Funny
Britain had many so called contraption....whose fault if one of the contraption called Nigeria couldnt overcome its diversity and become sucessful. The almighty USA was also a british contraption so was australia, Canada, India and the diversity in these countries is even more than Nigerias.

And for those who think Ndigbo are over-reacting, I will advice them to wait till they go through series of pogroms, nearly forced into extinction in a genocide, striped of all they had and made to watch in abject penury while other people were buying national assets in the name of indigenization and perpetually condemned to numberless police checkpoints as the only Federal Presence in their region, when they go through all of the above, then we can revisit the conversation about how best to react in a situation like the one under review.

Self induced
Whose fault?...only ibos should take the blame for what is happening.... but you people dont want to accept your errors.

With ibos holding strategic positions in the begining of the republic,(an iboman is was even the president) its plausible to assume that the only reason ibos could still plan a coup is an attempt at dominating other tribes...if you were not ibo you would also come to this conclusion....or how else will you explain that no single ibo leader was killed in the coup.....(some clown tried to insult our intelligence by saying it was so because ibo leaders were not corrupt that was why the coupists didnt kill any of them).
As if that was not enough....in the present dispensation....ibos have been in the corridor of power with pdp all of 16 years but woke up the ghost of biafra ans began a campaign of hatred against all their neighbours because GEJ lost a democratic elections. Nobody questioned the ibos while they were colluding with northerners to ensure pdp ruled for 16 years but ibos have been calling anyone who supports apc fulani slaves and terorist sympathisers....and then you wonder why other Nigerians see you the way they do....put yourself in their shoes, you would think exactly the same way other Nigerians think about ibos.

Ibos might be good traders and importers(the lazy option for people who are unable to manufacture goods) but its clear you are terrible politicians....central political power is far from you with this your attitide....a tiv man....an igala man or jukun man will likely becaome president before an iboman ever near that seat when theres a new generation of ibos that know how to play national politics.

Until then as yourself this question....why does the ibos hate all their neighbours?....then you will know why other tribes hate you tooo.....( before you ask me why Nigeria dont want you to go since they hate you...i will beg you to start a strong campaign that will ensure most ibos leave every nook and cranny of Nigeria back to iboland....then other Nigerians will really know that you are serious and would gladly grant you biafra.....anything short of this shows the whole biafra thing is a charade intended to intimidate other tribes that has failed woefulky

I don't want to even mention the facts that you have all gone international on your Igbo hating campaign. The question is why?
Wetin Igbos do una wey una carry their matter for head like this? Chukwu aju

See how you mischieviously refuse to mention the hatred ibos have been and are still showing yorubas....you show me hatred and expect me not to reciprocate?
Why did IPOB and ibos just suddenly start campaigning for baifra the moment GEJ lost a free and democratic election....just show you are sore losers.
Stop asking Nigerians to let you go....PACK UP YOUR LUGGAGES AND RELOCATE EN MASSE BACK TO YOUR REGION....no president will ever allow biafra because it will be treason....the moment most of you are back in your region you can start your agitations....even go vawulent....not while still holed up all over Nigeria

However, Nigeria still remain same, whether IPOB or no IPOB, the average Nigerian hates Igbos, especially you northerners.

If northerners really hate ibos they would have driven you people away from every nook and cranny of the north the you chased fulanis away from the east.
Its ibos that are pretending to like their hosts all over the country whil habouring hatred against them....you even go to the extent of provoking your hosts so that if they react you can claim they hate you.....
Ibos are not yet serious about biafra and everyother Nigerians know that thats why they leave you in swimming in your folly because they know you are inconsequential.

Between Ndigbo and Nigerians, who need Igbo presidency more? The truth is that Nigeria needs Igbo presidency more than Igbo needs it.
Apart from having functional ports in Calabar, Port Harcourt and Warri, what benefit would Ndigbo get from a presidency?
Nigerians are afraid of what Ndigbo can become with power considering that even without it, no tribe has fared better that Igbo. Just name one tribe that is better off than Igbo despite looting the country for decades while Igbo have been on the sideline.

They're afraid of Ndigbo that would scale ahead on a level playing field. Now could you imagine that what Ndigbo achieved in Biafra 60 years ago such as locally refining crude oil, building warship, war tanks, rockets, airfields, bombs and roads are still mere dream to Nigeria of today.

Some of us do not even want the Igbo presidency thing to happen. An Igbo country is a better deal for Ndigbo than a retrogressive country.

And you think the only way to let Nigerians realise your potentials is through threats....hating other tribes....calling for destruction of other tribes cities....expelling fellow citizens from your region while comfortably enjoying yourselves in other regions?
The truth is all Nigerians have see all ibos could offer afterall you are scattered all over the place and have seen that you have nothing to offer...other nigerians know you always make poor choices politically and know you will make a mess of it if given too much political power. Other Nigerians have also seen through your sham secession agitation......they know you really dont want any biafra....how can you claim you are hated by other nigerians YET find everywhere else as home except iboland...you claim you are hated yet refuse to leave places you claim you are hated....isnt that insanity.
Let most ibos at least 70% relocate enmasse back east and see if in a few days you dont get your biafra....its then other Nigerians will take you serious about biafra.....

I told you guys that days of Yoruba division and propaganda are gone for good.

Southeast and igbos are collectively supporting all southeast presidential candidates

As you can see .. Ohaneze ndi has set up heavy funds to lobby for them and even set up committees that will initiate diplomacy with him leading the group

Southeast has never been united like this in their quest for presidency..

Umahi is a great sell and if .. who knows Apc gives him the ticket .. then is triple blessing to igbos

Meanwhile

Power returns North.

Yoruba sef and some kind foolish propaganda

The problem is you people cannot unite to produce a consensus candidate because of your avowed commiment to the notion that ibos bow to nobody....the greatest opposition will be from iboland against ibo candidates.....when the time come we will see how every village and hamlet will lay claim to the presidency and will refuse to step dowm....abi no be una again?
The highest position ibos got under pdp was senate president and within a space of 4 years we had 5 senate presidents, all ibos, all from different states.....you people are poor politicians....leave politics to those that know how to play it and face your trading.... your political miscalculations is becoming too embarrassing

Politics / Re: What Will Ndigbo Do If PDP Does Not Zone Its Ticket To The SE? by louqas: 6:37am On Feb 02, 2022
gidgiddy:

There are over 300 ethnic groups in Nigeria besides Igbos, and PDP has not given most of them the Presidential ticket since 1998

Igbos have seen different zones produce the President of Nigeria and realised one thing, the office of President of Nigeria is overrated. Most of those who have had the Presidency the longest are drowning in poverty and banditry. The Presidency did not save them same as the Presidency cannot save Buhari's home state of Katsina that is virtually in the hands of armed bandits

The average Igbo man is not waiting for Presidency of Nigeria, he is out there doing his business and helping himself

The few Igbos that are overly concerned about the Presidency are those who call themselves Igbo leaders who feel that fairness and equity means it is the turn of Igbos

If PDP does not give an Igbo man its ticket, life goes on, Nigeria only gets worse with each president, showing that Presidency will not save anybody

How i wish an iboman will become president so that i can show him the kind of hatred ibos have been showing yorubas since 2015.....e go loud gan....ibos wailing will be childs play....we will also start secessionist agitations all in a bid to disstabilize the ibomans government as much as possible

How can a region that has ruled as both president and vice president still be desperate to rule when there are sections that haven't even ruled for once since 1999?

These people are even more selfish than Hausa/Fulanis because while Hausa/fulani can easily rally both NW and NE and parts of NC which gives them a massive edge to perpetuate themselves in power if they want, these same desperados can't even hope to rule Nigeria without the support of others!

They are making noise for the presidency to be zoned to them which means by 2031, they would have ruled for 16 years as president and another 8 years as vice president making it a total of 24 years out of 32. In a country that has 6 regions, 3 major ethnic groups and over 250 other ethnic groups?!

Even the Hausa/Fulani won't want to be that wicked, yet you claim to be accommodators.

Your complaints is rather coming late, instead of appealing to sentiments like this (which a lot of people in the south west agree with prior to 2015) ibos started hating and villifying yorubas for making a legitimate political decision that will ultimately favor the yoruba race and region. The
Level of hate ibos have shown yorubas since 2015 made a lot of us have a change of mind and see ibos as immature politically and would rather allign with those who would protect our interest.

Blame your political leadsrs for playing poltics of self as against poltics of collective good for their region. During pdp reign, ibos held powerful positions and influence....yet they refused to attract projects to the east...pdp was building projects all over Nigeria but eastern politicians refused to ask for any while ensuring over 90% votes for pdp at each election....
After whethering opposition for 16 years the coast is now clear for a truly accepted yorubaman to be president, you are now asking them to throw away all the sufferings endured in opposition to people who scorned them while in opposition?...(obj wasnt the yoruba choice...he never won his own polling booth while in power....seized lagos funds...couldn't fix lagos ibadan road...didnt fix the road to his own state capital)

The only place you should take your appela or threat is the PDP....only pdp owes the ibos the presidential ticket and ensure they win the presidential election.....the Apc owes the yoruba, not the ibos the 2023 pesidential ticket and ensure they win the presidential election

While Obasanjo has equally shown you can win with landslide margin without the south west, like he did in 1999.

The south west is the most insignificant because Lagos votes is always divided into two due to Igbos and other Nigerians there. The others in sw are negligible.

As for this beer palour gist, believe the nonsense at your own peril.

No doubt Obasanjo also proved it once in 1999. If you say south west vote is insignificant why are you all always saying it was south west vote that brought in buhari...started hating yorubas and blaming them for bringing Buhari?....south west votes is more valuable thats why it was instrumental in dislodging the pdp hegemony that wanted to rule enslave us for 60 years
