Glithronix:Correct tokunbo for Honda civic the shaft is that cheap compared to corolla and accord |
CheerfulGiver:Bolt is wicked. Imagine 4 inspection in a year, the fares without surges which is the norm lately is shitty the commission is killing they force u to go to all axis with their new activity score calculation. I gave up on bolt over 3months ago |
Glithronix:What I'm saying is if we continue like this we'll reck our vehicle, wait until your car start calling for repairs na den u go understand say 2,700 minus 10% for a trip over 25km is poor Edited Few days ago I had to replace my gear box Before now the gearbox was 70k now 180k Shaft 6k now 10k I can go on and on |
CheerfulGiver:2,700 is fair from airport to VI. Understand indriver bro that trip is surely not for me I'm just generally saying that the fares lately on most platforms is poor. |
The fares I see on indriver lately are ridiculous, Imagine airport to VI 2,700 is that not madness And amazingly before you say jack "trip has already been taken" I come dey wonder who dey accept these shitty trips

dru23:Thanks bro, long time. I can't agree less with all you just said. I was the one who caused the problem from the beginning. The engine giving me this problem, I out of ignorance caused it to have this issue. The engine was less than 100,000km the car was bought brand new by the previous owner and was used to shuttle ikoyi lekki axis. The return holes was not connected to the radiator and the car overheated couple of times. Due to previous knowledge with the car (mercedes) that I was used to driving and never had to worry about return holes I didn't know the importance of that "tiny holes" that lead to the head gasket burning out. And for the 1st time the engine had to be opened to replace head gasket and guess what, that was the beginning of the end of that super clean engine that runs so smooth and quiet with no single smoke from the tail pipe. I go share the entire story soon, cause in the end victory is sure. You are one of the persons that influenced my decision to buying the civic and I know the vehicle will come out victorious because even with the issue I know how much money I take home as profit when compared to the days I used the mercedes. Peace bro sure you doing well? For a while I wouldn't access nairaland but I'm back now. Edited And what of the Moto oil business you running you still into it? I now have a strictly car issue/maintenance channel where we can promote such products. The channel still at infant stage but has even bigger chances of growing exponentially. |
Na voice note for fit this your comment. Guy who tell you say "the guy Don suffer" I enjoy every single day of my life bro, every challenge is a stepping stone to greater heights that is how I have always lived my life. No regrets I just keep moving and guess what the civic has been awesome. I have feed back on my progress in fixing the car and hopefully this is the last stop. Mean while despite the overheating issues (which has finally been solved) I was still able to make ends met working strategically with the car and able to raise money for complete engine overhaul. So guy nothing spoil we move. |
donfortune48:You have turn it to advice, guy your statement from the beginning deserve no friendly approach I'm not a fool I know a mediocre when I see or sense one. If you follow channel with good intentions you will know what I really stand for. Like I said I don't need your prayers and advice, and besides you are not worth getting me angry I am Super chilled. But your Mockrey under the disguise of prayer and good wish deserve serious knock. So bro stay off my back. I see your type on almost every forum like WhatsApp etc. |
donfortune48:Plz keep your pity to yourself, who are you in the first place to pity another person is your own life that rosey? Because I'm bold enough to share my experiences and you hide behind your phone and say you pity me. That is funny really funny but I know your type waiting to see the faliure of another and mix worlds with sarcasm trying to make one feel less of him or her self. You don't even have access to my personal life. Bros pity yourself before you pity another person. |

donfortune48:Who are you to say no tangible thing to show for my hard work, are you my financial manager. Please don't rub your problem on others. I am doing great and living life like its golden. Abi I Don come ask you for money before? Edited I see bad belle from your comment so take back your prayers I don't need it. |
Crvrider:Bro I can relate with what you just explained. At some point I come dey think say na village ppl nor want make I go front in life, but God pass them |
fineboynl:I'm still on it |
Finally gotten back access to nairaland. Hello nairaland, I bought a car last year for my online Taxi business which was a decision I had to make in order to save my business from the current economic realities. The car is a Honda civic 2003, I must say the car really helps in terms of fuel economy and cost of replacing damaged parts. But then the car overheats when the sun is out with the AC on, the over heating only occurs on hot days but lately regardless of the surroundings temperature the car overheats after 2 to 3 hours of driving. I have literally tried everything from changing radiator to replacing head gasket to flushing engine block and adding additional fan that comes up when I turn on the AC all these efforts never solved the problem. In a desperate search for a solution I have taken the car to a very professional mechanic with all gadget and tools needed to give a finally solution. I am documenting the entire process via YouTube on a channel called CarPalavaFix Link to the video below https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-DcsojCqhA Please subcribe as I'll upload my progress on this project. And thanks for the support you all showed me on my previous channel (The Driverpreneur). Really appreciate |
