Nope. They inherited those things from The African colonies commonly called the Etruscans. After they were civilized by those Africans they attacked our greatest empire in Kemet. That is where they became great. Notice how their architecture "borrows" greatly from the Nile Valley but pales in comparison to Kemet's elegance and sheer size.

As far the collapse this isn't the first time they have fallen off. After the were destroyed by the Visigoths more Africns commonly called Moors came through and rebuilt their areas once again. From 711-1492 we had Europe thriving. The Renaissance is as Dr. Ivan Van Sertima said, "A borrowed light."

With all the problems that affect the majority why do they continue to focus on an overly represented minority? US has outlawed polygamy but somehow this needs to be forced into everyone's face? Children are starving and being blown to bits but I should be worried about men hugging men? 8 trillion is missing from the pentagon but they dare speak of Nigerian corruption? Black people are continuously slaughtered and marginalized but yet and still I should cry for a group of people who continue to practice a lifestyle that is opposing to my life and furthermore a people who by and large discriminate against people who look jut like me? They must think I believe in the White Jesus poison of turning the other cheek and joining hands with my would be assailants and saboteurs. NO CHANCE!

If one dog out of a litter survives we applaud the dog for surviving. The dog is born/supposed to survive but not all do. The same reasoning applies here. Many gov officials are corrupted by the new found power and access to exorbitant amounts of money. When we see someone doing the most good we applaud so as to keep the person on the right track.
