.. what is the essence of the courts, judiciary/ supreme court..courts/supreme court are institutions meant to settle cases matters, issues of aggrieved people.. plaintiff, complainants..the lawyers, judges were tutored, trained to do this through the universities and law school they attended..if the complaints, plaintiffs,
the aggrieved PDP members could had settled the matter themselves they would not had gone to the court .
That is why the court was established to settle matters and cases

It is not every issue or quarrel the courts will settle. Courts do not have unfettered jurisdiction. Politics is for politicians and law is for lawyers and the courts. Politicians will not do the work of the courts, also the courts will not dabble into the arena of politics. If a political party cannot manage it's affairs, it will end up as the biggest loser. A political party cannot hang it's lack of discipline and structure around the court's neck like an albatross.

There are matters for law.. And matters the courts cannot dabble into. As a political party go and manage your affairs. Don't make your ineptitude everyone's affair.
