@ madlady, attached are Rasta and Ghana flags, very identical. Yes there are real Rastas in Nigeria but them are very few. even some few Jamaican Bobo Ashanti's live here. Seems you like Rastas or you enjoy reggae music. Bless up
Bless up @evalasthn, I'm a Jamaican Jew but I RESPECT true Rastas to the max. Cool runnings wink

I see some folks here ovastand (understand) what RASTARAI is, big up to madlady. To sum it up, RASTARAI is not a religion but a way of life that is pure, simple, full of love and respect, peace and Inity (unity). Most Nija people that pose as Rasta are really fake but real ones are around still. In west Africa, I think Ghana is where you'll find most real Rastas ( their National color is the RASTAFARI color ). Rastafari is not about Dreadlock and Ganja (not all rastas are on dread and ganja, and not all dread ganja smokers are rastas).
@evalasthn,  wink,I really had know idea their were/are any form of Rastafarians in Nigeria, this site and some of the peeps here are a revelation to me.Wonderful.

PS what are the colours you speak of ? are they not the national colours of Jamaica (the birth place of RASTAFARIANISM).

@Poster, Rastafarianism started in the 1930's in Jamaica undecided.

Rastasfarians believe God is a spirit, manifested in Emperor Haile Selassie huh lipsrsealed.

Rastasfarains believe Ethiopia is the promised land.

              True Rastasfarains are Vegetarians.

True Rastasfarains are peaceful and would share their last dollar with the needy

Many who locks up are NOT Rastasfarains, they are what Jamaicans call "rasta impostors"

The pix ain't mine! But since the scammer who is broadcasting the pix ddnt care bout its publicity, y shld I?
The significance of the pix is just to depict an innocent gurl who needs a sincere guide, thats all.
And thanks to all of u for the posts so far:

I really wasn't double dating and FYI, I aint evn sleeping wt either of them,

I 1st got steady wt my rich bf and believed tht he was all I needed but after a while, he consistently left me alone for long spells of time. He was caring enuf to always make sure I neva lacked the material things though but for me, tht was nt the koko. Did I tell him so? Yes I did. But he always had "valid" reasons to be off again. Well, like I said, I needed company and was also lucky to get 1.

He came ova to our aus with a coz's frnd and later showed interest. To be candid, I told him all bout my bf bt tht wasn't enuf to dissuade him. Wt no promises of anytin whatsoeva, he stl satyed close and was always there for me. I'd say he's just bn nice bt i'm getting to like him kind of.

And before u start passing judgemnet, I'm sure lots of u cld do worse. So I'd appreciate comments, advice, and +ve critisisms NOT -ve blahs.
Ah so you are using the term "dating" in the true term.

If you look you will see I did not criticise you in any way.

I've "dated" a fairly "well to do" guy, I found him to be very very demanding, I could say he wanted to be around me 24/7, it was exhausting.

If you feel you need more time and attention from whoever you choose as your life partner then pick the person who is on your wave length.

@Poster these are different days, if you are both hard working and open to working together, with a little luck and a good eduction you can make it with a guy who is not wealthy.

Romance › Re: At What Age Should A Guy/lady Marry? by madlady(f): 7:51am On Jul 04, 2010
Iceugwa:
get married wen you are financially, emotionally and physically ok
I agree with this.

The average age to marry in the UK is 28 to 32 for a Woman and 33 to 35 for a Man.

The reasons for the above are, most men expect more from a woman than just beauty and the other, for example the average woman should own their own home, have a good job/career and at least be financially secure.Long gone are the days when the average man should be the sole provider.

Marriage at an early age has it's advantages, less pre-marital sex for one undecided.

If your in the UK it's the reverse, Guy gets chatting,  after he sees you fit all his eye candy requirements this is how it normally goes.

1. Are you single.

2. Where do you live.

3. What do you do for a living.

4. Do you own your own home.

5. Do you date white guys (if he's white).
