There are laid down rules for issuing certificates.

Because if say in 1990 you were issued a certificate in the name of Ibrahim Okoro Wale, and in 2000 you legally changed your name to Ibrahim Ogoochukwu Wale, you wont be issued a new certificate in the name of Ibrahim Ogoochukwu Wale, rather it will still be issued in the name of Ibrahim Okoro Wale. What you gat to do is always attached the documents that effect that name change, and perhaps, a court affidavit that affirm both names represent one person!

This is why CSU have refused to issue a new certificate to one Bola Ahmed Tinubu even though they claim to have him on their records, but would rather affirmed that one Bola A Tinubu indeed graduated from CSU. Is it money Asiwaju do not have to pay for the certificate?

Why didnt they issued him a certificate with the name BOLA AHMED TINUBU?

It will do fine if these agbado miscreants supporting this fraud of a president can listen to this....before you are issued a school certificate or even international passport, you will be asked to confirm the names and date of birth or anything about you on it because once it is issued, it can not be changed.

I know many people who were home taught and they took even correspondence examination......they don't have secondary school mates because they didn't attend any secondary school and that did not invalidate their certificates.
