BUT I agree. Sometimes it can be too much unnecessary pressure. See someone suing Joel Osteen's wife. Was watching the news today and they were calculating her net worth, its like 20 million dollars. Apparently, she "assualted" someone on the plane. Her husband is a preacher, too much attention, bad publicity.

Well, she's angry that he doesn't plan to put his business degrees to "good" use. But he plans to market his church well and in a positive light and he also says that he will be able to make a liveable wage from writing christian books and books about marriage.

Every one in her family is shocked. Because they''re like "isn't that what most women pray for ? to be married to a pastor" because he would be honest, prayerful and trust worthy and all the good stuff,

The problem of this impression that fornication is a sin is actually that of interpretation of the bible from it's original text. I actuallyhave a "Strong's Bible Concordance" which interpretes key words in the bible from the text it was originally written in and can confrim to you based on the hebrew/ greek words that were used in the original bible pre-marital sex does not form part of what was defined as sin of fornication. How ever, in the English language Fornication may include pre- marital sex. So essentially i submit that pre-marital sex is not what was being refered to inthe bible as the sin of fornication. To clarify my point further, i would post the real definition of biblical fornication based on the original text of the bible tomorrow

Kunle you are right. For many to understand the bible, I think that there needs to be clarity and an understanding of the greek, aramaic, and hebrew version.

I'm always surprised why Nigerian officials always are always quick to sign contracts/deals with EXTERNAL(foreign) sources, is it always because of the profit they think they can possibly make?

Why don't we invest money, into building our own infrastructure,  (this may just open another can of worms.) I'll end there.

Seun you are right. My friend's dad sits on the board for Virgin Nigeria and trust me those MEN GOT PAID for this deal.

Thats the problem with Nigeria, Fools sign agreements without knowledge or examining any other issue or factor as long as you PAY THEM. THEY KEEP SHUT then later they want to renege on the contract.

Pastors in Nigeria OPPRESS AND DEPRESS. They have become gods of men.

Only Nigerians (through active citizenship/accountability in government)  can save Nigeria. and I think that the church business ought to be regulated and religion BANNED for Nigeria to be saved.
