While we all sympathize with PDP Media like The Punch, Channels TV, PDP Activist like Henry Shield, Deji, etc...One shouldn't allow these angry people mislead the uninitiated...

Accreditation and Voting are held simultaneously during recent elections...So if INEC Suppressed Uzodinma Vote as ruled by the Supreme Court, by rejecting to compute it along others, Common sense should have rejigged your brains to know, that the number of accreditated voters would also reduce by the same margin of Suppressed Votes.

Summary; What the Supreme Court ruled was that: Given the facts before them: the number of Accredited Voters are more than what INEC reported and recorded.... Consequently, the FAKE figures was set aside and new and correct FIGURES Computed by the well learned 7 Justices of the Supreme Court..

Stop Wailing And Use Your Brains...
cool
Who pays attention to your voodoo infantile analysis?

Does the purported perpetrator of the so-called suppression/cancellation exist on this earthly realm?

Is there immunity against the arraignment of the malefactors in the case?

Why are the material conditions for the commission of the alleged crime undermined while the whole process looks like working inexorably/determinedly towards an answer?

Quit trying to hoodwink us...everybody is not a tabula rasa here...

See you life....

How old will Ararume be in eight years time?

Buhari will not be in power forever.

I doubt whether you have heard/read about the Le Chettelier principle of equilibrium...Tanko will not remain the CJN indefinitely...

Systems will naturally adjust themselves to revert back to normality.

Besides, if you know the dynamics of Imo State politics, you will not be speaking in this abject ignorance...

One of the most brutal politicians around. Even in their celebrations as captured on clips, he was ice cold, it was Rochas and Oshiomhole making the noises.

Rochas will be a fool to think that Hope will not come after him.

I knew you will resort to insults n the end as usual.this is the last time ill reply.
As for the precedents you asked, the cases of ajasin vs omoboriowo and nwobodo vs onoh in the 1980s should curb your ignorance.
Please, take time to read the electoral act very well.i can even give you a soft copy but i know it will amount to nothing as you hate anything apc
You had better stopped wasting my time because you not contributing anything to the discourse at hand.

The issues of contention are very clear. Try and address them and stop deflecting responsibility by throwing up a fusillade of cases which have no bearing to the subterfuge which all men of goodwill are decrying.

How can you say i dont have a clue about the whole judgment when o was the first to foresee it? I remember you even attacked me severally.go back to my previous posts and see rationale,am very busy and not ready to entertain your usual insults.

But you dont need to be told that the votes of other parties in the disputed units are insignificant and wont dethrone that of hope and moreover hope was the only one that challenged those results therefore his own takes preeminence.
Talking of precedent,i dont know any yet because almost all election cases are based on electoral malpractices and not incorrect collation hence this.there's always a first time for everything.a calm perusal of the electoral act will show you that the court were trite.moreover, the decision was unanimous and taken on same day of hearing to show you how easy it was.i hope i dont regret indulging you.warm up to hope
The more you try to spin a web of falsehood and crass inanities, the more quixotic you look.

Take time to read what you wrote up here and tell me where it has a place in natural justice, rectitude and legality.

Stop embarrassing yourself dude. Your life should not be welded to trying to defend the indefensible...

Education / Re: What Are My Chances Of Making First Class? by maestroferdi: 4:15pm On Jan 15, 2020
Which first-class aspiring student does know how to compute GPA and CGPA?

I suppose you CGPA at the end of the second year is 4.26 meaning that you maintained 4.75 or more for the three other semesters.

Now the mathematics is quite simple:

For a first class on the 5 point system, you need to make at least a CGPA of 4.5;

Now 4.5 times 4 years gives 18.

And we have 8.52 or 2x4.26...

It means you have to make up the difference of (18 - 8.56) or 9.48 remaining years.

In any case, you must maintain a GPA of, at least, 4.74 for the remaining two years.

In this kind of scenario you must avoid getting any grade less than a B in all your courses while ensuring that you get an A in your project and other heavy credit load courses. Note that there must be a preponderance of As...

Is it achievable? Very much... You must, however, pray against some wicked lecturers and other unforeseen contigencies because one C or D in the remaining courses will most likely torpedo your chances.

Good luck!

We need to know how based how they acclaimed votes exceeded total number of accredited votes. This is just a joke taken to far.
Be smart if you want to legitimatize fraud and let the maths add up.
Stop wasting your time trying to piece the puzzle together.

Uzodinma was not popular in Imo State in the run up to the election. It therefore beggars believe where the so-called cancelled/excluded votes emerged from.

I have personally stopped wasting my energy on the charade going on in Nigeria.

Oga parties are bounded by their pleadings and a court can only accept or reject prayers distilled for determination.the matter before the court was to determine the legality of only hope's hitherto excluded votes and not any other voterls.get it.the only way to get real accredited votes tally is to use voters register and not the card readers
You are not adding up!

Are you saying that the Supreme Court was sitting solely to grant Uzodinma's relief without considering the injury that would eventuate to other parties in the case?

We are talking about justice here and this tales by moonlight you are advancing have no place in equity, fairness, logicality, empiricalism and other grundnums of the judicial system.

It's too late. He should have filled a petition at the election petition tribunal asking the tribunal to cancel those results as only the Presiding officer at the Polling Unit or the Tribunal are empowered by the electoral act to cancel election results.

The error is from his legal team.

Yes Guardiola succeeded at Barca with little previous experience as a no 1, same thing with Zidane. But I still think Arsenal appointing Arteta is a wrong move that will backfire. Arsenal are currently at crisis level both on the pitch, in the dressing room, at board level and fans too, and I don't see an Arteta as having what it takes to steady the ship. Time will tell
It will be pointless getting negative at this point...

However, I dont know from where Arteta will muster the courage to whip these lily-livered, cojoneless Arsenal players into line.
