FreeStuffsNG: JUST-IN : Washington Post: Iranian drones hit CIA station at embassy in Riyadh An Iranian drone attack struck the CIA station at the U.S. embassy in the Saudi capital of Riyadh. This was reported by the Washington Post, citing two sources familiar with the details. The U.S. and Saudi Arabia confirmed that two drones hit the embassy compound in Riyadh, but did not disclose that the CIA station was damaged. The intelligence agency declined to comment. An internal alert obtained by the Post stated that the attack "collapsed" part of the embassy roof. The notice indicated that the embassy sustained "structural damage" and staff "continue to shelter in place." Hopefully someone won't start shouting genocide in a few days time |

Kobojunkie: 1. You had all of these many reasons, yet you did not consider getting a vasectomy or at least ensure you used protection every time you had sex as a result?
2. You knew all of this, yet you did nothing to protect the future you supposedly want for them? 🥱🥱
3. Well, getting an abortion would impact her body and mind in many ways. But I guess that all means little to you since the reason why you did not bother using protection yourself or getting a vasectomy to preserve your dreams is that you reasoned your body would not need to deal with any of the impacts if pregnancy happened, right? 🥱🥱
4. Seems you love everybody, but seem unwilling to do even the bare minimum, which is maybe to use protection yourself or get a vasectomy to protect anybody. Goodluck! 🥱🥱 This kobo junkie and her joyless comments She doesn't miss this type of thread. |

Many of such portraits can be so dusty and some even broken cos who cares? We don't worship our grandparents, we may put their portrait were we can still remember them for as long as it last and if it wears out, life goes on. So how is that related You are blabbing and derailing the the thread. Open your own thread and ask your question or bring up any argument you have. Your submissions have no standing with the topic of discussion. I also have questions and arguments that will challenge your Christianity and your bible but that would also be derailing Op's topic. |

Kobojunkie: . Here's hoping you don't lose the pregnancy lottery, as some women out there did. If your looks are important to you, maybe pay a surrogate to birth your kids for you. Of all the factors one might consider important, it is the postpartum looks that ranks highest in your mind. Someone is planning to bring children to this world and has decided in advance that she will fully deny them the experience of having a father figure in their life and you don't find that disturbing. You don't fail to show your double standards when it comes to your fellow women. That's very low. Being a feminist shouldn't rob you of your brain or morality |

Kobojunkie: You said OP is right and wrong, but did not clarify any of this in your comment.
Your wife is lucky that, in your case, things turned out better than they were when she first met you. However, for the vast majority of women out there who married men who earned less at the time, the reality did not turn out the same. That is partly the reason why almost 50% of married women in Nigeria today are breadwinners. Of the others who were not breadwinners, many of them who were not able to attain financial independence before marriage(and maintained it in marriage), a large portion are financially abused by their spouses in marriage.
What OP expressed is a preference many women have, and there is nothing wrong with their choice. Additionally, that choice is facilitated when the woman is financially independent before and throughout the course of the marriage, as we are all aware that even rich men can be stingy towards their own wives and children. Where did you get your statistics of 50% of married women being breadwinners in Nigeria? How did you get your information? How many married women and married men have you interviewed? |

Romance › Re: Why Do Some Divorced Women Date Married Men? by louken(m): 7:08pm On Oct 06, 2025 |
Kobojunkie: I would ask you for a stat to prove this claim, which you make here, suggesting that most divorced women go on to become sidechicks. Where is the backing for this claim?
There is nothing Juju about it at all. If you reason it without biases coloring your view, you would see it yourself. Anyways, as for one of the reasons why some divorced women go on to become sidechicks, well, there are several reasons.
➜ Society claims it is wrong to commit adultery, but then, rather than penalize the man and sidechick, lets them off, and in some cases, Society turns the blame on the wife for not being wifely enough or not having the prowess to protect her marriage from the other woman. All this is pressure placed on the wife, who now finds herself fighting depression, rejection, and also having to continue her wifely duties, all while the man and his sidechick continue to enjoy their lives as though nothing ever went wrong. Imagine a situation where even the man's family members receive gifts and entertain the sidechick behind the wife's back as though to say that they approve of the relationship, even as they continue to insist their son's wife continue to serve him judiciously in the home. ➜ Most Nigerian men treat their sidechicks so many times better than they treat their own wives. I mean, this ain't a hidden secret at all, as even very poor men are known to go out of their way to ensure their sidechicks are well fed before even their own children, talk less of their wives. The position of sidechick in Nigeria is so many times better than that of the wife, who, in many cases, is no more than a provider of free labor in the marriage. ➜ A sidechick has more opportunities for growth than a typical wife would have access to. A sidechick has greater control over her time and freedom than the average wife does, and for an ambitious woman, that is a benefit that is of great importance. Having the man while holding on to her independence is a valuable place to be in. ....
Yes, there are lots of benefits to being a sidechick than a wife to a Nigerian man, that is why I believe a wife trading places with a sidechick is a sort of promotion, not a demotion, for a divorced woman.🥱🥱🥱 So her purpose of resigning from wifehood is not particularly because she detests philandering but because she wants to take from the juicier end. She would rather be a side chick than be the wife of a man that has a side chick. Interesting. |
