SolexxBarry:hehehe... i can bet its a federal or government school. A teacher physically abusing a child in covenant or one of all those big man schools just wanna lose his job and possibly get arrested. Na only poor men dem pikin dey suffer this kain thing. |
merake78:you know its the fact. Medical school graduates from absu and ebsu are just plain dullards...... They can't even diagnose malaria an typhoid which is like the starter kit for every naija doctor! |
fact! he just made a down payment for the crib and the rest would be spread over a payment plan. Congrats wizzy!!... |
more like "technical defeat" |
hehehe these folks just dey abia medical school so they go follow answer doctor. They no dey learn anything for that school loool.... hehehehehehe... they even come get mind dey protest! |
buhari did the right thing! by supporting the seccessionist country, we would have an extra country to help tackle boko-haram. Atleast, the new country will join the organization of islamic states against isil and this will be a hugh boost for Nigeria. God bless pmb God bless Nigeria |
60 man defense team is only as good as useless if the evidence brought against him is air and water tight. I have a feeling saraki will go free. Abi no be naija again? |
reforms22:You gotta accept the fact that Nigerian medical practitioners trained in Nigeria are poorly trained. No facilities to train with and no on hands experience. Like i said, the best i would let a Nigerian medic diagnose me is malaria or typhoid cos that is what they know how to diagnose best. Alot of people have lose loved ones due to the piss poor training of our medical practitioners. I don't know bout you to i have lost 2 people that i hold dearly. one died as a result of negligence. the other one died as a result of mis-diagnosis. loool... |
She would've been alive if she saved enough money and had those kids in south-africa or europe or america or anywhere but Nigeria. Its common knowledge that the only thing most Nigerian medical practitioners can diagnose is malaria and typhoid. Even at that, the chances of getting wrongly diagnosed is still high. Rest in peace!!! |
i am not against the manufacturing of pencils and all that but do we really need 400,000 people to manufacture pencils? That sounds unrealistic and looks like another one of the Buhari's body odour promises that would soon be denied. Before you know, they say, "we only promised to employ 100 workers... can't you see that oil prices are low"? |
Poliporpor:people that write songs (except rap) are majorly wack. any idiot can write songs. the real deal is being able to build melodies. Listen to the beat and make melodies withing minutes. Words will then fit into the melodies and you have a hit. |
UrennaNkoli:i AM OF the strong opinion that our learning institutions should be made conducive for the students. PROPER Learning cannot be imparted if the students have to worry about basic things such as water, electricity, food, clothing and shelter. Do you ever wonder why our educational institutions cannot compete with the ones we have in the developed world? do you ever wonder why 99.999 percent of our graduates are redundant and unemployable?? The 0.001% that were lucky enough to be GAINFULLY employed are not really making any impact. Do you ever wonder why some of the biggest names that ever emanated from Nigeria were mostly trained abroad? From wole soyinka to chimamada adichie, to phillip emeagwali to Fela kuti??... so many!!.... all trained overseas. somethings go beyond having a bunch of worthless tales to tell your children. What is the point of having such tales when the unborn child would most likely pass through same fate ![]() |
okay I can help you but you have to take what i write serious 1- Pygmalion effect: Make him understand what you expect of him as a student. Gently tell him that you expect him to do this, this and that. 2- Positive re-enforcement reward him with praise and gifts( if possibe) anytime he shows the desirable or wanted behaviour you seek for. 3- self talk: teach him to always talk to himself positively. Every morning, before you start class, call him out ask him to repeat this word "my name is ____ and i will not forget to ____. _____ and ______ as instructed by my teacher". 4- Response opportunity: ask him questions and guide him through the answer if he makes mistake. Do not accept a low standard answer, rather, correct and guide. If you can do these things i listed, he will definitely improve but you have to believe in the process and in the student. Some students are what we call "late bloomers". They might seem slow initially but when they flap their wings and fly, the world will marvel. Einstein is an example of one of those. |
flokii:anyone can choose to be anything on a faceless forum. don't let that influence you. |
I believe the government must have issued prior warnings. Anyway, destroying people's livelihood by 3 am in the morning just reeks of foul play. Were they alerted on the time and day of demolition? were they given adequate time to relocate? Nigeria has never been this polarized on ethnic, religious, cultural and economic lines. Everywhere i look, i see division. Its high time we let every region manage their resources. |
can any good news come out of nigeria:? I can't remember the last time i read something positive and heart warming from Nigeria. Agatu massacre, ipob extra-judicial killings, cult violence, fuel scarcity, no FX to even invest in educating your own citizens but enough to pay subsidy and estacode and buy bmw, no power supply, crazy hot weather... can it get any worse ![]() Can it ?? |
i thank God that buhari enrolled us into the islamic defence coalition. That way, we can tackle insecurity in a more cogent manner! Nigeria is not an islamic country but with time, islam will dominate |
diegwu01:it doesn't matter my guy. Most politicians train their children from birth in other developed countries. GEJ actually has trained all his in Nigeria. |
diegwu01:GEJ's first daughter graduated from a Nigerian University. ![]() |
God bless our president. He will be the best president ever. ![]() Jonathan messed up this country and this is why buhari is having a hard time. Its just a matter of time before we start enjoying the true dividends of democracy. |
isalegan2:i used to be like you. You have a great sense of responsibility just like me and that can really be a bad thing. Sometimes, you have to realize that the people and their problems would still exist with or without your help. I am not against helping your fellow man but you HAVE TO HELP THE RIGHT PERSON. The right person to help is yourself and your family members. The fact that you gave out your last card does not show selflessness. Don't be offended but it simply shows that you are a weakling and incapable of saying NO. You cannot be selfish to yourself and selfless to others. The only time you should be selfless to others is when you render humanitarian service. Like i said, i avoid poor people like a plague. I love them from a distance and that's it. This dead woman wanted to play ms. nice and she got an unjust reward. She is not the first case i have seen. One rich man from my village got murdered by the person he is training through school. The young boy took his 500k and ran away. I have seen this all too often. Be wise! |
woodcook:its just so sad... women can never win in Nigeria. If she gets pregnant, its cos she is irresponsible. If she works hard and gets in a well placed position, its cos she slept with men. If she has her car and house, she is intimidating men. Most of our men are just lazy with sever traits of low self esteem. |
God help Nigerians! First of all, even if a lady is buck naked and laying down on your bed, he "No" should be final. Even if the tip of your peniss is in her vagina and she says no, you should pull out immediately. There is no justification for rape whatsoever. When i was in school, i witnessed a girl get raped. I was in my 3rd year while she was in her first year. She was dressed decently and looking well mannered but her only crime was visiting her so called "boy friend". I heard her screaming and begging from outside and i tried to intervene by banging on the door severally. The boy totally ignored me... Then i summoned his neigbors and we got the door open. To my utter dismay, it was two boys that raped this girl and she was a virgin..... The shock on the girl's face haunted me for weeks.,, she was totally numb and couldn't utter a word... just tears!!!.... THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR RAPE. A RAPIST IS A RAPIST. IF YOU LIKE WEAR HIJAB OR DRESS LIKE A NUN, HE WILL STILL RAPE. If dressing modestly is a preventive measure for rape, then why do we still have cases of girls covered in hijab getting raped? why do we have cases of men raping innocent children?? why do we have cases of pregnant women getting raped?? whoever this journalist is, i strongly recommend that he gets fired. Instead of pushing for a stiffer penalty for convicted rapist, he is there telling women how to dress and what to do with their bodies.... |
if they do not have a structure in Nigeria, then they are not liable to tax. Even if they have a structure in Nigeria, their tax will only be limited to the amount generated by their Nigerian branch!! gerrit?? |
mikolo80:loool... with all your English how much you get??
