Legacies. Some of our politicians are so useless oo..
Some won't work until the very last minute when they know that allocation won't come in again.
Because what they normally do is, leave the spoilt roads so that allocation for that road won't be stopped and they also know that once the road is repaired, no more allocation for that road, thereby waiting for the very last minute.

According to this facebook user, the pupil refused to go to school days after his parents paid his fees so they had to send for his classmates to forcefully take him to school.
