Everyone hailing him now! When you all came for his head when he tried to instill discipline in the Super Eagles. Only God knows where we would have been by now if he had continued. Please don't ever come back to coach Nigeria! We are a bunch of ingrates! |

I thank God for your life but please, be careful about the kind of things you say. What of others who were hit by stray bullets and died? Did they say there was no God or were you more righteous? Just thank God for mercy. You can't explain His deeds so don't give explanations on how emergency meetings with heaven was done on your head while unconscious. It's MERCY! 2 Likes |

donstan18: Intelligence has nothing to do with beating up a woman. I've seen frustrated, illiterate, and introverted men not touch their women even if they mess up. The question is 'Why do men beat their wives?' I believe it has to do with social conditioning. If you grow up in an abusive and aggressive environment, the tendencies to hurt your wife will be high. Upbringing plays a significant role. Also, another question you should ask is 'why do wives get beaten up?' Most times, instinctively a man shows dominance by showing his strength (also in the animal kingdom). So if a lot of women know this, there will be less assaults on them if they watch their tongues. So if you claim that only intelligent men don't touch their wives, the wives are also intelligent not to provoke the man to a stage of rage. 2 Likes |

MrKong: Lol. Still doesn't take away the possibilities of what amamahdaniel wrote up there. That was insightful. I wondered why he wasn't revealed with a number to his name. Imagine if he's to wear 14 and then Arda Turan leaves. The number 7 jersey will be vacant. How can a jersey number 7 be vacant in a team like Barcelona? Why not just wait and give it to him instead. amamahdaniel these are very good analysis and in as much as I don't know much about this deal in question, you could be very correct. It was the same way Liverpool said Coutinho was injured only for him to feature for Brazil. 2 Likes 1 Share |

3html: The bolded says it all. Bloggers! Because that's what y'all have been made to believe. You haven't heard it before so it's hard to take. Read my topic and you'll realize that I was about to say some home truths. Truth is bitter my friend. Use your keyword optimization to get the highest ranking. |

Finstar: You were still in school when I started earning money and working for myself since all you talk about is blogging. Youre right it's a faceless community. I don't need to prove nothing to you. But from your shallow and blog-filled thinking, I can deduce that you never should refer to yourself as an SEO person. That waters it down. |

3html: Smh!! Blog earnings? When I rake in good money from running digital campaigns and teachings, I should focus on blogging and get frustrated? You and your mentor ehn? Well, LindaIkeji teaches blogging and SEO too because she has a successful blog not knowing that content, top of mind awareness and domain popularity helped her blog. You guys should just get a 9-5 job. |

webincomeplus: Dude go and rest. Why do you feel threatened by competition? I moved because I thought Nigerian digital marketers were mediocre and I was right. I run a full fledged digital marketing company and there's no aspect of digital marketing that I have not run or experienced. Mr Blogger! Blackhat?? You obviously are ignorant. Don't worry about losing your 'customers'. Keep feeding them nonsense and run out of business soon if you don't learn. Digital is changing! I should get off your mentions? Was this thread created because of you? Frustrated local champion. |

3html: Okay my apologies. But bro, I don't want to believe that there's anything like an SEO pro. SEO is just a fancy acronym. You can be an SEO enthusiast or lover. Anything you do to make sure your website/blog comes top of mind in search engines is SEO. It doesn't have to be on-site or technical - the way your mentor is making it seem. I'm sure you know this. Like I said earlier, keywords are the backbones of search engines, but keyword OPTIMIZATION is slowly dying because those things we used to achieve with keyword frequencies and insertion, we no longer get. That was my point. And look, SEO isn't about blogging alone. |

webincomeplus: I'm sorry you feel hurt. As knowledgeable as I am, I still have mentors that I learn from everyday. Don't let your ego blindfold you. You could be making more than the 400k alexa rankings that you have if only you're calm and listen. I achieved less than 500k in alexa with my clients websites (not blogs) as far back as 2012. And yes. First page in a week! But it's still unofficial and may be gone when Penguin gets updated. What you don't know, you don't know. #Peace |

webincomeplus: Lol. You are a mentor to people. Pay me the money to try me out because I'll do simple tricks that you even know of - then if I don't rank in a week, you get your money and bragging rights. Then you'll know your knowledge of sandbox was when Google decided to scare people from gaining unverified back links. If your new site can get crawled in a day, how much more ranking in a week. But of course, I only use it for training - as same with Google professionals. So if you're ready to be schooled, let me know. |

Finstar: To each man, his own. I work for clients and they see my results. Why do I need to even prove this to you since you don't know what keyword optimization means and you beat around the bush in a bid to buttress your point? Like I said, if you want to test it out, pay me, I'll teach you and you can go ahead teaching others. And by the way, SEO specialists aren't bloggers. That's where your own knowledge and understanding of SEO lies... Blogging. SMH |

webincomeplus: Sanbox?? Lool! Do you also know that sandbox protocol has been bypassed many times? Like my mentors will say, you don't know something if you haven't tried it. Dude, you are seriously outdated. Please what are your websites? Let's openly do justice now. |

Webmasters / Re: 7 Truths About SEO That You Wont Be Told Anywhere Else by lucarella: 5:02pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
directonpc: That's very good. 6 years is a lot. I don't blog because I don't like writing but please don't do a follow link if it's not related to the niche of your blog. These systems are getting quite precise - I can tell you for a fact. The flow of content and engagement on your blog is very important. Backlinking is a very delicate area now. |
Webmasters / Re: 7 Truths About SEO That You Wont Be Told Anywhere Else by lucarella: 4:58pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
Finstar: Don't contradict yourself. You really don't know what keyword optimization really is. I understand it's a fancy word but it really means something. Check it out on Google and look at your face in the mirror. |
Webmasters / Re: 7 Truths About SEO That You Wont Be Told Anywhere Else by lucarella: 4:54pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
webincomeplus: You still don't understand. And you'll really need to learn. Not being too quick to respond. Synonyms are ranked for sites without keywords related to a particular niche. So when you search for a particular keyword, websites with the synonyms of those keywords can rank higher than your own website with the actual keyword - irrespective of your 'keyword optimization techniques'. Even though the websites aren't optimized. This is to tell you that keyword optimization isn't effective no more. You had first hand experience in this and you decided to optimize for synonyms? Really? How many synonyms can you possibly optimize for? By the way, it's not bragging if you can back it up. I can make your page first page on Google in a week. Same thing I told your friend. You'll pay me to teach you. |
Webmasters / Re: 7 Truths About SEO That You Wont Be Told Anywhere Else by lucarella: 4:42pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
directonpc: Bro, I learnt from experience. Made mistakes and achieved successes. But I'll suggest that you dig up every e-book on Google and read them to gain basic knowledge of how Google works. Have a test website and practice SEO on it. Believe me, that's the best way to learn. Don't take anything anyone says up there. Once you understand how and why Google crawls sites, SEO becomes just a fancy acronym. |
Webmasters / Re: 7 Truths About SEO That You Wont Be Told Anywhere Else by lucarella: 4:31pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
Finstar: You're the ignorant one sir. I can assure you. Look, I'm based overseas now but whatever your blog is, I can guarantee you first page on Google in a week with a series of simple tricks. You'd pay me 3 million naira to execute it because I paid thousands of dollars to learn it from people ahead of me. Always seek knowledge from people way ahead of you. What you don't know, you really don't know. |
Webmasters / Re: 7 Truths About SEO That You Wont Be Told Anywhere Else by lucarella: 4:23pm On Dec 15, 2017 |
webincomeplus: Lol. Listen man. I have been on SEO since 2011, a CEO of one of the first Digital Marketing companies in the countries and one of the earliest Google Advertising Certified Professionals (I got certified first in 2011) and currently being mentored by one of the top 3 digital media professionals in the world. I believe I have a lot more experience than you in this. Just in case you didn't read well the first time, keyword optimization is dying - not dead. Not keywords are dying. Keywords provide the backbone for Google crawlers and researching on keywords to use is not optimization. How and where you make use of those keywords is Optimization - which Google has moved to simmer down. Keyword density, frequency, etc. are all optimization techniques that aren't effective no more. In 2009/2010, with the Google Panda, if you wanted to rank for e.g greeting cards, all you needed to do was to insert greeting cards directly as many times as you could in a heading or a paragraph. Rename images/videos with greeting cards, create an embedded blog on greeting cards and watch rankings improve. Some people dedicated a page on their websites, wrote 'greeting cards' as many times as possible on that page and changed the font so that it becomes invisible just to rank. But you forget now that synonyms and mis-spelt words are being identified and picked up by Google to rank for certain keywords. Or you didn't know that? Geo-location, previously visited websites, speed of website, mobile compatibility, domain name and backlinks are some factors that the Penguin uses to rank sites nowadays. There are websites with no description content that rank on Google now, how are they crawled? |

laurazea: I'm not a blogger but I can give you some tips. Please don't delete the posts. Broken links don't help SEO at all. Besides, your domain can still rank for the other topics. Just ease into the other niche blogs. Check the description of your blog and change the keywords to focus on your niche. The blog description is the content that usually comes up when you search for your blog online. |
Webmasters / Re: Should I Quit Blogging? by lucarella: 3:55pm On Dec 14, 2017 |
Craigbrown4076: Lol I'm not a blogger. I'm just an SEO lover. Okay, first things first. How much content do you have on your blog? The more content, the more Google has to crawl. So I'll advise that you beef up your blog first. Then I'll give you a list of things you can do to rank better: Domain name (If you aren't using the Google's i.e www.domainname..com, I'll suggest you have a Nigerian domain; .ng). This is a cheat code. Be location specific. A .com is global and you'll show up everywhere but if your content is localized, please get a .ng domain. Social Media (Open up social media accounts with direct emphasis on Google+ and Youtube. Provide content on these two with links to your blog and watch your rankings improve in a very short time) Mobile friendly (Of course, Google favors more mobile optimized sites now) Content length (While providing content, make sure that it is long enough. About 200 - 400 words per post will do justice - it gives Google more to work on and expand your keyword use) Headings and Freshness: Make sure the keywords you want to be ranked for are time-bound, coined in a fresh manner and at worst, captured a little bit in your headings. E.g (Lose weight is the keyword, your heading could be; 5 ways to lose weight before December 2017). That is time-bound, fresh and Google is happy to boost your rankings amongst other because it's a fresh content. Backlinks: Your blog should provide a flow of engagement for your content. So it's perfectly okay to link to other sites and have other sites link to you. But don't go searching for it. If your content requires you linking to other sites, fine. If not, just grow naturally. Also if you provide a similar content to a previous post on your blog, link to it. The flow of engagement is very important. Once Google Analytics can accurately present your visitors browsing pattern to you without you being confused, know you are on the right track. There is a whole lot on content like words per sentence, keyword frequencies etc but keyword optimization is dying. These may still work but are not as effective as what you have up there. In summary, all of these are the things I would do without noticing or finding definitions for them if I was blogging for passion. That's Google's ultimate mission. The Penguin has been around since 2012. Imagine how accurate it has been fine tuned to be over the past 5 years. Unlearn what you know about SEO and blog for fun for a while. You'll see improvements. 1 Like |
