In other words, we don't need ur messed up regulation or flat rate for any Teleco to attract subscribers. Btw, hw is it ur business to attract subscribers? You want competition, you've got it. From the legal perspective: This case seems to be a criminal charge being prosecuted by either d Police or Ministry of Justice. In either case, if d teacher is guilty, he will serve jail time BUT that's not good enuf. I hope the guardians/parent of d victim will sue the teacher, the principal, the proprietor and the school (yes, d school can be sued differently frm the named persons) in civil capacity and demand damages (compensation) of just 5million in general and 2million in exemplary damages. She doesn't need to be reintegrated into d school. With 7mil, dey will start begging.she may finally settle for 3mil.

I share you opinion, however, governance has proven to be more complex than meets d eyes. You first hv to raise money, deal wit people who don't want to 2 raise d cash, deal wit pple within ur ranks who want to personalise d money raised. Then u will need 2 fight tooth n nail b4 u can get a reasonable persn to appropriate 2 d necessary quarters n hopefully implement ur desires (whc is always almost impossible). Also there ar sm oda sectors dt need emergency intervention as well eg Health n education. Inspite of all these, we still need to put a check 2 d unwholesome mutual ethnic distrust and sabotage; face off btw arms of government and a host of oda tins.
I believe this project (if completed) wud boost d economy of d south east nd south south. A step in d right direction

1. Even if u manage 2 recover sm money and houses, they ar under d Interim Forfeiture Order whc means after d matter in Court, if d accused is found innocent, d cash or woteva u seized reverts back 2 him
2. In d event dt d accused is guilty, such seizures fully goes 2 d govt however, I cn always file a Stay of Execution while I appeal at d higher courts so u will only see dis properties bt wudnt b able 2 touch it until d final decision at d Supreme Court (by whc time u wud be out of office #nobeef)
