The rail sector is currently being modernised.
The Agricultural sector is being transformed. Nigeria will start exporting rice soon.
Non oil export is increasing daily.
Power sector reform is on the way. There's still much to be done but significant progress is being made to improve electricity. I know areas that are enjoying almost 20 hours of electricity daily.

Truly GEJ did marvelously well in the last four years in power. Yes a lot of work still need to be done, but on a general note, Nigeria is making progress.
