Politics › Re: President Tinubu Approves Takeoff Of Consumer Credit Scheme* by Lovelive: 5:52pm On Apr 24, 2024 |
Many Nigerians credit score has stained under this Apc leadership due to extreme poverty ravaging this blessed land of West Africa. What do I know self ryloy: President Bola Tinubu has approved the takeoff of the first phase of the Consumer Credit Scheme.
Consumer credit serves as the lifeblood of modern economies, enabling citizens to enhance their quality of life by accessing goods and services upfront, paying responsibly over time. It facilitates crucial purchases, such as homes, vehicles, education, and healthcare, essential for ongoing stability to pursue their aspirations.
Through responsible repayment, individuals build credit histories, unlocking more opportunities for a better life. Additionally, the increased demand for goods and services stimulates local industry and job creation.
The President believes every hardworking Nigerian should have access to social mobility, with consumer credit playing a pivotal role in achieving this vision.
The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) achieves its mandate through the following:
(1) Strengthening Nigeria's credit reporting systems, ensuring every economically active citizen has a dependable credit score. This score becomes personal equity they build, facilitating access to consumer credit.
(2) Offering credit guarantees and wholesale lending to financial institutions dedicated to broadening consumer credit access today.
(3) Promoting responsible consumer credit as a pathway to an improved quality of life, fostering a cultural shift towards growth and financial responsibility.
In line with the President's directive to expand consumer credit access to Nigerians, the Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) has launched a portal for Nigerians to express interest in receiving consumer credit.
This initiative, in collaboration with financial institutions and cooperatives nationwide, aims to broaden consumer credit availability.
Working Nigerians interested in receiving consumer credit can visit http://credicorp.ng to express interest. The deadline is May 15, 2024.
The scheme will be rolled out in phases, starting with members of the civil service and cascading to members of the public.

Is that all ? AntiMarxist: Allow me to borrow this line from Mr. Aghaduno that thoroughly describes Chief Peter Obi inter alia
“The trouble with Peter Obi is that he thinks that he is cleverer than everyone else. He maintains a bland and colorless surface that conceals a grandiose interior. He talks with the voice of a woman in labor but carries a heart of stone. He maintains a well-cultivated religious outlook but his soul is the engine room of demons. The former governor of Anambra State reminds me of a luscious apple with a large maggot neatly embedded in its middle”. He is a contradictory person who will tell you a story in the morning and come out in the afternoon to tell the exact opposite of the story he told in the morning. |

Keep quiet with this silly narrative. For your information, I am not an Igbo man o. Reflect7: NIGERIANS DO NOT HATE IGBOS.
IT IS IGBOS WHO HATE NIGERIANS AND NIGERIA.
IGBOS GO ONLINE TRASHING NIGERIA ON A DAILY BASIS.
THEY ARE THE BIGGEST DRUG TRAFFICKERS IN AFRICA, TARNISHING NIGERIA'S IMAGE WITHOUT A CARE IN THE WORLD.
WHEN A POSITIVE DEVELOPMENT IS POSTED ABOUT NIGERIA ON THIS FORUM, IGBOS RUSH INTO THE THREAD TO LAMBAST AND SCORN THE DEVELOPMENT.
GOOD NEWS ABOUT NIGERIA BITES THEM LIKE A SCORPION.
THEY LIED THAT OBI WON WHEN THEY KNOW FULL WELL HE DID NOT WIN.
THEY ARE DEEP TRIBALISTS.
OBI WAS CAUGHT ON TAPE TALKING ABOUT STARTING ''A RELIGIOUS WAR DADDY''.
APPARENTLY, THE BIAFRAN WAR WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR THEM.
MAYBE IF HE HAD WON, WE WOULD BE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BLOODY RELIGIOUS WAR RIGHT NOW, WITH MILLIONS DEAD.
NIGERIANS DO NOT TRUST IGBOS TO HANDLE POWER RESPONSIBLY AND NOT LOOK TO DESTROY THE NIGERIA THEY HATE SO MUCH BECAUSE THEY WANT TO CORNER THE NIGER DELTA RESOURCES WHICH THEY SEE AS ''RIGHTFULLY THEIRS'' BY REASON OF PROXIMITY, WITH NIGERIA STANDING IN THEIR WAY.
IGBOS DID THE FIRST COUP THAT DESTROYED THE FABRIC OF OUR DEMOCRACY AND UNITY, BY TARGETING PRIME MINISTER TAFAWA BALEWA AND LEADERS OF OTHER REGIONS FOR ASSASSINATION, LEAVING THEIR OWN LEADERS TO LIVE.
THAT LED ULTIMATELY TO A CIVIL WAR COSTING MILLIONS OF LIVES.
HOW CAN YOU JUST STORM THE HOUSES OF ELECTED CIVILIAN LEADERS AND SHOOT THEM DEAD?
BECAUSE OF WHAT?
HOW DARE YOU?
ALL THESE ARE WHY NIGERIANS DO NOT TRUST IGBOS TO LEAD, AND UNTIL IGBOS TURN A NEW LEAF AND BEGIN TO SHOW REAL PATRIOTISM FOR THE NIGERIAN NATION, NIGERIANS WILL RATHER DIE OF STARVATION THAN LET IGBOS LEAD THEM.
THANKS.
HAVE A GOOD DAY. |

Very well said AmuDimpka: so if obidient were badly behaved as you said
Tinubu touts that were harrasing people and voters are well behaved....
Tinubu that was shouting people will labour in vain was well behaved
Tinubu that didn't give a Bleep about you either granting press conference, debates or interviews was well behaved
So because staff of a company that produces quality products are badly behaved that is the reason that you will buy a terrible products from another company that will kill you !
How do you guys even think? You guys reasoning can be funny ? You are now thinking like a Yoruba man...
Shame on you ! |

Don't change the narrative. God is not stupid. Mother Nature shall do justice for us before God. The card you are trying to play is known to us all and it is only played by the evil party Apc' members and supporters. We, the apolitical masses are wiser now. Time will tell ... aswani: You have brought up an excellent point, however you haven't listed the whole story.
Obidients, of which a huge majority are Ndigbo, were and are still extremely badly behaved on social media.
Sometimes in life, you have to hold your nose and mouth and go into alliance with people in order to achieve your aim.
Till today, if anything negative happens in àlá Yoruba, Obidients are letting the whole world know how they are enjoying the bad news. You cannot play politics in such a manner. You will always be on the outside looking in.
GRV (who I know isn't Ndigbo but I am using to make a point) was so emboldened to take what can be perceived as an anti Yoruba stance leading up to Lagos state and was then surprised he lost.
You can't abuse Northerners, Yoruba Muslims and suddenly expect them to align their votes with you at the next elections, impossible.
Personally I would love to see an Ndigbo rule the country but I doubt it would happen until Obidients understand they can't change the game, they have to follow the rules |
