready. To build a home, the planning is non-negotiable. i can give a 3hour talk on it.

Pro 24:27 KJV Prepare thy work without, and make it fit for thyself in the field; and afterwards build thine house.

A Christian is instructed to be wise. A wise person must plan. You can't build a family without proper family planning.
I didn't ask about family planning I asked about IUD. If someone has concerns about its use just like the OP is asking about condoms how does this help?

Besides a generic "be wise" response can be had for a dime a dozen, it doesn't require a special ancient book.

cheesy cheesy cheesy How many people even know what the word means for it to be termed useful? Do you realize that billions of human beings don't know this "useful" word that you speak of? Why then do you think that it has to be found in the Bible for the Bible to qualify as useful? You don't even need this word to pass O'level or A' level Biology. cheesy cheesy What the Bible teaches about planning is clear, whether family planning or any other kind, it is universally applicable. If a man does not plan, people will laugh at him, it's clear encompassing Bible advice.
Oga just answer my question honestly.

Hmm..
Even in that system, the women exists as part of her husband. So, she has to user he first name to somewhat differentiate him as he is the last name. So, it may be more empowering than her current situation, but does she have as much power as her husband? But I get your point in that.

But when you're talking about elected positions with titles/honorifics, it's worse when it happens.
In 2020 when Harris was debating Pence, the moderator called her Kamala Harris, she quickly apologized and said Senator Harris. Harris said, "That's fine, I'm Kamala". But what else was she going to say? Why should she be even in that position to have to say anything. In that debate the moderator never called Pence, Mike Pence. And the moderator was a woman. It's implicit that we have been programmed to do it and aren't conscious of it.
Yeah well for females above me in my organization I do use their honorifics to show respect but mostly still coupled with their first names.

I've gone through tons of posts on a lot of threads. X, Reddit. etc. etc.
I struggled with it last month when I first heard something similar.
I see both sides, but the more I read, the more I was convicted about the implicit bias in it.

So, I think both can be true.
It can be true that Kamala uses that as her brand, and to evince some familiarity.
And it can also be true that overall in society we call women their first names to take their power away.
I don't see loggerheads there. Biden likes people calling him Joe as well (His bus had his name Joe in fact, just like Kamala). But we refer to him as Biden more often.

So, this post on the Tweet you linked speaks to part of the reasons why why I think there is a bias. And I'm sure part of the marketing in her name was to make her not threatening to men, like those men in PA, WI, etc. etc.

I think the Mayo Clinic study is the telling one. Females Doctors were called by their first name more frequently than men. Those women aren't marketing themselves using their first names.
I dunno but I see it the other way round. Calling females by their first name to me in empowering since their first name is theirs while their surname is their fathers' or husbands'. To me calling a woman by her surname is kinda "shifting the glory" to either her father or her husband.

The Bible, which is newer than tomorrow's newspaper, teaches next to nothing about pouring away sperm. You apparently missed the point. It's like one alluding that the Bible is against touching carts on cows when you read the account of Uzza in Kings or Chronicles. The 'ancient' folks then were smart enough to understand and adjust accordingly.
The account of Judah referenced in Genesis 38 shows a seriously flawed family, not just Onan (or Er as someone mentioned). All the sons of Jacob were on a different wavelength, compared to their fathers Abraham, Isaac, and even Jacob. Their flaws had been showing from earlier chapters, where the 1st born lost the right of the first born by sleeping with his father's wife. Then the 2nd and 3rd born sons led their brothers to murder a town, losing their place. And then 4th born Judah went to do the exact thing that they killed people for (marrying Canaanites). Their case was more of a full cup waiting to spill or, like we say, a keg of gun powder. And you know the story, but let me summarize. Judah got 3 sons from the Canaanite. These were apparently supposed to be the ones to inherit firstborn rights and that Jesus Christ should come through. Er married Tamar, he got killed for wickedness. His brother Onan was going to be sleeping with the widow for free, he also got killed. Judah somehow ended up impregnating the widow and she got our lovely twin great grandfathers. cheesy
It's a story with many important lessons, none of the lessons has to do with pouring away sperm. You all need the Spirit of God, you would see.
Thank you for making my point. Your favourite book of ancient tales is useless in this matter.

From a religious and Christian viewpoint, doctrines are not made from one random verse or passage, but established in the mouth of two or more witnesses. The scriptures also engages man to make sure to get wisdom and understanding, prepare for your family and make it fit for you, and be better than an unbeliever in providing for your family. These and many more clearly teach and instruct planning, and being thoughtful. Most of the family planning methods didn't come from hell either, but are developed by people that equally fear and believe in God.
Most hospitals, medical practitioners and doctors in Nigeria pray and believe in God. They are the ones teaching family planning the most. It's also taught in churches. All these can't be called nothing.
What does the ancient book teach about pouring away sperm?

Religion is all encompassing. The OP put it in the religion section, not the family section. He even put up a Bible verse, showing that he's seeking for answers from a religious viewpoint.
Hence my remark. The ancient book offers nothing in this regard given what we know now. Is condom use going to be condemned because some ancient fairy tale says a god kills people who don't want to impregnate their late brother's wife? Only a stupid person would think so.

This is a shit argument. First of all, these crossdressing idiots are not gays. Being gay has nothing to do with a damn dress. Trans are just degenerates in a dress. Second, heterosexual men (including those in a dress) are already seen as a danger to society. Every woman walking alone at night is watching for men. Every country has miles of laws that exist purely because of the various horrible crimes that are almost exclusively committed by men.

I'm sure those statistics are very comforting to a woman or small girl (and their parent) walking into an isolated place that's supposed to be for females, and seeing a grown man naked.
