As always, many thank to everyone on this group who take the time to reply. It is always much appreciated.

So I (applicant) had got all the WhatsApp chats evidence ready and just realised that I've done screen shots from my phone and not my wife's (sponsor). Can I print all relationship and communication evidence from my own phone ?

Would this matter, or should I get the evidence from my wife's phone? I can tell her to print out from her own phone and send to me.
Thank you

OK.
If you follow the UKVI/UKBA guides and instructions, you won't go wrong. I know it can be confusing a times but I'd say when in doubt, adopt the literal meaning of the instruction or guidance.
If what she has is what is currently in force, then she doesn't have to wait till the next tax year. I believe she has payslips so that should be included.
Have you left now? All the best.
Many thanks.

Yes i have left UK.

Would not work with payslips, submitting payslips would be tantamount to application suicide......

The prerequisites for self assessment/employed, is more stringent than the PAYE route........
Many thanks

She should also have tax return for 2018/2019. No, you guys don’t have to wait till April. However, self employment route requires a lot. You might want to read the guide provided by home office https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/783641/Appendix-FM-1-7-Financial-Requirement-ext_1_.pdf .
Alternatively, you can seek the help of a solicitor. I understand that they won’t charge
more than £200 if your case is straight forward.
Many thanks. True talk, Indeed self employed requires alot.

You should ask on the spousal visa thread.
Thanks. I have also asked the question on spouse visa thread. Why I do ask on this thread is bc some people in this thread passed through the spouse visa route.. This thread is active and has bin very helpful to me than the spouse thread. I hadly get much responses from spouse thread. Most people that have gotten spouse visa are not active again on the thread.

If your accommodation arrangements are not 100%, don't bother putting in an application......

If your family friend is ready to assist, your wife would have to have a tenancy agreement, bank statements reflecting rent payments, house inspection report etc etc

Accommodation forms a key part of the process, you fail that, that's your application funds down the latrine.......

They never offer refunds...........
your wife would have to have a tenancy agreement, bank statements reflecting rent payments, house inspection report etc etc

Many thanks for your response bros. Please this your message I highlighted is the tenancy agreement, bank statement ........ going to be from my wife or our family friend?

Our family friend are ready to assist us They live in their own house on mortgage. Have some people gone through this route of using family house as meeting their accommodation? please kindly let me know the documents we need from them. Meanwhile I am still reading the tread, AV bin very helpful. Many thanks

Happy Sunday house. Please I want to confirm if me and my wife can use our family friend house as proof of accommodation for the spouse visa? We are contemplating using a council apartment if my wife can get soonest OR we use our family friend house. My wife is staying in one single room and the landlord said the room is only meant for one person. So we are looking for alternatives. Please dear house I need your advice on the one that is best. We spoke to our family friend and they said they are ready to accept us and give us all the requirements to meet the accommodation. Then when I join my wife we gather money and get our own apartment. Suggestions please. Thank you.

Do not divorce.

Return home and apply for the spousal visa.
If you are denied over the supposedly lie, you can then fight to up turn it.
Nobody may even notice the mistake, could be considered honest mistake with the drop down answers in the application.
Thanks. I appreciate your respond. But fighting to up turn it leads to appeal and appeal takes longer time. I am not sure I fit wait for appeal. I need to start a family soonest

You have pictures of wedding/tradition but all you need is a certificate. This might sound silly but does anyone know if Marriage in absentia fulfil Ukvi criteria?
Marriage in absentia can be done only for traditional marriage not church or court bc of exchange of vows and signatures. If I do marriage in absentia how can we defend the pictures we previously took

That is a nice question guy but the ECO will detect another lies. If someone stand in for my wife in court and the year on the certificate will not match with her entries stamps on the passport. They will search the year on his passport entries and also the signatures of my wife will not march with documents submitted.
Eco will say another fake marriage.

This one na another complication. From flying pan to fire. Lol! Make I remove the one I committed first. Lol

Thank for your comment
