Finally Governor Rocha's Okorocha of IMO State has approved the construction and design of a statue in honour of Super Eagles gaffer, Gernot Rohr.
The governor made this disclosure at the sidelines of the grand finale of the APC gubernatorial campaign today in Awka. According to him "to honour and celebrate what Gernot Rohr is doing for the Nigerian football, I shall direct to be constructed and designed in his honour, a statue that shows how appreciative we are of his immense contributions to our football".
It would be recalled that Governor Rochas Okorocha only recently unveiled the statues of Jacob Zuma of South Africa and Helen Sirleaf-Johnson of Liberia with that of Ghana's President still underway.

Nairalanders please I need help.
I am a 27 year old Nigerian. I have always avoided sex since I became aware of my environment and mainly because I am an under 5mins guy.
Each time I attempt to give myself such pleasure, I find out before I even approach the holy of holies, I had ejaculated and so will become as tired as anything. This situation has made me stay away from wherever such discussion is been made. A few friends think I am gay but that's the truth.

Is there anything I can do naturally to change my story?

babile:
A 32-year-old woman, Kate Ude, has prayed an FCT High Court, Jabi to dissolve her four-year-old marriage to her husband, Michael Ude, over his “malfunctioning manhood”.

Kate alleged that Michael’s manhood always had inconsistent erection and that anytime the manhood became erect, he ejaculated within few seconds.

She also alleged that the man did not make known his health status before the consummation of the marriage which took place in Calabar, Cross River, in 2014.

The petitioner also said that during her traditional marriage, Michael did not show up as he was represented by his younger brother.

Kate also said that it was at the registry that she got to know him very well and prayed the court to nullify the marriage.

Responding, Michael who also filed a cross petition to divorce the woman, denied all the allegations, when cross examined by the petitioner’s lawyer, Mr Ishaka Awaliene.

“The non-erection of my manhood is not regular, it is just that l am not always in the mood whenever she is in the mood. I don’t use any enhancement drugs for sex as she alleged,’’ he said.

Ude also told the court that there was a period in June 28, 2014, when Kate left his house that she was no longer interested in the marriage.

According to Michael, she later came back after some months and decided to leave again.

Justice Venda adjourned the matter to February 6, 2018 for hearing.

KATSINA APC AQIDA PETITIONS APC NATIONAL CHAIRMAN

26th September 2017

The National Chairman,

All Progressives Congress,

National Headquarters,

Wuse II,

Abuja.
Dear Sir,

SOME NEGATIVE DEVELOPMENTS IN APC KATSINA STATE: A CALL FOR INTERVENTION.

The Distinguished National Chairman may wish to recall the negative events that characterized the 2015 primary elections in Katsina State, which included brazen acts of impunity, unconstitutionality and brigandage. These acts, as Your Excellency may recall, were reported to the National Headquarters. Mr. Chairman may equally re-call that many party members, including some then Gubernatorial candidates, made their reservations, grumblingsand protestations known to the National Headquarters for the purpose of putting what happened on record and for the party tointerven.

It was our candid view then that the Katsina State Primary elections were conducted devoid of any political or democratic decency and norms and did not measure-up to the provisions of the constitution of the APC and all laid-down primary elections guidelines and procedure. However, despite our deep misgivings, we decided to mobilise and work for the success of the party to comply with your personal appeals to us and to avoid endangering the greatervictory of our Presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari and the party at all levels of the 2015 Elections.

But as Mr. Chairman may recall that skewed electoral process{primary elections}left the APC in Katsina State with serious flashpoints across the length and breadth of the state. While your intervention and appeals, and in our view, the standing and popularity of General Muhammadu Buhari, led our great party to achieve 100% success in the 2015 elections at all levels in Katsina State, there were still doubts in the minds of many APC stalwarts and supporters as to whether Hon Aminu Bello Masari {then Gubernatorial candidate} would be a good Governor for the state. Knowing his antecedents. Many party members and ordinary citizens in the state and some independent observers, strongly doubted his capacity or ability to march the aspirations, expectations, and hopes of the people of the state.

Alas! Shortly after his being sworn-in and taking control of machinery of government, Governor Aminu Masari chose not to disappoint his doubters. First, he embarked upon the systematic and deliberate decimation of the party by building his close team around former PDP elements including those who voted for then President Goodluck Jonathan and Musa Nashuni, the PDP Gubernatorial candidate in the 2015 Elections. Such individualsinclude the current Commissioner of Works and the Commissioner for Local Government and numerous other Special Advisers and Special Assistants. True to like majority of these appointees were {still are} the personal aides Masari’s political mentor, godfather and financier, in the person of a standing member of the PDP and up to date an ally of President Goodluck Jonathan. Consequently, since 2015, our party in the state has become an extension of the business empire of this individual.

To most APC stalwarts who worked for the Party and who have committed their time, energy and resources for the party and in support of General Muhammadu Buhari since 2003 these acts symbolize stark political humiliationextra-ordinaire. They could not and still cannot fathom, understand or comprehend why they, who sacrificed everything for the success of the APC, have been completely abandoned and disregarded by thesame party they gave their all to or its flagbearer and leader in the state.

Secondly, the Governor decided to render the party leadership from the state level to the wards ineffective and impotent. After appointing the elected State Party Chairman, Secretary to the State Government, he decided to single-handedly elevate an incompetent, uneducated surrogate in the person of the State Publicity Secretary of the Party as Chairman of the Party contrary to the statutory provisions of the APC constitution regarding replacement of party officers. This, the Governor did without consultation with any stake-holder. As Your Excellency is fully aware, the APC constitution has clear and unambiguous provisions for the removal and replacement of party officers particularly the party chairman.

Additionally, since his appointment {not election} of the current State “Chairman” Statutory meetings, as required by the party constitution, were never summoned across the entire party structures and organs at all levels contrary. Additionally, constitutional provisions with respect to party finances are being violated with impunity on daily basis. These constitutional violations also extend to the disregard for provisions in respect of filling of party vacancies which are unabatedly violated with impunity as for example, in the replacement of the National Welfare Officer, who was appointed Director-General of SMEDAN. The effect of all these are clear as crystal.

Equally, neither the State Party Leadership nor the State Governor deems it necessary or vital to consult with genuine party members, apparatchik, supporters or stalwarts on any matter affecting the party or the administration. In fact, “new stake-holders” mostly former PDP members have been appointed to replace most of us. In other words, there is utter neglect of genuine party members in administration and governance. We find this reprehensible.

Furthermore, it is so clear to every citizen of the state that there is an abysmal lack of performance by the Governor and the state administration. Till date, the governor has not initiated, executed or completed any project of any significance. We are of the view that if he had executed any project, the National Chairman or other officers of the Party would have heard about it in the news, {or even through rumour mills} or perhaps would have been invited for the commissioning ceremony in Katsina, as other Governors do. The resulting effect for this non-performance is that APC standing and support is eroding state-wide.

At the Local Government Administration level, the situation is worst. The Governor has blatantly and with almost an un-marched arrogance in the history of our state, refused to organize local government elections contrary to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 {as amended} and the provisions of the Katsina State Local Government Law {2000}. As Your Excellency is aware, being a former Governor of a state, Sections 7 and 8 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria state Local Government Areas shall be governed by democratically elected Councils and that the State House of Assembly shall provide for their administration, finance and other matters. The Katsina State Local Government Law of 2000 also makes similar provisions. And the expectation of our people is that the APC government in Katsina will be better than the uprooted PDP administration of Ibrahim ShehuShema, by adhering to state laws and the constitution of the Federal Republic. Unfortunately, this is not the case. To most Katsina people, by this singular act of the governor the APC has let them down and dashed their hopes and aspirations.

Furthermore, the Katsina state government’s refusal to organize local government elections has put into confusion and chaos never seen in the state administration and governance in all local areas. The consequence of this unfortunately is the collapse of the local governments. Instead of simply adhering to the above mentioned legal provisions, the Governor chose to allow the LGA’s administration and finances in the hands of civil servants, most likely for his easy and effective manipulations. In fact, today, no one knows how monies for local governments are spent, who spends them, for what purpose and under whose authority and directives.

Predictably, the APC administration in Katsina State has completely derailed from the pristine values of the APC and the change mantra to the disappointment of the teemingAPC following who were yearning for years for true change in their lives. Mr. Chairman will agree with us that such situation will eventually weaken the cohesion, strength and drive of our party in this critical phase of our political evolution and considering the stakes in the next general elections in 2019, it is imperative that the Party at the National level intervenes as quickly as possible.

It is for these and many other reasons that we and thousands of our teeming supporters decided to bring to your kind attention these unfair and undemocratic acts and attitude of Governor AminuMasari. Mr. Chairman may wish to note, as one of the founders of our party that the APC was formed to right the wrongs of the PDP during its 16 years of mis-governance. We know and strongly believe that our party was founded on the virtues of equity, fairness, justice and respect for internal democracy. None of these currently exist in Katsina state.

While, we humbly await your kind intervention, once again, in this matter, we wish to notify the Party that we will not just fold our hands and allow remnants of the PDPand the old order to destroy our party. It is therefore our intention to challenge these injustices and the undemocratic behaviour of our Governor and his motely of FAKE agents of change.

Your Excellency, sir, please remain blessed, and kindly accept the assurances of our highest esteem.

Chairman

You were the executive vice president at Exxon Mobile. The President of your country appointed you the GMD of the country's petroleum apex body. Later, he made you a minister of state for same petroleum ministry, and, to show he can't trust you, arrogated the position of the main minister to himself. You remained there. You flexed muscle a little, until you were asked to vacate the office of the GMD to become only a mere minister of state. Yet you remained there. Right now, you're not allowed to see the president, your employer, for a face-to-face chat, and the new GMD is making things difficult for you. You're still there.

When I meet many Nigerian elders and elites, I usually only laugh with them, shake hands and make small talk with them. But deep inside of me, I don't have respect for them, at all. These guys don't have strong life principles. It's all about the now for them. Their greediness is horrifying.

How many of them have turned down offers from Nigerian government like Chinua Achebe in protest against the poor state of governance? How many of them have resigned honourably like Barth Nnaji, the former minister of power? And it's not as if when they turn down these offers or resign they'll become poor--no, they're already made men. But greed and avarice will not let them be great.

When you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything. I don't take Nigerian elders and elites very seriously. Nothing really good can come from many of them. Bunch of prejudiced, greedy, myopic old men.

Colonial masters....

To obtain ordinary medical card in teaching hospital in Ilorin no matter your poor financial situation you need to cough out between N1,000 and N1,500. And subsequent doctor visit cost between N350 to N600 per visit. You will pay for your medication and medical tests ..no 'nigbati' money for hand or no treatment. The doctors often compounded the problem with unnecessary and uncoordinated prescription of drugs. People are detained in the hospital because they were unable to pay their bills.

And our president. .a so-called man of integrity was in London for medical treatment on tax payer's. Not once, not twice not for days but for months with a number of staff and presidential plane. Nigerians are dying for just N10k treatment and their leaders are using the money that should be used for local health care improvement to look after themselves. Anyone with conscience and integrity in executive, legislative and judiciary will not exploit his own people. ... These exploiters create for themselves a higher status of being more Nigerian than others. Infact they are the new face of colonial masters ..

Honestly it beats my imagination how a man who could only muster less than 2.5 CGPA on a scale of 5 and who does not have any work experience anywhere other than that of a domestic aide to former governor Peter Odili will come out and churn out rubbish.
It is even more disheartening to find persons who one can associate with intellectual sagacity to not only applaud him but also come to his defence even when the man is seemingly plagued with diarrhoea of the mouth.
Could this be the extent to which we have degenerated as a people? Why is it difficult for this man's apologists to comprehend the fact that he could not have been able to build those sepulchres he called schools and health centres had he remained the domestic aide he was? Why should it not sink into his head that it was Rivers money he used to build the stadium and other supposed projects he executed while he held sway as the governor of the state?
Politics / How We Rigged Gov Wike To Rivers State Government House by lordsterlin(m): 11:02am On May 24, 2017
After the defeat of former President Goodluck Jonathan at the 2015 elections, Barr Nimi Walson-Jack a former Secretary-General of the NBA and former governorship ticket hopeful in the PDP called a meeting of all stakeholders at the NEW Rivers Governorship campaign office.
The purport and intent of the meeting was to inform all CLOs/CSOs and NGOs to do everything possible to ensure Wike emerged winner in the gubernatorial election. As according to him, should the PDP loose like it did at the Presidential polls, our labour would be in vain.

On election day, Hon Farah Dagogo's boys shot sporadically to scare voters away at the various PUs and VPs in Degema LGA but particularly in Bukuma, Oguruama, Bille, Ke, Bakana and Tombia so the coast can be clear for ballot box snatching and stuffing. The mobile policemen assigned to PUs were given specific instructions to cooperate with the touts or get butted.
The activities of these hoodlums put untold trepidation in the heart and mind of both corp members on election duty and possible voters.
At about 4pm, INEC officials ferried sensitive election materials to Tombia the hometown of the former militia leader and now Member representing Degema in the Rivers state House of Assembly, Hon Farah Dagogo to put finishing touches to the rigging that went on at Bakana, Bukuma, Bille, Oguruama, and Ke. This job was done in the compound of the current CTC chairman Chief Dr Ombo Benebo.
It is important to mention that all the collation for Wards 1 - 14 were done at this man's compound. At about 2am on 12th April, 2015, election materials and INEC officials left Tombia to Degema for final collation and announcement.
As compensation, POs, APOs and Security agents got 50,000, 25,000, and 10,000 naira respectively.
Hon Sokonte Davies the current Executive Director of Marine Operations in the NPA, Hon Daddy Pokima, Hon Sime Johnbull, Pastor Agiobu Victor-Fubara can testify how election results are got in Degema LGA.

As we began to discuss, I could not help but notice their pattern of sitting and play. Barnabas will always want to touch the genital of Job and the latter will always shove him. I did as though I wasn't observing anything, so the play continued. At some point, Barnabas said to Job, "I want you to pull your shirt, trouser, and boxers off lemme see. I could not help but open my eyes in utter amazement from the kitchen where I was. Job's response was... I don't do such.
But why would Barnabas want to see Job's nude even in my house?

CULTISM AND KILLINGS IN RIVERS STATE - the remote cause.... Bernard Odike

The problems we are grappling with and working to tackle today in Rivers State are creations of Amaechi.

The elevation and climax of cultism in Rivers State is a direct consequence of Amaechi's inordinate ambition for power.

When his MASTER & MAKER, Odili hinted him, Amaechi, of his plans to plant him as governor of the state after him, that was the ignition that sparked off the spate of cultism till today in the state. Why? He recruited young men/boys to play dirty from the streets of Port Harcourt through the nooks and crannies of Rivers State to ensure that dream was actualised with a mandate to maim and kill anyone perceived or seen as an opposition to Gov Peter Odili then. The main aim was not to sustain Odili in power but to fortify the structure that would eventually make Amaechi the governor of Rivers State in 1999. So every politically motivated killing then in the State and most of the communal crisis in that era was a direct result of that plot orchestrated by Amaechi himself.

NIGERIANS WANT AMAECHI SUSPENDED OVER THE RIVER STATE 18 PAGES INDICTMENT BY PANEL OF JUDGES OF INQUIRY.

The said evidence has been resubmitted by Governor Wike to the FG, and EFCC.
Having received the evidence and the 18 pages indictment memo, Nigerians want Buhari to act on the memo without biased mind in other to prove the war against corruption is not fake.

Nigerians demand that Amaechi should resign to pave way for investigation having been indicted by the panel of judges and he should go and clear his name.
Corruption war should not be selective but the interest of National importance should be considered.
God bless Nigeria.

LETTER TO THE EFCC ACTING CHAIRMAN.
By Ifeoma Ojukwu.

Sir,

This letter is necessitated by issues of urgent national importance, so permit me to jump protocols and get straight to the point. And I assume your permission to pay you the courtesy of being blunt.

You, Mr Ibrahim Mustafa Magu, are a national disaster as EFCC chairman. The anti-graft agency under your leadership has turned to one hell of an entertainment industry. You are now like a mad king who is dancing naked in the market square and being cheered by a large horde of idiots masquerading as his subjects. The tragedy of the situation of this mad king is that he is mistaking the cheers from the crowd as appreciation of his dancing steps but in reality, it is the big size of his manhood dangling in between his leg the dumb crowd is cheering.

Dear Mr Magu, your anti-graft war is a sham. A farce. A joke and one hell of a terrible lie. In fact, I'm left wondering if it wasn't your so called anti-graft war Shakespeare's tragic character, Macbeth, was referring to when he talked about a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, yet signifying nothing.

Just few weeks ago, you appeared before the Senate for your confirmation hearing but when asked how much the EFCC under you has recovered so far, you looked the Senate in the face and responded "I don't know".

How can you claim you are recovering monies without knowing the amount you've recovered so far? If you don't know such a basic thing as how much you've recovered so far, what else can you possibly know?? Since you don't know the amount recovered by your agency, how will you know if some of your operatives are helping themselves with the money? In saner clime, sir, that dumb answer is more than enough to disqualify you from holding any public office even without any DSS report. And if your employer, the president, who is our employee, wasn't such a pathetic excuse for a president himself, he would have sent you back to your village.

Now, in your desperate attempt to convince Nigerians that you are working and compel the Senate to confirm you as the EFCC boss, you've elevated arseholery to a national level and even made it an official govt policy.

You now go about discovery millions and billions of orphaned naira and dollars everywhere.

Few weeks ago, you supposedly discovered 45million naira in an open space at the Kaduna airport. The 'corrupt' owner of the 45million simply packaged the whole money, Nigerian naira for that matter, and left it at the airport for you to find. Weldone Sir!

Just few days ago, you discovered another orphaned huge sum in a shop somewhere in Lagos.
Still not done with your attempt to take over the entertainment industry from Nollywood, you went to a certain building in Ikoyi and discovered not less than $50million that is still without owner. You mischievousiy leaked the so called discovery to your minions at Sahara Reporters but you couldn't establish such a simple thing as the owner of the said house even when every property in Lagos is duly registered. Your whistle blower know there was 'stolen' money at the apartment but didn't know the owner of the said apartment or the money. How convenient!

Let me even ask you one question: how far about the millions discovered in the account of Stella Odua's housemaid, millions discovered in Reuben Abati's Ugu farm plus all the other millions and billions you've been discovering in odd places like pit toilet, Mama Azuka onugbu pot, etc since 2015?
Apart from gifting us with distractions from the calamity that is our President, how many of these so called corrupt people have you convicted in court

Who exactly are you trying to impress by always leaking details of your ongoing investigation to the press??

Between convicting people on the pages of newspaper and convicting them in the court of law, which one are you after?

After entertaining us with how Dasuki shared billions, how far have you gone with his trial? Have you even established before the court that the money Dasuki shared was from the arms fund and not the PDP campaign fund?? After all the media frenzy, where exactly are you with his trial?
Dear Mr Magu, let me offer you some free piece of advice:

No reasonable person is fooled by this your 'iweta nke a irie m ego' show. Nigeria is not made up of over 180million Zombies. You are only deceiving yourself with this your charade.

This is the 21st century, 2017. Everything has gone digital. Corruption, not excluded. If you must succed in fighting corruption, first, you must embark on self reform and self re-orientation. The biggest obstacle to the anti-graft war is you, Mr Ibrahim Magu. Your method is way too archaic and thuggish to achieve any meaningful result. And the tragedy of it all is that some if not most of these corrupt suspects are actually corrupt but they always end up going scot-free because as the prosecutor, you have repeatedly proven that your criminal ineptitude has a NAFDAC approved number.

You must understand that corruption is fought in the court of law with unassailable evidence, not on social media and on the pages of newspapers with market place gossip, speculations and hearsay. Corruption is fought by closing all the loopholes that gift individuals with access to so much money. Corruption is fought by institutions, not individuals. So, please, stop making the EFCC about you as a person. Stop this desperation to secure the post of substantive EFCC chairman!

If you suspect someone of being corrupt, don't be in a hurry to please the mob and prove that you are working by rushing to arrest the suspect, keep him with you and deny him access to his family and lawyer and use your media allies to convict him in the court of public opinion even when you are yet to establish any case against him. Criminal prosecution requires evidence. Unimpeachable evidence. And when there is even a line of unresolved argument, it is always decided in favour of the accused.

Work more and talk less!

Stop leaking details of your own investigation to the media. By doing so, you are simply jeopardizing your chances of winning those cases in court.
Stop regaling us with tales of how you found millions and billions of orphaned naira and dollars inside some orphaned house and shop in Lagos. Those dollars are new and serially numbered, tracking when and how they came into the country shouldn't be difficult except you were born dumb.
The whole world is watching us, my dear Magu. Each time, you reel out bogus figures of orphaned monies you recovered without establishing the owner and convicting him/her in court, our friends from outside Nigeria are left wondering whether to pause and die laughing or die crying.......at our gullibility as a people.

Assuming we believe some of these orphaned monies were not planted by your agency, it is still the height of conscientious idiocy to expect us to roll out the drum for you simply for discovering money. Taking possession of orphaned cash is no achievement. Achievement is identifying the owners of the said money, putting him/her behind bars and taking possession of the said cash by convincing the court that the monies actually came from a criminal source.

I assume you are already on your way to discovering another billions, so let me end this here.

Accept my sincerest regard, Mr acting chairman.
