Get something called an enclosure and fix it on the connector on your HDD

I wil do just that but how much is the cost price of the enclosure.

How can i connect the HDD as external to anoda laptop

My pc is givin me a very tough time. I try 2 format it but won't even for once read the disk in the dvd rom.
How can i format the stubborn pc which refuse to load more than just displaying Toshiba leading innovation later show preparing auto repair and won't show anythin else more than just that but a plain black screen?
