While he was busy pouring more coal tar on roads already in already good condition from kaduna to Kano and katsina, he couldn't rehabilitate up to 1km of enugu - ph expressway. GDP and IGR aren't the same thing. Infact a state can have a big GDP with a small IGR if it doesn't have a strong tax collection system.
Our argument here is still about contribution to federation account which you very ignorantly started and states IGR do not contribute anything to federation account.
It is from the federation account that allocations are disbursed to the 36 states each month and 90% of the money from that account comes from oil, the rest comes from import and export duties. Now based on the above I want to repeat to you that Ukwa west LGA in Abia contributes more to that account that all 19 northern states put together. The northern states combined collect the highest amount from that account monthly but contribute little or nothing to it.
Just absorb that and never make that kind of ignorant comment you made about the south east again.

And when i said resources i meant cash,the 86.4% percent Northerners will simply outbid anybody because they have the money which they made from the Oil wells which was licensed to them without observing due protocols,there's an imbalance already so i think what they should be talking about is how to create a balance and not give unfair advantage to a particular set of people who got the edge in an unfair manner.Awarding the oil wells to states for a period of time and with the aim of boost the agricultural and mining sectors of all the states with the proceeds frm these wells is what they should have done in the 80's though doing it now will be kind of late but its a necessary step

But the Chadians say there have been no joint operations between the two forces. Chad's offer to join a Nigerian offensive to capture Baga, site of one of Boko Haram's worst atrocities in January, was rebuffed, Bermandoa said.

Officials from Chad, Niger and Cameroon say lack of cooperation from Nigeria has for months hampered efforts to put together a regional taskforce against Boko Haram.

Chad was compelled to take unilateral action in January, under a deal that allows it to pursue terrorists into Nigeria, after Boko Haram violence started to choke off imports to its economy.

I saw your open letter but couldn't have the time to respond to you. Please get me straight, I have never for once after my change of camp played down on Buhari. My reasons for supporting Buhari stand. I have been observing in awe how GMB has been relegated to the back seat in APC. I had wanted him to lead the charge. I had expected APC to lead by example in terms of Character, policies and decision making. During the peak of the Certificate issue, I stood by GMB but I had wanted the issue to be settled. During the Debate period, I stood by GMB when he skipped NEDG but had expected him to go Head2Head with Jonathan in ChannelsTV. When APC said they won't probe past leaders, I disagreed. When APC repeatedly threatened Alternative government I vehemently disagreed. When the alleged ING started I voiced my opinion. The issue basically is that the APC is showing not to be leading by example and Buhari's influence has been so limiting. The insult on my person and the blackmail only triggered these things and made me review my stance. The continuous insults made me see the intolerance of the APC followers which isn't different from the party leadership. Like I said, I don't expect change in such an environment. Things trigger things. Its not about gratification, its about patriotism. I have no power to determine who win or lose the election, but I have the duty to tell Nigerians about the people seeking for power.
