There is something called lease purchase in the United states.
Wizkid made a down payment for the house, he doesn't own it yet but he is working on it.

I have an in law like that. He is so dirty that his own siblings kicked him out of their respective houses in the US. Thank God he never stayed with me but he stayed with my MIL. she would be so frustrated. How do you use the toilet and forget to flush such that maggots start developing. After that incidence, she asked him to move out and get his own place since he is working.

I have only visited him once and swore never to repeat it. Everywhere is grimy with empty water bottles even in the bath tub. And this guy is talking of getting married. . Looking for which young girl to punish. Abeg, kick him out and tell him why. Can't stand pigs at all.

Hey guys,
my cousin is currently living with me and i swear he is a "pig".
I have confronted him with this and yet he has refused to change.
The only reason i haven't kicked him out is cos it might cause ripples in the "familysphere".

2 days ago, i called him out and talk to him with respect as a fellow man.
I showed him all the mess he made and 2 days later (today) he still hasn't cleaned up.

Today, i made up my mind to clean the house tomorrow (if its still a mess) and kick him out after i finish.

Picture 1 is the balcony: instead of disposing the thrash, he left it on the balcony and i only discovered it when i had guests and we wanted to sit outside

picture 2: Left over food he ate. Has been there for 2 weeks+

Picture 3: Left over pizza that has been there for 2 weeks+. P.s. I didn't eat any part of the pizza

Picture 4: The kitchen. has been a mess for 4 days+

In as much as i do not support the numerous travels, i kinda feel this one is necessary.
Building relationship with the powers that be (the western countries) requires some active participation in activities they deem important.
If i read correctly, obama and about 70 world leaders will be there. That is a powerful networking opportunity for Nigeria which could lead to improved trade deals and all that.
If that is what buhari is going to do, then he should carry on.
But if he is actually going there on some nuclear talk bs, then he must be dumber than i thought!!
