I am not a fan of Rochas, I don't really like quite good numbers of his policies. However, the committee failed to say one concrete reason why those principal officers must be sack. Government is a continuous and dynamic, if the methods of their appointment is wrong and doesn't follow due process, if the principal officers are not qualify. If they are found wanting in their duties by this IHEDIOHA COMMITTEE, Those are very different reasons, but to sack them just because they were appointed by Rochas is not only very wrong it very distasteful.

The issue here is that Rochas was wittingly laying the trap for the succeeding government to fail by creating a bogus wage bill which he knows the resources available cannot cater for.
