gaby:Thank you. i have been sad since today as the company secretary made it clear that it is against company's policy to release her documents to staffs |
OmoBendel24:Please Sir, I need clarification please I am to attend an exhibition in Germany and I have already booked appointment with the German embassy. I was looking at the supporting documents and I saw; Certificate of Incorporation/Registration of the company in Nigeria, Memorandum and Articles of Association / Company and Allied Matters Act, Federal Inland Revenue Service Income Tax Clearance Certificate/Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate of the past year and company´s bank statements of the last three months (only stamped and signed bank statements accepted). I am just an employee and my company said they can't handover the aforementioned company's documents to me though they have given me letter from the company to confirm that the company is aware of the trip. please, what do I do? someone told me that the company's documents is targeted at self-employed not employee that I don't have to supply them as employee. but I can't confirm. I did create a thread for it but no one responded. please I'll be grateful |

For those people who may not know the man Olisa Agbakoba, here is a collection of 10 reasons why Atiku Abubakar should adopt him as his running mate. Google is also your best friend. You can verify these facts. 1. He has been a key leader in the country's pro-democratic movement, and is the President of AfroNet, an international NGO dedicated to furthering the human rights cause in Nigeria. 2. He is also the founder of Nigeria's foremost human rights organization, the Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO) 3. He was a defender for the Civil Rights activist, Ken Saro-Wiwa who was executed and was arrested several times because of his pro - democratic activities. 4. Olisa Agbakoba is from Onitsha, Anambra state which is the South East geo-political zone of Nigeria. 4. He holds a masters’ degree from the London school of Economics and Political Science. He is well-grounded in economic policy formulation. 5. He was an active member of the National Conference of 2014. 6. He is someone with a proven track record of competence, character and integrity. This was proven as he rejected the 12 million naira honorarium paid to him by the federal government for attending the 2014 CONFAB citing that the masses needed that money to put into good use instead of being handed out to few individuals. 7. Agbakoba is an experienced Leader, a former President of the Nigerian Bar Association and businessman. 8. He has the burning desire to leave a footprint in the sands of time. 9. Agbakoba is reputed to put in place a blueprint for the effective running of Nigerian Bar Association. 10. As a vice president, Olisa Agbakoba will not be a figurehead. He will chair the economic team; provide visionary leadership and sound direction for the economy. www.nairaland.com/attachments/7926035_img20181009125336_jpega819123a9e907c7a73380f01311f4ef8 |
Udom is working |
The news of the emergence of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as the presidential flag bearer of the People’s Democratic Party is no longer news. For most Nigerians, he presents an alternative to the current Buhari-led Administration and as such may find favour in the sight of many. We understand that he cannot run this race alone and as such there is need for him to select a credible running mate who will also appeal to the general populace. Here’s my suggestion: Atiku + Agbakoba – A match made in Heaven The name Olisa Agbakoba is not new to Nigerians. He is the founder of Nigeria's foremost human rights organization, the Civil Liberties Organisation (CLO which played a key role in the birth of the Human Rights movement in the country. He has distinguished himself as a top most lawyer and an astute policy maker. In recent times, he has also become actively involved in politics and is the leader of the third force group of political parties. A native of the Onitsha which is in the south eastern part of Nigeria, Agbakoba is Mr Integrity himself. He is an untainted, internationally recognized and high flying technocrat who runs a successful practice. Atiku needs to look no further in the selection of a credible candidate who will be his running mate. The combination of these men will present an opportunity to get Nigeria back on the right track.
