If APC was a strategic party with a strong determination 2 kick out PDP in 2015, they should have lobbied for Duke to join their party and run against the lacklustre Jonathan. Duke is innovative, charismatic, intelligent and very likeable in appearance. Duke can comfortably steal half the votes from the south south and south east 4rm Jonathan. Imagine pairing him up with one of Buhari's acolyte, APC will get d North vote via Buhari/Kwakwanso etc, the south west vote via Tinubu/Fashola/Aregbesola etc. And the South south/ East vote via Duke/Oshiomole/Okorocha/Ngige etc

This your suggestion is a suicide mission. There are military laws and guidelines every Nation signatory to the UN convention of Peace and Security must abide by. Some of the laws states that were a Nation is faced by security challenge that could jeopardize National Security involving it's own citizens, that nation must use light weapons against those threads to minimize collateral damage. The war against boko-haram is not an external invasion. It's an internal conflict with Nigerian citizens. So the government must abide by that UN convention to use light weapons against the terrorist.
Bombing a whole community as you suggested will be a crime against humanity, which could risk both economic and military sanctions against Nigeria.
