But the person **only** helps with the 28 days money lodgement for student visa….. he doesn’t get involved with any other kind of loans.

Use the name in your Passport for all application. It is the most important document that must be consistent with any visa or school application.

You can use your maiden name for your visa application so far it tallies with your passport. It is not compulsory you change to your husband surname after marriage. It does not affect your application.

What is most important for dependant visa is proof of marriage (wedding certificate) and proof that your relationship is subsisting e.g wedding pictures, whatsapp and Facebook communications, living together evidence e.t.c

Then the amount of money left for your fees. For eg, if you pay deposit of £2k for your fees, you have £17,798. So, sum up the living cost of the main applicant, the dependent and what’s left of the fees. Total of about £33,125. Use oando fx to get the naira equivalent and ensure to hold the money for not less than 28days..

It's not a scam, for some cases a guarantor is needed. I think for foreign birth, not so sure, but when i went to do for my daughter, i saw them ask for a guys guarantors passport photograph, and that particular office was for only foreign births..so i really can't say, but asking for a guarantor for international passport isn't a scam, that i know.

Scam. There is no need for guarantor when applying for international passport (i assume this is what you mean). Go to the immigration office closest to you with your birth certificate, nin slip and apply.

If you can meet all the conditions & you produce legit documents. You do not hide anything or lie on your application, I see no reason why you won’t get your visa??

Start with getting admission, fulfilling the admission conditions (if any), precas stages & getting your CAS

Apart from the degree, the University too won't help cos sales/marketing roles require Bachelors degree which Madonna Mass comm degree is not equivalent.
So I'd advise you process student visa, Canada or Australia.
