PapTzy: Just this morning, I got the opportunity to have a feel of the new ₦100 note. As a tech savvy individual, I decided to scan the bar code printed at the back of the new note. I was impressed at the cool use of technology as I was directed to the website of the new ₦100 note.
Going through the numerous photos on the web page, I came across a familiar picture. On a closer look, I realized that it was an aerial picture of the famous "Allianz Arena" stadium in Munich, Germany instead of the Akwa Ibom Stadium, Uyo.
The stadium is being paraded as an achievement of Nigerian government, showing the Nigeria of today. This misinformation is highly unintelligent and embarrassing.

onatisi: So all those abacha looted funds repatriated back to nigeria with the help of those foreign govts were just cinderella stories ,abi? I have always told people buhari extremely confused and extra ordinarily clueless about anything in and about governance. Imagine a so called incorruptible saint saying Abacha was not corrupt If he wasn't corrupt, then were did all the repatriated loots of Abacha came from? Donation from his family? What a classic Hypocrite. Very easy for him to accuse GEJ's administration of corruption and embezzlement yet difficult for him to admit that Abacha's regime was corrupt. Now we can see why Buhari was selective during he's so called fight against corruption as a military dictator. He selectively jailed individuals he regarded as "Enemies" of imaginary corruption and looked the other way when he's friends and family members were involved. Well, I always knew him to be totally corrupt himself. All this acts, of claiming poor and begging for loans from banks is nothing but a ruse. Buhari is not POOR as he wants people to believe. After all, birds of the same feathers (Buhari and Abacha) stroll together. I won't be surprise to hear pa Buhari say IBB and Tinubu are not corrupt next year. |

In Nigeria's democractic history from 1960 - 2011 apart from Nnamdi Azikiwe and Tafawa Balewa, there only two individual leaders who stand out as REAL DEMOCRATS. Both individuals had no military background. Both govern democratically observing the principles of democracy and the Rule of Law. Both were not dictators. Intrestingly, Both Presidents were regarded as weak. Why were they regarded weak? Because they govern Nigeria on democratic principles, defending the constitution and observing the principles of separation of powers between the three tiers of government. Who are these individuals? They're Former President Shehu Shagari and current President Goodluck Jonathan. |
