Christianity EtcRe: Why Is Christian Dating So Difficult? by madamkoko: 2:30pm On Sep 01, 2008
Nothing wrong with dating a xtian. Dating a male/female leader at church may be a diifficult task but not a hypocrite, christian. If you toast them the right way, they shall shag you like every other man/woman.

I know many youths who attend churches to meet thier sexual partners. (Note I didn't say marriage but sexual partners) If its a woman, and you are able to fool her with her xtianity you will be surprised at the things she'd do. Anyways sha, enough said and do not be fooled by church going men/women who label themselve hypocrites christians.
Christianity EtcRe: Is Religion A Business? by madamkoko: 12:34am On Sep 01, 2008
Yes, Religion is a booming business.

If people didn't make money, many of these bogus churches and many religions won't exist.

PoliticsRe: Do You Believe In Free Healthcare For All Nigerians? by madamkoko: 3:06am On Aug 31, 2008
I understand that the government should be responsible for thier people, but international aid agencies do enough (giving out moquito nets, condoms and co) I don't think that they have thier hands tied, they have access its just they can'only do soo much.
PoliticsRe: Do You Believe In Free Healthcare For All Nigerians? by madamkoko: 3:03am On Aug 31, 2008
Remember the case last year in the north where the people outright rejected calls to vaccinate their babies? People have to understand that they need to be more responsible.
But you have to understand people's fear. There are many cases in Nigeria whereby phamarceutical corporations (Pfizer/and others) have tested thier drugs on our people, lying to them that they're vaccination but those drugs lead to tragic consequences (death, and other forms of deformities, ) So I don't blame anyone.

I believe that embarking on more reasonable disease prevention measures at this time makes more sense.
good point. Unfortunately, most international aid programs that go to places like Africa, focus on treatment rather than prevention methods. So yes, you are right.

PoliticsRe: Do You Believe In Free Healthcare For All Nigerians? by madamkoko: 1:53am On Aug 31, 2008
Free is not the issue but Quality healthcare: its easy to start anything but its hard to maintain it, esp. in Nigeria.

Even medicare, there are many people in the USA(a great country) that don't qualify for such programs. In fact about 18 million people in the USA are uninsured. Not because medicare is not available but because its a hard and expensive program to maintain so they need qualifiers to cut people out of the program.

Africankel:
@Tasma

Thats why I said, it is a PEOPLE PROBLEM., If everyone changes his or her mindset to think right! Nigeria will be better, and it has to start from the church.
What kind of rubbish is this ? Church ? how can change be possible if you exclude muslims (who are a huge part of the population) ? With the sound of the likes of you, Nigeria will NEVER CHANGE. Let change remain in your dreams.
PoliticsRe: Do You Believe In Free Healthcare For All Nigerians? by madamkoko: 9:08pm On Aug 30, 2008
Free Healthcare in Nigeria CANNOT work.   wink wink

Meaning: FREE is not the issue but QUALITY Healthcare.

Poor people will continue to have access to rubbish, and rich people will continue to send their families abroad for treatment.

To be honest with you, I don't know any rich Nigerian man that wants to marry a poor babe.

People marry people on thier levels.

a "chief's" introduce's his son to a "commissioners" daughter. thats how I know nigeria works. I don't know how it is in Jand sha.

RomanceRe: Ladies And Married Men by madamkoko: 3:55pm On Aug 29, 2008
So essence of my story is if the wife knew of this romance and left her husband, i think it would have been a bad idea. In this case, the wife knows her husband is not going anywhere.
RomanceRe: Ladies And Married Men by madamkoko: 3:54pm On Aug 29, 2008
Well, if you stay in the states, I think the husbands know thier wives to an extent. He'd know what to say and what not to say.

I remember a married man was dating one of my friends. There was nothing he didn't give this girl. But then, he also gives his wife everything under the sun. In fact, I think that the wife knew of this romance.

Anyways sha, to cut the long stroy cut, the girl wanted him to marry her and all that jazz but he's like, do you know how much i'm worth if I leave my wife for you, I won't have any money so pls leave me as I am, (divorce and alimony payments and all that)

Anyways sha, they broke up and the babe is searching for her own property.
RomanceRe: Ladies And Married Men by madamkoko: 3:50pm On Aug 29, 2008
That is why i said if he still cheats then packng his shit is not hard to do. I can pack his shit knowing i have done all i can as a wife to please and take care of my man but he still wanted to go out there and get his d,ck wet.
really, you'd send your husband packing ?
