Both the sitting room and room has cross ventilation but we only opened one side of both windows in the room.... When I noticed the way she sweats, I dress her in onesies alone without singlets under but her socks and mittens are always on..

I know of a mother that her first child was through CS, 2nd was Vagina birth, 3rd CS and 4th Vagina. But yet to see 2 Cs consecutively then VD as third.

Garki hospital is fine but it seems there charges are higher than other good ones like Maitama general, federal staff gwarinpa and FMC,Jabi .

Try another facility and always tell them why you are there for the scan and i hope we all know they should not only tell you the sex but it should be written.

We should not allow these people to push or fool us by coming regularly for this scan in the name of one reason or the other. Some see but do not want to communicate either because they want you to be repeating for more money for them or they feel the sex they are seeing is not favourable to you.

Rota is a special vaccine you pay for and given twice within space of 4 weeks. So it is your duty to enquire if they have it in the hospital so that you pay for it or you go to another hospital if they dont have it.

All these vaccines especially these special ones are part of what you are taught during your antenantal classes but some hospitals dont or some women dont pay attention when the class is going on.

Note, there are some good vaccines that are not written or captured on the card that is very important you also administer your child so many. Peace.

Congratulations to all the latest mothers in the house... pls I have a question o.I went for my baby 6weeks immunisation today and I just got home now and curiosity made me check the card where they do tick the vaccines given and I noticed they didn't tick the Rota1 part and these guys in the hospital didn't tell me anything ( I use airforce hospital Abuja).pls is it that Rota virus vaccine is taken during 10weeks and not 6weeks or the hospital didn't have and didn't tell us or its not important pls help me.

It means there is presence of malaria parasite in his system that might be resistant and also infection.
My baby girl fell sick in April and that was exactly the result from her test.
The doctor prescribed
1. Malaria injection for 3 days(Emal)
2. Antibiotics.
3. Lonart malaria syrup for another 3 days to be started a day after the injection ends.
4. The Diclofenac was the one to be insert in her bum cos she was having crazy fever.

PS: pls note that I'm not a doctor or nurse. My daughter is 2yrs old and the drugs and dosages were prescribed and calculated for her age.

You can skip for tuesday but you must not get it in government hospital, can be taken even in private hospitals what really matters is that you have your card so that next appointment can be recorded. Be that as it may pls do not miss it on tuesday.

My second dose of TT injection is scheduled for tomorrow..I registered with a general hospital a little far from my present home because we relocated in 2020. That was where I had my first child. My major concern is the public holiday fixed for tomorrow and the availability of nurses whose duty is to inject. Can I skip it tomorrow and probably take it Tuesday or Wednesday without any negative effect?

It is the will of God only, it is not by your hard work or strong gbola only by mercy of God. That your wife is not getting pregnant does not mean she is not ovulating. You have really stretched this topic. There are things you need to examine and necessary tests you can go do if you are suspecting all are not well.

Madam you do not need worry,all you need do is constant cleaning mainly from down and drip hot his bathing water there too. It is not abnormal some are thicker than others. We have a nurse that usually pull it out well with little blood after but i do not advise mothers just intensify the cleaning. I know of a mother that came after a month to complain the nurse suggested to pull if she wants but i told the mother to go clean for one more week and fortunately it feel out 3 days after so intensify cleaning.

The truth is that it is gotten mainly through intercourse which is through fluid,really do not want to go in details but what you need to know that God is God and most people have health issues they are also managing believing God for a cure. This Hepatitis B test is one of the compulsory test result that is requested for before marriage takes place in recent time infact it is now more demanded for more than HIV.

I’m 27yrs old. I had a still birth last year @41weeks 3days. (IUFD) Reason couldn’t be traced. It was a healthy pregnancy all though. Now I’m pregnant again and almost due. I reg. for antenatal in March and of all the rest that was carried out, the Hepatitis B test came as positive. I was beyond shocked as never in my life have I ever thought such could be. I married a virgin and it’s only my hubby I have ever slept with all my life! My hubby also isn’t the type that womanize at all. So I kept praying and rebuking it! The Dr told me I shouldn’t be worried but prepare money to get the vaccine injection (90k) for the child once born. So yesterday I decided to test again and it’s still positive. I have cried my eyes out! Browsing google all through. I can’t even sleep well… My hubby also said he’ll do the test this week. Please does pregnancy instigate it? Will I be fine and test negative after delivery? I was told to run liver function test wic I did ysday. My next appointment is 15th but I didn’t let the lab scientist rest. I begged that he sends me the result and he sent this on WhatsApp. Please who can interpret? Mothers please pray for me, I don’t want to nurse an incurable ailment����������

Please ovulation cannot and do not come 3 days after period. This is some cases we deal with really some of our mothers are fertile but has no knowledge of calculation thus that is why we advise couples to meet atleast once in two days.

Please if you do not want to go to hospital for now just try for 3 months having regular sex. If you decide to visit hospital first step is for doctor to ask you how regular you have sex after that if it is enough then you will be sent for a scan then if all it is well the doctor may decide to send you for hormonial tests or give you fleming and flagy for 7 days atimes it may be infection.

We have not done hormonal test. Yes, she is yet to conceive. I got to know because after her period no ovulation. Her ovulation is suppose to come 3 days after period, but is not coming. It ceased.

Please have you done hormonal tests?. Then how do you know that her ovulation ceased?. Is it because she is yet to conceive?. The above questions will go a long way to answering your question.

The best to calculate is LMP, early scan only helps mothers that usually forget their LMP, we know some women do not calculate. To think that a mother sought for advise here on which to be used for accurate calculation between LMP and tape measurements by her so called 3 doctors still baffles me.

Unless and unless you are telling me honestly you forgot your LMP. Even mostly tape measurements are fading, technology is advancing please for those that cares to listen the Best and Accurate calculation is through your LMP not even scan talk more of tape. Even the scan attendant sometimes ask you question on your LMP to arrive or cross check the result.

Atiku okowa is a failure because for 8 years he did nothing in delta state. Emmanuel Udom or Anyim Pius Anyim is a good option for you if you need votes.

Very very good for both situation but you have to reduce intake of tigernut during pregnancy to avoid very big baby. But both will make your breast flow very well immediately after delivery but pls would be better if you prepare them yourself. We add date even in our kunu so we dont add sugar.

As per that "far" ehn, I'm seriously confused. Docs are using scan date not my lmp saying its not correct (and I'm very certain it's correct). According to my lmp, I'll be 29 weeks tomorrow but my Tommy measured 34weeks. It's been 6 weeks ahead since i registered and did my first scan. EDD is 22nd August but scan is 21st July. Imagine the difference.

So I asked the doc what happens when I don't go into labour by 40 weeks According to scan. He said I'll be given 1 week and check the state and size of the baby then be induced. My confusion hasf confused. Has anyone experienced this before?

The average period is two to seven days so bleeding for eight days or more is considered long though not dangerous in some cases but there maybe underlying health issues that need to be tracked through series of tests and scan.

Why it may affect fertility depending the outcome of a test is because of tracking ovulation if there is no underlying sickness that need to be treated.

They say health is wealth, atleast your first stage is to visit the hospital, then a doctor must prescribe some tests then you can start from there.
