@ Starryv and @ 1stmom, pls can you remind me of your Lo sex.

My mothers i am really writing a book trying to see if i can get some symptoms you will be having and you can dictate the sex of your Lo and also working on days you can conceive and you know the sex of your baby.

Please help me with information to help our mothers when i ask especially in the aspect of balancing the family.

Exactly,anything that works for you is fine. I think maybe if you start earlier your system might get used to it especially if you are the type wey body no dey sweet in any slightest thing pls my mothers let me leave it at this point.

Nawa o! And they told us at antenatal to start cleaning the nipple from 28weeks. Clean twice daily with cotton wool n warm water.

As i stated, shear butter and coconut oil does so many functions when in use in the nipple, one of such is cleaning of the nipples and making the nipples visible because in some women they cant see their nipples. Nipple cleaning can be done at any time. If you choise to do yours after delivery or in the delivery room is uour choice but i am the one that stated coconut oil is used for cleaning nipples. That it stimulates uterine contractions in your system does not mean it does so that another mother. What affects you must not affect others and what works for you must not work for others.

Cleaning of nipples should be in the last few weeks of pregnancy. It can stimulate uterine contractions, that's why it's one of the ways to induce labor.

I personally avoid it because my last two babies and this one, any type causes serious contractions for me till I'm ready for baby to come.

One of the advantages of CS is that almost all the blood will be removed during the process unlike VD that require home remedies to cleanse.

Please that a mother stopped bleeding days after her delivery does not mean all is cleansed i mean those that did VD.

She do not need to worry,she should be concerned now about the Lo, this is one of the sacrifices mothers make, pls try to check well why she is really worried maybe maybe is because of that girlfriend title that you still use .
Motherhood is a thing of joy which comes with its pains that phases away.
Please for the stretch marks she need not to worry, just prepare your own coconot oil and buy original shear butter let her mix the two and use twice daily,remember to testify here within two weeks.

Please our mothers you guys are trying, on a general note especially for FTMs, always use original coconut oil to rub and clean your nipples while pregnant so as not to complain when the baby arrives. It really helps to clean your nipples and push your nipples out and trust me you will see dirts coming out and you will not complain when you start breastfeeding these and more are what we teach during antenatal classes.

Good day Mamas in the house… I am silent reader in this group , my girlfriend EDD is Friday 27 and we can’t wait to see our bundle of joy ….the issue is that my girlfriend is always worried about her stretch marks ,I have been consoling her that I still love her with the stretch marks but her constant complain is getting me worried please is there any cream ,oil or any home remedies that can removes stretch marks or better still make it a little invisible ?

Update: the drugs are working well so contractions have stopped (last one was at 1.30am). The fibroid is degenerating and the pain is what stimulated contractions. My doctors are trying to stall delivery to 36weeks but I’ve gotten 2doses of dexamethasone injection to hasten lung maturity. I’ll be 35 weeks tomorrow and the baby’s weight as at yesterday was 2.8kg hence my major duty is to eat very well to increase his weight to at least 3.3kg by this Friday and 3.5kg by 36 weeks so he won’t be small (to decrease chances of NICU admission).

So forget,men should be wise when they want to wed to accomodate his family too in all the arrangement if not wifes can divert everything. Is even friends that understand you that you can invite via whatsapp.

How can he admit he printed 500 cards without giving you one. If he knows he cant meet up with the number of cards needed, he would not have printed at all.

Even your parents need the invitation and drinks for the invite.

When I did my wedding many years back, I took the card and a bottle of St. Remi to my uncle who was living in the same city with me, could you believe he rejected my card and the drink in the presence of my wife telling me that he doesn't need an invite card to attend my wedding! Yes,it is possible. I hope you did not take unprescribed drugs. All the same it is possible not to get a kick always.

But if you are not too settled and you did not get a kick if you have been getting after 48hrs then you can go for a scan.

So no time i was even referring to men that are not stingy.

Major difference between CS and VB is the cost implication. So most stingy men hate it when they hear CS and to think a woman does so too is amazing.

We all know that some women now opt for Cs even without any underlying health issue and it is conducted mostly on or before 36weeks as the case maybe. My doctor female friend does hers within 32 and 34 weeks because she will usually tell you that she is tired of carrying the baby.

Some men today also want Cs for their wives these days they will tell you that they dont want their 'baby'(wife) to stress herself. Remember many things are involved when you push the truth is that no body tells you that but only you alone will fell it after you have done vaginal delivery twice.

Though some women just want to try vb just for the experience that is all and why you hear Vaginal birth after Ceasearan and we all know that it is not all health facility that can handle Cs effectively.

So sorry about that but the earlier you attend to it the better for you.

You really need atleast two or three different results from different hospital to take your decision.

I can remember those days a woman came to us crying she was told she had fibroid but when we stepped in it was just ovarian cyst so you can see why you dont conclude a health and sensitive matter with only one opinion.

As i said depending the facility you are using and how you present what you want.

We know the position of a baby can prevent the clear picture then another thing is that some may see it but will decline to tell you especially when they know what they are seeing is a differnt gender from what you are expecting. They achieve it through little interaction they have with you during the process.

In absent of the above factors, a good facility dictates sex of a baby from 12 weeks and in developed countries they have other tests that they conduct for that and it is done earlier than 12 weeks.

I had my scan at 14 weeks unfortunately we couldn't detect sex, baby wasn't in a stable position.
For my first, sex was detected at 18 weeks.

Yes madam,from 12 weeks a good scan facility can dictate that.

No cause for alarm, it is implantation spotting. It is normal in some women and pregnancies. Please avoid some fruits now especially pineapple and paw paw.

Not bad, even some bleed though it is natural you are worried. Please try to reduce your stress and take your folic daily.

Congratulations madam, as per normal i doubt because how it is done now even before you are discharged within 3 or 4 days it is removed and the site will be cleaned while you will be asked to continue the cleaning at home.

It was during 1980s and so on that the site of the cs is wider and mothers mostly go home with stitches and later apponitment given.

For the pains it all depends your body and what you do and lift at home. Please you do not need work now at least give yourself break till after 3 months.

Madam my candid advice to you is please if i am to guess then it should be TT but it is not good to guess and you ought to have been given a card because you need three doses of it if it is TT and it is timely and you can go to any other hospital to get it if only you have your card and record.

You will even take the last dose after delivery,this means this is your first pregnancy and you need to observe every step so that during your second pregnancy you will be pro.
