They called it "product key". All other apps on the system I functioning well. But I can't save an then view a document on word!

Thanks for your prompt response computerboy! I have done all that,but it persist. I actually opened my ms word and typed a doc then saved it. But when I try to look at the document I saved,it led me to "inserting a product key" or "put in your address with microsoft". But again,I don't have an account with microsoft. Tried creating one but its proving impossible. Please I really need this sorted out...
