You have nothing upstairs. Confirmed.

Now run along and let me discuss with someone coming from an academic or historically documented perspective. I have no time for petty insults and toddler tantrums with nothing of value to back it up.

So you were expecting me to waste my saliva remonstrating intellectually with a fellow like you who has demonstrably showed himself as an insult to scholarship?

Dude, what have you been smoking/sniffing?

May I prescribe you glasses in case you are not aware of your handicap. Brain swap isn't a possibility as of now.

Search for N.W. Thomas, J.S. Boston, V. Delancey, Chinua and Nwando Achebe, F. E. Egbunu, V. C. Oforka, John N. Orji, J. I. Ebeh, Austin J. Shelton, Okonkwo C. Eze, Paul C. Omeje, Uchenna C. Chinweuba etc all notable academic quoted
Are you this lazy?

All I asked you to do was corroborate your asinine hotchpotch of inconsistencies and all you could do was to go off at a tangent dropping names...

Are you not wasting my time?

In your alternative reality, historians and academic anthropologists concoct palm wine history anf Chinua Achebe must be the chief drunkard abi?

Nothing more to say to this one
Which silly historians and anthropologists are you talking about?

So we should accept subjective analyses and slanted viewpoints as bases for establishing fact?

BTW, Where did Achebe tell you that Igbos were conquered by the Igalas or that the Igbos were under Igala domination?

I think it is time you busy yourself with profitable ventures than indulge in this jejune and thankless activity....

You do. Eri migrated from Igala. Eze Chima migrated from Benin

Read below
You are a virtual nobody trying to arrest the attention of seriously-minded people.

I blame those retorting to your palm-wine joint narrative.

The Igbos are like no other people so stop wasting your energy trying to compartmentalize them....It is condemned to be an exercise in futility.

The Ibos should be very grateful for the British intervention because had they not come in,....it is possible that most of them would have by now been speaking Yoruba and Igalla. I mean the IMO are from Yoruba, northern ibos were slaves of Igallas and southern ibos were sold by the Ijaws...also onisha and agbor were under the Benin kingdom. No group of people can be more thankful to Nigeria coming together than the ibos.
You are nothing but a miserable deplorable.

Go and read up the Long Juju of Arochuchukwu...Arochukwu is an Igbo sub-clan who were among the last people to be conquered/colonised by the British.

It is still a matter of fact and history that the Igbo nation was never conquered by any autochtonous African people. A raid by Akasa vandals and other criminal elements near the banks of the Oil Rivers do not constitute a conquest.

The Igala nonsense is nothing but a joke. It is actually the other way round. Even some Igala traditional authorities accept that they must have migrated from Igboland sometime in their history...

You dont piece together a jumble and call it history.

We have better things to do...

You are a lost cause who knows nothing about law.you are just empty.
In the court,it is not enough to deny but must do so through documentary evidence or verbally ad idem and viva voce.
It is not the place of the judges to conduct any forensic scrutiny but the place of inec and ihedioha to do that and not mere denials boy
You are an incorrigible ignoramus.

Do I need to organize a crash course for you on how the legal process plays out?

The CJN was supposed to be a disinterested party here and operate solely functus officio. Does it stand to reason that the PDP legal team failed to spot the banalities you are concocting/dredging up to waste my time?

Even an aspiring law student can see through the charade of a supposed judgement.

In any case, Ihedioha made a public statement disavowing the abracadabra issued by the CJN/Supreme Court. I hope you were not expecting his legal team to go public with what transpired in the spectacle given the constraints they are encumbered with professionally speaking...

The fact that you are averring that an arbiter should willfully advance a position that is both factually and legally untenable says all that needs to be known about you...

INEC ruled that election did not hold there, how come Supreme Court agreed with Uzodinma that elections were held when the umpire that conduct election said no, elections weren't held

Supreme Court Judgement on Imo State is an attempt to create anarchy or Coup from Judiciary.

It is an attempt to take over elected Govt through illegal means hiding under the altar of the Court !
Aptly put. Period.

OK, let's assume that Supreme Court was right to admit the results even though (they have no rights of collation of results and shouldn't have admitted those results), what did supreme court do when they found out that they number of accredited voters were higher than that of the total votes with excess over 102,000 ? what did they do when they found that only 1 candidate had all the votes in all 388 polling units where over 70 candidates contested in the same election?
What did the supreme Court do when the know that each polling units has the maximum number of 500 votes and do not exceed 500, but according to the supreme Court calculation 500*388=213,000
Where are the answers APC supporters?

Hope was smart
The supreme court was factual they played by the book
Ihedioha's and inec's legal teams are either dumb or corrupt but my instincts said the later is the right option here.
This is how APC and her supporters operate.

Perpetrate an obvious illegality and then start turning rationality on its head in order to futilely attempt to establish a pattern.

But INEC was unable to prove it.

What are you proving?

They said the result did not emanate from them.

Did the CJN conduct a forensic scrutiny to ascertain whether the result is forged?

What this senseless attempt at proffering an explanation ended up achieving was to disdainfully insult the intelligence of all right-thinking people.

Now that they have spoken, no scintilla of doubt is still remaining...

You need to download and read the judgement to appreciate this landmark ruling. The judges tried make sense in the midst of nonsense, to create a semblance of order in the midst disorder. Until electronic voting becomes LEGALLY part of our electoral process, politicians will always make it hard for our judges to adjudicate on the confusion they desperately created in selfish quest for power.
You are struggling with your conscience.

Instead of all these emotional outbursts, I think the norm as The RULE OF LAW demands is to wait for the full details of the judgement to guide in logical discussions or reactions.

The fact is that the Judges of the Supreme Court are veterans of governorship election petition. They have treated cases with arguments and prayers that ranged from sensible to senseless. Usually, Judges who disagree with majority ruling, give minority ruling. Therefore, the fact that Imo State case was an unanimous decision should guide people to refrain from making dangerous insinuations that question the INTEGRITY, INTELLECT and MENTAL STATE of the Judges of the Supreme Court.

Let's maintain decorum as we await the full details of judgement.
With due respect, I think you are talking nonsense...
