Travel › Re: The Rhetorics Of Daniel Bwala And The Future Of Many Young Nigerians by LZAA: 6:15am On Jul 12
Rapmoney:
Few days ago, Special Adviser to the president on Media and Policy Communications stated that Nigerians earning 60,000 Naira in Nigeria are better off compared to Nigerians earning about 2,600 Pounds in the United Kingdom. I am not a politician; neither am I a member of any political party in Nigeria, but one thing I have mastered over the years is studying people and patterns. I am going to tell you this for free today. Patterns do not lie. The best way to understand humans is to study their patterns. I have consistently study Daniel Bwala, and with every atom of honesty, inconsistency runs in his blood. The same person that told you that a Nigerian earning 60k in Nigeria is better than a Nigerian in the UK earning 2.6k Pounds will sing another song tomorrow when he is no longer benefitting from the government. That is his pattern!

Sometime ago, I made a post where I encouraged young Nigerians who want to seek greener pastures abroad not to be deceived or distracted by anyone. Some people came from different angles to attack me, but I really do not care because I will keep stating the truth and the obvious.

It is true that not everyone will travel, but it is even truer to say Nigeria is not for every young Nigerian. Not everyone can achieve success no matter how intelligent and creative you are, in a society where there are so many squares pegs in round holes. In a society where you must know someone who knows another person in government or politics to get a job. So what is the essence of education, intelligence, creativity, and expertise in the system? If you knew the number of dumb 3rd Class graduates that are occupying many sensitive positions in Nigeria, you would weep for the country! They are not there because they merit the positions. They are there because someone placed them there. That is how things work in Nigeria. That is why the public sector is a huge mess!

The same Daniel Bwala was living in the UK before he got a government appointment. The problem with many Nigerians is that they don't carry out thorough research, and they find it difficult to think deeply. Go and do your research. Where is Daniel Bwala's wife and children? His wife and children are living in Reading, United Kingdom. His wife works there and his children school there. A man whose wife and kids live in the UK permanently is discouraging you not to travel out. Shouldn't Nigeria be a better place for them to live?

How many Nigerians earning 100k in a month can comfortably save 10k? Let us be sincere to ourselves. How many married men with children in Nigeria earning 300k a month can comfortably save 50k? How many Nigerians even earn up to 300k in a month?

That your brother or sister in Europe, America, Australia, etc that sends you 100k, 200k, 300k...ask yourself if he or she could do that if they were living in Nigeria. Nor be cho cho cho.

The Gospel Truth: Whether you like it or not, many Nigerians will NEVER count the Naira in millions until they leave the shores of Nigeria. You can save this anywhere! Nor be mouth.

Just like I stated earlier, not everyone will travel, but if you are a young person with high creativity and intelligence, and you don't have the usual connection that some few people use in Nigeria, do not allow anyone to discourage you from travelling, or else, you will regret it in your later years when your bones are weak and your sight becomes blurry. You may not achieve much.
Sometime ago, I made a post where I encouraged young Nigerians who want to seek greener pastures abroad not to be deceived or distracted by anyone. Some people came from different angles to attack me, but I really do not care because I will keep stating the truth and the obvious.

Pillar12:
Moses Simon said what he said, and we can’t pretend to know better than him.
The truth is, he claims he was let go by Enugu Rangers and not given a fair chance because he’s not Igbo.

A couple of years ago, Burna Boy made a similar point about Igbos preferring their own over outsiders.
These aren’t random people saying this.... they’re public figures with firsthand experience.

Many believe Igbos are very tribalistic but tend to downplay it, especially because non-Igbos rarely go to the Southeast.
The perception is that Igbos are not very accommodating and are highly tribalistic.
It's not the garbage you are spewing that's amusing me
It's the confidence wey dey amuse

You’re joking. Leave Benue State, let’s talk about Ebonyi that was carved out from Enugu and Abia State, having boundaries with Benue, Cross River, Abia and Enugu..,

Don’t most of you igbos ( from Anambra especially,) discriminate against your Ebonyi brothers?
I have heard a lot of Igbo guys refer to their Ebonyi brothers as the abokis of the south east. They look down on Abakaliki boys who mostly, are less arrogant and more accommodating than most of you who claim to be the main igbos.

Leave Benue having boundaries with Enugu. It’s a geopolitical phenomenon and has nothing to your credit or benevolence.

Talk about your own Ebonyi brothers and how you treat them.
See your tribalism na follow come
Dem really drill am inside you
Even folks from Benue and SS have come out to debunk Simon's claims but you are hanging on this false claim

ScarletBrace:
Most of you guys, whenever your tribe is mentioned, blood stop’s flowing to your brain and pumps to parts of the body that never helps in vivid reasoning.

That guy is from Benue state, what gain does an average Benue man derive from tribalism?
A people with good reputation for hospitality and treating strangers even more importantly than themselveshuh

In as much as there could be few exceptions based on individual differences, the average Benue man by statistics, has an open arms to other tribes than an average Igbo man.

Refuting this guy’s claim like he’s out of his mind is what makes you stink. You weren’t there with him when it happened..,and yes Taribo played for Rangers, so what? does that make it impossible for management to employ new hands with different dispositions or perceptionshuh

Even if a new president from the East shows up today and develops Nigeria infrastructure-wise to the level of Japan these kind of tribalistic mindsets will never make the system work. Many of you guys accuse the Yorubas of what you equally are.

If you like finish one bag of kola nuts 🌰 and spit wise proverbs like the ancestors. That kind of wisdom would never develop your community into a modern day sophisticated hub like America, Japan, Korea or China. It only keep you tied to your roots and blind to the realities beyond your physical and mental boundaries.

I know you would come up to start mentioning igbos who are doing well in diaspora. That’s bullshit.
Tell them to go home and build a working system. That’s the true wisdom and smartness we’re talking about.

You guys should learn to keep an open mind whenever your tribe is mentioned, so you can think clearly and objectively.
If you knew what you were talking about you would know that Enugu and Benue apart from sharing borders also share blood ties but no your childish tribalism will not let you see front

Enugu rangers need to come and debunk this nonsense quickly
The annoying part of all these is that the player himself is from Benue, a state where Igala igbos reside
To make matters worse Davidson Owumi was in charge of Rangers during this period so this nonsense would never have taken place
This is just a bunch of lies

No power distribution company install prepared meter in a compound that is owing. Don't be quick to think you know more than the victim.
I've used prepared meter since 2016 and and in 2019, phed claimed I owed 96k and they will have to take half of the subscription I made. That was how they removed 96k over a period of time.
2025 phed alleged I owed 72k. I called their port Harcourt office to register my complain and they promised to resolve the issue.
By March 2026, phed inform me that my residence come under band A.
This is an area that has never seen 7 hours of uninterrupted power supply.
We wrote a complaint and till now they are still charging exorbitant rate in subscription.
We are dealing with a fraudulent situation orchestrated by power company.

Akamon:
Enugu City and Otukpo town has water issues for years. Boreholes drilling in this areas do not yield water unlike other places within the country due to their higher ground location.
Bringing tap water to full functionalityin such settlement is an A class achievement. Kudos to the governor.
The question we need to ask is what has PDP done for this state and we don't need to get shy of asking this question? There's a need to chastise the then ruling party.
Revenue generation is a life line for governance that will touch the common man but there's a price to pay.

We need to commend the governor and President Tinubu for making available revenue to embark on such dividend of democracy.
