Sorry bro, is not over till is over, take hrt bro.
@mryoung I see you. Thanks man. I just pray they refund my cash
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by Made123: 11:19pm On Sep 20, 2016
@CannyZionist and michV, I even more concerned on how to get my cash back. there are other countries where that cash will help me obtain a solid masters degree and possibly even cover part of my living expenses. All I know is that Canada is not heaven. in fact it got to a point that I wanted to personally withdraw my application cos I could hardly concentrate and this made me seek negative means of escapism to avoid depression. instead of making my little business runnings, I will just sit back and watch movies or listen to songs throughout the day. I thank God my mind is now focused to make critical thinking. Men.. Canada is beginning to close their doors on Africans. I'll advise any one on this thread to have an alternative plan.
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 11 by Made123: 10:36pm On Sep 20, 2016
Thank God for even making it possible to apply in spite of my unfaithfulness
Refusal mail today, I applied on 30th June.
Medical passed: July 30th
Refusal mail: September 20th
I studied economics and applied for a one year PGC in international business management, Centennial college.
I also paid 10485cad tuition deposit.
Sponsor: Dad's company account with 6.7...million
I stated in my sop that I work with my dad as marketing executive and wanted to gain further knowledge nin international business...
Included my Certificate courses: Project management, Chartered Post Graduate Diploma in Customer Relationship management.
Landed Property and every other documents supporting my employment and previous academic qualifications. I don't think I can reapply cos the wait is killing.
I pray God favours other hopeful TRVs. I think I'll have to consider other countries for now. Thanks a lot for all the support I got from this thread. You guys are great men. I will surely help other exit this country when God's light shines on my part.

@Crystaleyeh please I've sent you a PM. I think I'm also interested but I don't want to derail the thread. I'm a TRV hopeful (PGC-1year) too. I paid about 10485CAD with a closing balance of 6.7.. million. I just need to have an alternative plan before CIC makes their final decision on me. lol

bro don't paint me black,i replied you initially if you can follow up my conversations here with you.i said initially you report back to them via any medium given to you if resolved and you came back again at last asking same question to me. huh Indeed you have gotten a whole lot of suggestions which requires you to sit back,re-read them and assimilate, then work towards them.

you are even lucky to have gotten responses to your questions. Remember, these monikers providing answers to your questions are doing so because they care about you getting to Canada. The person(MichV) whom you are talking about was recently delayed and still took out time to help you out. Remember these peeps are not paid a dime for what they dish out here. Sometimes we don't know the value of what we have until we loose it.

@MichV.......sorry bro, since it insufficient funds only, I don't think you really need GCMS but there I no harm in applying for it.
It is well bro, you will get it next time
This is serious.. @michV sorry about the outcome. God will see you through in your next trial

I just wanna thank someone in the house.the person Used me to get all sorts of information into canada. Even when she has not gotten her visa, Which is fine information is free. Led me on making me deny other hopeful people looking for accomodation in calgary. Went ahead furnished the whole place awaiting her arrival even printed the lease. Only for her to cancel last minute. Laughs in igbo, My sister may God repay you accordingly. The fastest way to shoot yourself in the foot in canada is to use people for information and swindle them in the end i pity you. Canada is a different ball game even your best friend will not let you know what is beneficial so when you see people on this forum based in canada readily available and happy to give information be glad.
My dear sister. You know yourself, may God almighty be the judge!!!
Jeez.. this is bad, why would she do such to someone with a generous heart. Hello dear, you are not alone. I tried helping someone with a police clearance and the person was acting as if he was a novice in this forum until I checked his profile and discovered he has grown beards in this thread. I just decided to keep silent all these while. if I were you, I would have told the person to send me a copy of any of these(TRV, Admission letter) before helping out.

Awesome, massive congratulations to you. you have been a guru in the house, glad to hear your testimony.
@Arcayo, I'm happy for you man.. You really deserve it cos you've been so helpful but online and offline. At least this is a sign of relief for TRV hopefuls particularly PGD/PGC and also Masters applicants included who applied for Fall Resumption

I don't think so. As long as you got your deferment letter from the school. At POE as long as your paid your tuition for the semester they don't have problem with you.
How sure are you about this. She has gotten her TRV already. You know its a different case entirely if she was informed by CIC to get a new offer letter (deferment letter to January). House please whats your take on this so she would know of shes on track.

If you are applying online just choose No where you were asked if work is part of your studies, you can't still adjust it in your profile too from the window before you get to where you upload forms and documents.
@Arcayo, I can't wait. to here your testimony of approval cos. you've. been so helpful with answers to crucial questions in this tread, the likes of michV and yemdogg also. Wishing every TRV hopeful medical, passport request, approval message this week, Amen

Hello house, a friend of mine got his TRV which was stamed on the 27th of June. Due to the hike in price of flight ticket, he has decided to wait and see if the price might reduce. Please how long is the TRV valid before it expires. He told me it wasn't stated on his passport. Thanks.

Pls I want to find out if it's possible to use a sponsor that is not related to me at all. He is just my late father's friend and has decided to sponsor me. But there's no proof of relationship. Thanks
if you both are from same states, you could use a Certificate of Origin to show proof of relationship to an extent. I think that could suffice.

If ure submitting via paper, it would be cubersome ad unnecesary to print data pages of visa stamps....buh if u were submittin online....you could easily put it in the passport data page section after your own data page....
@hayqinsbFX thanks for your response, although I've removed his passport page and replaced it with a notarized marriage certificate of his.
TravelRe: Travelling To Canada Part 10 by Made123:

I'm considering using his marriage certificate and business ID card. it's just that he has lots of travel history which I think would strengthen my application.
Maybe I'll have to do away with his international passport. the sad part is that I just printed all my documents today, intending to submit tomorrow but with your candid advice, I'll do justice to that and reprinted all my documents tomorrow. 2000 naira cost of printing could save some contingencies

Friends please stop creating unnecessary worries for yourselves. A friend of mine called me today and told me he received his POE mail some hours ago. He applied mid April - lambton college(PGD).

Hello house, my sponsor has differents name on his int. passport with his bank statement. The only proof of identity is just his surname but other names are different. Please how can I tackle this before submitting.
I added all the names together while addressing him as my sponsor. Please I hope I'm on the right track cos that's the only option I can think of for now.

Hello house please how can I address this. Going with the current exchange rate, my available funds is 30500CAD and I have paid tuition of 10400CAD. As advised by the college I'm met to show funds of up to 34000CAD which covers for both the full tuition fee and living expenses. How can I state this on my IMM1294E Form. Please it's urgent. Thanks
