The heat is much sha. However, just like Big Shaq, you too can stay cool and scream: Mans not hot!

To reduce the effect of the heat, there are two things to control, the external and internal.

For the external, you should:

1. Bath with cold water at least three times a day.

2. Keep the body ventilated by using fan, sitting under a tree, using A.C, and so on.

3. Wear cotton material or any breathable clothe. You should also avoid wearing black but white or similar colour.

4. Avoid using cream or any other thing on the body that will make you sweat.


For the internal:

5, Drink something cold like cold water, and so on.
6. Eat fruits like watermelon, papwpaw, and siimilar.
7. Reduce your pepper intake. If possible, no use pepper this heat period. Imagine, under hot sun, by 1pm, you consume a food prepared with plenty peper. Why should you complain of sweat, no be juju be that?
8. Avoid food that increases metabolism. I just mentioned pepper. I think beans should be added.
9. You can add yours!

I have noticed that fair ladies are attracted to me and fall for me easily.

In fact, there's one in my office that keeps giving me greenlight but I don't do office romance. My collegues wonder what I did to get her attracted because she's kinda hot and some have tried without success.


However, my personal choice is dark skinned ladies. The irony is that these dark skinned ladies usually make it tough for me, while fair skin ladies makes the wooing and all that flow easily. There is this dark skinned lady I chased for months but nothing come out . Along the line, I came across a light skinned lady and things just flowed easily.


Who else is in my shoes, how do I handle this, I want dark skinned ladies.

Having a good bms installed prevents this. My lifepo4 batteries cannot exceed 3.5 volts per cell or 100A charge current even if I connect a hugely oversized panel to it.


Once it gets to the preprogrammed voltage, the bms will cut off any further current.


Lithium batteries gives better value for money and a stress free solar experience any day. Lead acid comes with many wahala and a shorter cycle span unless you can afford premium brands and a hugely oversized battery bank.
