pls take music out of your list,it is highly unlikely for an olodo to make a successful musician, music is an intellectual work of art. Music is a talent yet it requires your intellectual credibility for u to be able to make a successful music.
even those that don't don't know how to speak english dey sing for there language, na school teach them? Bro music has talents you most not go to school before you know am

I know a school teacher in England that was failing in Nigeria he was what you call an "Olodo" he had dyslexia and he was considered a no hopper a NFA a forward player for Dundee United.

Today he runs the most successful education center in the whole of the North West of England. His students regularly win academic accolades, and he has taken on a lot of the so called Olodo's and made them into A star students from year 1 to A/levels he has exceeded all expectations.

So I am forced to disagree with you as my first hand experience tells me something very different. By the way I am not a teacher.

I have just put my sister's son who was failing very badly in the USA. He is now progressing on account of this school. It is not cheap but it's great value for your money.
that is like one in a million do you know how many olodos who where force to study that didn't make it? And if these olodos where left to persuit their talents e.g football, music, handwork e.t.c would have been a different story

with the education in nigeria you still end up jobless

Come to my area and see graduate in farms everyday suffering and those who persuit their handwork are leaving comfortable

You are doing a great job here but our refrees are not helping the league. I watched the highlight of the game between abia comet and gateway united the game was 1-0 in favour of abia comet when gateway score a equalising goal but to my greatest surprise the refree that had pointed to the centre change his decision with the help of the lineman. The goal was a good goal even the abia comet players were already sobber but when they notice the refree decision they quickly carried the ball from the net and play the resultant free kick, what a shame to nigerian football.
its happens in europe too
Lets support them they cam not be perfect

Really hots that a bench warmer in Solanke was chosen ahead of Tammy the goals machine but I can't tell why I'm happy it did happen this way. Pinnick oya let's play our card to sway him biko. He would be gutted by the snub and probably would now be considering his chances of making it to Russia with Nigeria.

I would want him in Corsica, Onyedinma too.
bros na truth talk oo...

Tammy and oyedima need serious consideration before its too late ooo....

I think some people here are not living in nigeria or did no go to school in nigeria or attained school with no olodo

forget all this talk where i live in northern nigeria, i have attainted about 6 different schools before i wrote my ssce. There are some students that no matter how you try, they will still not get it.

In nigeria some students due to poverty others due drugs will not study

bottomline: a child should not be sent away because he couldn't catch up in class or did not go school RATHER lets encourage him to go to school

It is a shame that adults will allow such atrocities just because a kid can kick a ball. This is why schools have to be involved, that way the village can raise the child. We can also reward the school who have the brightest students athletes and that will motivate the teachers to put in extra hours.
i understand your point of view but we are not saying that they should not go to school

Are we saying that the educated one's should not be invited? All we are saying is that both should be invited and the best should be selected

always try to ague with open mind

See talk. Illegal. I guess CR7's dad should go to jail for Motivating his child that he should make it out of poverty and hardship through football? Please, let the best talent play. Let the teachers teach kids in school.

A child should follow his dream passionately. Not yours. Not all kids will make it from books. I am not against kids learning but using book smart as a criteria is wrong.
i am with you on this

some students will finish secondary and still can not read and write but are the best when it comes to sports

so i see no reason why they should not be allow to compete with educated one's

can't you see there is no intelligence in your assertion.. that we should leave them alone
I remember in one of your comments...you said a similar thing...supernerd replied you on that one.

let me say this...going by your words means...the likes of iwobi, Leon, bazee, balogun, ebuehi etc have no business with the eagles...
I don't hate any Nigeria born players...intact one of my favorite SE player is iheancho and he is Nigeria born...likewise etebo, ndidi

I hate when players are promoted base on sentiments rather than merit....
France despite the talents at their disposal... still sweat to lure talents from other nations...Germany, Belgium are not exception...
bro pls try to read and understand, those that you mention did we beg them before they play for us, did i say all the foreign born players not to be invited? I stated the category that we should stop begging them to play for us expecially those that consider us as second choice

why should we not leave them alone when they don't want to play for us?

If you like see it as hate, thats my opinion

And i will say it again "a bird in hand is bigger than two birds on top of a tree"

please bro...it is early to judge those lads
after all we never groom them...England did.
they have spent the large part of their lives in UK...
so don't expect them to switch that easy...
their career is even at risk...
should they dish England... like that
they will be putting their career in the line...
so it's gonna be a gradual process...
I believe we should employ the carrot approach to lure some of them..after qualifying for the world cup...or after the under 20 world cup....
I know for sure aina success with the SE gonna convince Tammy...
I pray onyekuru move to Everton goes through too...his presence in Everton gonna help get lookman should we need him....
thats the more reason why we should leave them and face those who are not at risk. simple

I will like alhassan to be invited this will encourage our un17 and un20 and other teens to stay in nigeria rather than going to some lower leagues and african leagues.
He may play for super eagles before some of his mates who are in europe or north africa
