A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in Maitama, Abuja has granted bail to Senator Dino Melaye currently being held in a police health facility in Abuja.

In a ruling on an application by Melaye, argued by his lawyer, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) Justice Yusuf Halilu granted bail to Melaye on health ground.

Justice Halilu was of the view the Senator must be healthy to stand trial.

He said since the Senator cannot be arraigned on the stretcher or ‎on his hospital bed, he should be allowed on bail to attend to his health.

The judge asked him to produce three sureties, one of who must be the Clerk of the National Assembly, who must undertake to produce him when he is to be arraigned in respect of a charge already filed against him.

The judge said the other two sureties must be owners of properties within the Abuja metropolis.

Am still surprised while they keep on tormenting people just because they are from another party, Dino is far more better than most of them that working freely, please see this as a test of faith and remine where you are OK. God will surely help you in this God forsaken country.

If death takes away your loved one, it simply means, physically you shall no longer see the person again. It means, you shall no longer be able to hold the person, no longer be able to converse with the person or neither do things together in the way both of you did before. Of a truth I tell you, even though you believe in the continuation of life in the great beyond, or the assurances were given to us by the prophets of God that there is life after death, for a pretty long time, that belief of yours cannot take away the pain of knowing that you shall not see your loved one who has died, except in your dreams or imagination. 

The pain of losing a loved one is unbearable despite God's promises that we will see our dead love once in paradise. It's really a great beyond. Thanks Guru lessons are meaningful.
