Cletus77: stop hiding behind “why are you complaining when election doesn’t favour you”
Even if it’s a win….it doesn’t matter because the margin is the most important consideration here You mean he should have had 1 million votes out of total accredited voters of 600k plus? |

Love800: Pls dis 25percent, someone should pls explain it for me biko If the total number of votes cast is 600k, a party will have to get at least 150k votes out of that total number, to be considered as having 25% requirement for that state. That's practically one-quarter of the total. And such candidate must have at least 25% in at least 24 states of the federation, out of the total 36 states |

vision2050: Until we adopt E-voting we can't have credible election in Nigeria. Let people stay in the room and vote this will not only make majority to decide who govern them but also eliminate election violence. INEC wasted resources for the charade they called election. Why stay in the room to vote, when they can do that from their toilets instead? |

GreyLaw: Peter Obi is Nigeria's president. All these inflated and deflated figures will be thrown away by the courts and Tinubu the criminal who thrives in subverting the will of the people will be disgraced.
Tinubu, you will never lead Nigeria. Your ambition is cursed. Nigerians have spoken and will ensure with every necessary means that the truth wins. Easterners have spoken, not Nigerians. Shut up! |

I see the apprehension among young voters who needs guidance and are asking what happened? Let the elderly behave as elders. Asking what happened that their favorite candidate lost? Is that how they ask what happened when they fail exams? Must things always go their way? |

1. The Senate is no longer between PDP and APC
2. The house of rep the same thing
3. A serious structure of younger Nigerians are now in politics
4. Lagos Is indeed free at last cos certainly APC won't win governorship there
5. The people now have the power to elect sack and retain politicians
6. Governors and senators will decamp to labor in the nearest years Obi won't decamp from Labour? |

You have clearly profiled those traders as Igbos but you couldn't profile the hoodlums. If you must declare the traders "Igbo traders", it is only right to also use "yoruba hoodlums".

No sacrifice is too small. People in this part of the world are more concerned about what to eat than bother about such. I know some villages that had reduced voting population cos many of the eligible voters already chose to go to their farms |

Emmaesty: Just because your candidate did not win doesn't mean that the results are fake. APC has a stronghold in Ogun State. I am sure the LP votes came from areas where they had universities and a lot of young people.
Think of rural areas in Ogun and Ekiti State. How many of them know Peter Obi? Most of them are not enlightened Obi whose posters were mainly only at the state capital in Ekiti. Not sure what magic people were expecting. |

Do u prefer we continue wit dis our present method where ppl are been maimed, killed, properties destroyed, result falsification, disruptions, result upload brouhaha, general insecurity in our electioneering process?
This is d best method I suggested for dis our system of govt.
Ppl transport to INEC LGAs to collect their voters card during registration, they shld also be able to transport themselves down there to go vote. People take obtaining the voter's card seriously mainly cos of the ID purposes it also serves. |

Eriokanmi: Really? . This is just the beginning as 2m votes of Tinubu's lead is nothing, when compared to what's coming. We're still going to 14m and above as expected for a leading candidate. Results release started in Tinubu's strongholds and its almost done as you can see. Lagos remains 2 LG and Tinubu is leading by just 9k votes ahead of obi, with Ojo and Alimosho remaining . On the constitutional requirements you talked about, Obi will get 25% in 24 states. Adamawa and nasarawa had just been added, to the existing states where he'd get 25% so relax How is 2+17 equal to 24, abeg? |
