I think the Fact find works both ways. It's of no use asking the right question(s) if you cannot use the insights gained from the assessors' responses to justify your selection.

Anyway, bro you might want to be careful about specific information that can indict your friend and/or his fam.

So as much as I know the outcomes will be largely based on the AC performance, I still wonder if stuff like work experience & all will count seeing that they got that info from us before the SHL test.

e.g if 5 people have the same AC aggregate core (which is likely) for one spot, what other factors will be used to differentiate and/or select?

@JohnSnow maka why? Why must you be the bearer of the news that it's going to be a very cold winter? In any case, assuming proportionality, hence a 30% cut in GT intake. So the original 66% chance for each hopeful (as estimated on this thread a long time ago) drops to about 46%. No wahala.

It was originally a 25% chance for each hopeful it seems.
All the same lets just get this over and done with!
