dguyindcorner: I've once decided I won't vote for either candidate but...
Things are hard even though Nigeria keeps ranking among the growing economy in Africa on paper, wonder how because in reality it's to the contrary.
We should give GMB a trial for 4years as we have seen what GEJ has done for 6years (transforming the railway not Nigeria for 6years and to be continued for another 4years?) and if he's not capable we vote him out that's the essence of democracy. I heard GEJ saying in 2011's campaign that 4years is enough to transform Nigeria and because of that he won't contest again. That's even enough and I know the cabals will prefer GEJ because it's to their advantage.
I heard some people saying we can't go to the past but they forgot that before OBJ ruled us for 8yrs as a president he's once ruled us as head of state, we are not going to the past by the grace of God.
Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different result they say is foolish, stupid, senseless etc. Let's try somebody and something else in our democracy. Don't let us be fooled or be clouded by religion and ethnicity.
Vote GMB God bless you God bless Nigeria. Who are you trying to deceive? |

Exactly 31 years ago, Buhari declared war on Democracy. As we mark the 31 years Anniversary of Buhari's Military Coup we should bear in mind that the Worst Democratic regime is a thousand times better than the Best Military Government. If not for that evil coup, Nigeria today would have been rubbing shoulders with the likes of US, Britain, Canada and Australia in terms of advancement in Principles and Ideologies of Democracy and the rule of law. We can't afford to lead Nigeria slip again. Those who fail to learn through History will have history repeat itself to teach them a bitter lesson. |

They called her promiscuous and a slut and that her pregnancy was testament of Jonathan not being capable of managing his home talk less of a nation.

amaechionuh: So how come IVM were able to manufacture our MADE IN NIGERIA cars? You are too blind to see the improved power supply. And what made you think ajeokuta plant will never be revived? You all want everything to be done immediately forgetting that Rome wasn't built in a day, had your past leaders (Buhari inclusive) did just a quater of what GEJ have done, Nigeria would habve attained great height than she is now. Enemies of progress. The same people shouting "change" all over the place are the same people against this Noble Auto Policy. Then you wonder what manner of change do these people want. Well, I won't blame them. Lack of economics knowledge is what is at display here. |

Austindark: 1st of January 2012 there was increase in the price of petroleum. 1st of January 2015 an increase in the taxation on imported cars.
1st of January 2015 there will be ban on okada.
wetin them want make poor man take waka. no akada, no petrol, no car.....
the country has failed indeed. So you guys prefer scrap second hand cars to brand new ones? Have it not occurred to you that as Auto mobile production peak, prices of brand new cars will crash to the level were every Nigerian can afford? |

NigeriaNearby: The source, hit the UN SECURITY COUNCIL website.
If you want an Israeli source, here you go:
http://www.timesofisrael.com/palestinian-statehood-resolution-defeated-at-un-security-council/
From that source, it read:
"with last minute Nigerian change of heart"
That kills the whole purpose, change of heart at last minute, what are you, I mean, you made a promise, you told the world, then you met the US in last minute throug nudge and a wink by that US lady at the Security Council, and you keep quite, that is a big shame.
Nigeria would have made BIG headlines if they have voted YES in favour, for their brave and strong position in matters that count. You are obviously trying to make a big mountain out of a mole. Nigeria did what she did for her best interest. If Nigeria voted yes, Boko Haram could use that against Nigeria and demand for State hood. |
Politics › Re: Osinbajo And His Many Senseless Moves!!! by major466(m): 9:30am On Dec 31, 2014 |
onatisi: even the absence of key apc members in osinbajo moves shows that it doesn't enjoy the support of the party leadership. He is doing what ambode should be doing. And it will definitely send a wrong signal to other parts of nigeria that the apc candidate is actually a yoruba agenda and that buhari is just a puppet.if he continues to do all that he is doing,I am sure a rift will develop within the party between those that support his moves and those against. But ,overall I believe osinbajo is playing tinubu game card and which is to win and retain the remaining apc south west states. It is obvious Osinbajo isn't thinking beyond lagos.all this campaign is geared towards the governorship election which will be a titanic battle between a well oiled and funded pdp political machinery and apc in the state. True. The fear of losing Lagos is becoming very clear to APC especially Tinubu. Osibanjo is obviously doing the bidding of his master to help keep Lagos under APC next year. For now, it will be safe to say the Presidential election is beyond the reach of APC. |

publisher: The very foolish APC does not realize that Osinbajo's PR moves have begun to unsettle Buhari's core supporters up North who now feel that Osinbajo is actually being groomed to takeover from Buhari in a very short time.
Rumors of Buhari's alleged ill health and another 'Yaradua scenario' is now spreading in the core-North like wildfire.
This is because in a presidential system of government such as ours Vice-Presidents are more like submissive house-wives, to be seen not heard.
But when an Osinbajo who has not even become a Vice-President is already struggling for lime light with his boss Buhari then something is fundamentally wrong somewhere.
This just makes life easier for PDP. You said it all. |
