For COVID-19 jabs which qualifies as a newly recommended, they told you, if the injury is related to the shoulders and is still there 7 days after (because they know it is normal to feel injured within the first 7 days from a needle) report it.

Then they told you if someone faints (it is still common as long as this does not continue 7 days after). If it does, report it.

Then if someone dies having suffered either shoulder injury or fainting after taking a jab, it does not matter when they die, report it as long as it follows fainting or shoulder injury. That is why they said time interval is not applicable here. So they don't need to wait for day 8, if someone had a shoulder injury after the jab in day 1 and dies day 2, report it. If they die day 10, report it.

Then report any events that the manufacturer listed as potential side effects but follow the time interval that the manufacturer listed. If you wanted to make a more robust argument you should have argued that Pfizer listed that Myocarditis and Pericarditis are events that should be reported if experienced within 7 days after taking their jab. See the attached packaged insert.

But I guess you knew that I would have used it to nail you because the CDC overrode that by changing the rules - which is what I told you - when they said Pfizer and co should be counted as vaccinated when an individual has taken their jab and 14 days have passed. What that means is any potential side effects that the manufacturer listed in the leaflet of the packaged medicine. Then they told you a time interval should also be indicated by that same manufacturer.

The time interval for the manufacturer after which (Pfizer for e.g) accept that their jab has taken effect is 14 days after one has received the 2nd jab. So the person reporting a vaccine injury or death into VAERS has to only indicate an effect that has been listed by Pfizer (for e.g you can't report nose bleeds if it is not listed) and is only allowed to report that effect if it occurs after 14 days.
