I am writing this with a painful and sad mind, after trying to digest it, i just keep vomiting it, because it is unbelievable that my Just wedded sister is gone. Please doctors in the house, i need you help to understand this.. Last year October, my elder sis married, we were all happy because she is a good person, and really take good care of our parents while we were absent (the rest children). Fast forward, early this year, i heard my elder sister was pregnant, what a joyful news abi? ok, last 3 weeks i was called that she was sick, so i thought its due to the pregnancy that no big deal. Later on, i called her husband and he explained that my elder sister is urinating blood, and they are passing blood into her body as well, and doctors said she had bladder infections, but they cannot treat her because of her pregnancy. I was furious that if she cannot bear the pregnancy, they can put the 4-6month baby side tube, since there is money(my parents money oo, they are the one feeding the husband self, because he is just private school teacher with 15k income), but the husband insisted that he want my sister to carry the baby for 7 months, then they can start treating my sister. The painful thing was my own mother was there and she cannot instructed the doctors to start treating my sister, since she will have another more babies, the doctors said the husband has the final say on it. When the pain was unbearable to my sister again, she started crying that she want to live, that they should operate her and carry the baby out, finally, the husband accepted and the operation was carried out successful. To our dismay, 9hrs later, she was confirmed dead. I cannot type much, so my question is this can bladder infection leads to death? can my sister death be averted if the operation was perform from the onset? Also can i blame the husband? because this marriage never up to 1year. |
Be Water Wise Keep your kidneys healthy by being “water wise.” This means drinking the right amount of water for you. A common misconception is that everyone should drink eight glasses of water per day, but since everyone is different, daily water needs will vary by person. How much water you need is based on differences in age, climate, exercise intensity, as well as states of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and illness. About 60-70% of your body weight is made up of water, and every part of your body needs it to function properly. Water helps the kidneys remove wastes from your blood in the form of urine. Water also helps keep your blood vessels open so that blood can travel freely to your kidneys, and deliver essential nutrients to them. But if you become dehydrated, then it is more difficult for this delivery system to work. Mild dehydration can make you feel tired, and can impair normal bodily functions. Severe dehydration can lead to kidney damage, so it is important to drink enough when you work or exercise very hard, and especially in warm and humid weather. Tips to help you water wise Eight is great, but not set in stone. The Institute of Medicine has estimated that men need approximately 13 cups (3 liters) of fluid daily, and that women need approximately 9 cups (2.2 liters) of fluid daily. Less is more if you have kidney failure (a.k.a. end stage kidney disease). When the kidneys fail, people don’t excrete enough water, if any at all. For those who are receiving dialysis treatment, water must actually be greatly restricted. It’s possible to drink too much water. Though it is not very common for this to happen in the average person, endurance athletes like marathoners may drink large amounts of water and thereby dilute the sodium level in their blood, resulting in a dangerous condition called hyponatremia. Your urine can reveal a lot. For the average person, “water wise” means drinking enough water or other healthy fluids, such as unsweetened juice or low fat milk to quench thirst and to keep your urine light yellow or colorless. When your urine is dark yellow, this indicates that you are dehydrated. You should be making about 1.5 liters of urine daily (about 6 cups). H2O helps prevent kidney stones and UTIs. Kidney stones and urinary tract infections (UTIs) are two common medical conditions that can hurt the kidneys, and for which good hydration is essential. Kidney stones form less easily when there is sufficient water available to prevent stone-forming crystals from sticking together. Water helps dissolve the antibiotics used to treat urinary tract infections, making them more effective. Drinking enough water also helps produce more urine, which helps to flush out infection-causing bacteria. Remember….when “water wise,” healthy kidneys are the prize Have a nice weeked

What symptoms Are You having? I believe you are doing Fine? I want to remind you that kidney stone forms when too much of certain minerals in your body accumulate in your urine. When you aren’t well hydrated, your urine becomes more concentrated with higher levels of certain minerals. When mineral levels are higher, it’s more likely that a kidney stone will form. About 1 out of every 11 people in the Nigeria will get a kidney stone. Stones are more common in men, people who are obese, and those who have diabetes. Here are signs and symptoms that you may have kidney stones. Pain in the back, belly, or side Kidney stone pain — also known as renal colic — is one of the most severe types of pain imaginable. Some people who’ve experienced kidney stones compare the pain to childbirth or getting stabbed with a knife. The pain is intense enough to account for more than 1 million visits to emergency rooms each year. Usually the pain starts when a stone moves into the narrow ureter. This causes a blockage, which makes pressure build up in the kidney. The pressure activates nerve fibers that transmit pain signals to the brain. Kidney stone pain often starts suddenly. As the stone moves, the pain changes location and intensity. Pain often comes and goes in waves, which is made worse by the ureters contracting as they try to push the stone out. Each wave may last for a few minutes, disappear, and then come back again. You’ll feel the pain along your side and back, below your ribs. It may radiate to your belly and groin area as the stone moves down through your urinary tract. Large stones can be more painful than small ones, but the severity of pain doesn’t necessarily relate to the size of the stone. Even a little stone can be painful as it moves or causes a blockage. Pain or burning during urination Once the stone reaches the junction between the ureter and bladder, you’ll start to feel pain when you urinate. Your doctor might call this dysuria. The pain can feel sharp or burning. If you don’t know you have a kidney stone, you might mistake it for a urinary tract infection. Sometimes you can have an infection along with the stone. Urgent need to go Needing to go to the bathroom more urgently or frequently than usual is another sign that the stone has moved into the lower part of your urinary tract. You may find yourself running to the bathroom, or needing to go constantly throughout the day and night. Blood in the urine Blood in the urine is a common symptom in people with urinary tract stones. This symptom is also called hematuria. The blood can be red, pink, or brown. Sometimes the blood cells are too small to see without a microscope (called microscopic hematuria), Cloudy or smelly urine Healthy urine is clear and doesn’t have a strong odor. Cloudy or foul-smelling urine could be a sign of an infection in your kidneys or another part of your urinary tract. One study found that about 8 percent of people with acute kidney stones had a urinary tract infection. Cloudiness is a sign of pus in the urine, or pyuria. The smell can come from the bacteria that cause urinary tract infections. An odor may also come from urine that’s more concentrated than normal. |

Hello once again, i believe you must have asked your doctors or wondering in your mind that Why me? why kidney stones?. Well you should not be too worry or sad because Kidney stones often have no definite, single cause, although several factors may increase your risk. here are the factors that may caused or increase your risk Family or Personal history: If someone in your family has kidney stones, you're more likely to develop stones, too. And if you've already had one or more kidney stones, you're at increased risk of developing another. Dehydration: Not drinking enough water each day can increase your risk of kidney stones. People who live in warm climates and those who sweat a lot may be at higher risk than others. Certain diets: Eating a diet that's high in protein, sodium (salt) and sugar may increase your risk of some types of kidney stones. This is especially true with a high-sodium diet. Too much salt in your diet increases the amount of calcium your kidneys must filter and significantly increases your risk of kidney stones. Being obese: High body mass index (BMI), large waist size and weight gain have been linked to an increased risk of kidney stones. Digestive diseases and surgery. Gastric bypass surgery, inflammatory bowel disease or chronic diarrhea can cause changes in the digestive process that affect your absorption of calcium and water, increasing the levels of stone-forming substances in your urine. Other medical conditions: Diseases and conditions that may increase your risk of kidney stones include renal tubular acidosis, cystinuria, hyperparathyroidism, certain medications and some urinary tract infections. I know believe that i have answer that questions in your mind.. Feel free to relate and ask me any questions Bes Regards! Makinde Health Educator & Researcher, +2348064529966

Papyk:I once asked my self, how can you be going to church everyday in the morning and night, attend prayer meetings, Bible study, choir practice, evangelism etc, and get enough income to sustain your family. the worst is that the Church that is taking almost your time will still be demanding money from you for church projects, ranging from chairs, Cement, blocks, AC, sound system etc, not minding whether you can even feed your family on daily basis. I stope going to one Redeem church when the pastor said we are to bug chairs to church according to number of your family members. If you are 4, plus new born baby, you will buy five chairs. I now asked myself that what of the tithe and offering ? what are they using the money for? |

Ventricular fibrillation: This type of abnormal rhythm can stop the heart from beating and cause cardiac arrest. It occurs in the ventricles, where blood unable to pump out of your heart to the body and brain, due to the irregular heartbeat. What are the symptoms of abnormal heart rhythms? If you have an abnormal heart rhythm you may experience some or all of these symptoms: feeling faint, dizzy, or light-headed shortness of breath irregular pulse or heart palpitations chest pain pale skin sweating What causes abnormal heart rhythms? A number of things may cause an abnormal heartbeat, including high blood pressure. Other common causes are: Coronary heart disease This serious heart problem occurs when cholesterol and other deposits block the coronary arteries. How Do Hypertension Medications Affect Sexuality? Morning, How was your night? You must have experience or hear from your doctor that Hypertension leads to many complications ranging from 1. Heart attacks 2. Stroke 3. Heart failure 4. Diabetes 5. Atherosclerosis 6. Kidney diseases 7. Eye diseases 8. Erectile Dysfunction Let understand that high blood pressure damages the lining of blood vessels and causes arteries to harden and narrow (atherosclerosis), limiting blood flow. This means less blood is able to flow to your penis. For some men, the decreased blood flow makes it difficult to achieve and maintain erections. Whether you're a man or a woman, high blood pressure can definitely put a damper on your sex life. Among men, high blood pressure can cause erection problems by slowing the supply of blood to the penis. A survey of 104 men with hypertension, published in the October 2016 issue of The Journal of Urology, found that the vast majority 71 patients had some form of erectile dysfunction. For 47 men nearly half the problem was severe. In recent years, researchers have begun to understand that high blood pressure also takes a toll on female sexuality. A study of 640 women, published in the June 2016 issue of The American Journal of Hypertension, found that the women with hypertension were significantly more likely than others to suffer pain during intercourse. They also were more likely to have decreased vaginal lubrication and trouble reaching orgasm. In an unfortunate twist, many drugs that are good for your heart can be hard on your sex life. According to the Mayo Clinic, many diuretics and beta blockers (two very popular classes of blood pressure medicine) can cause erectile problems in men. Also it's usually unsafe to take erectile dysfunction drugs (Viagra, Levitra, Cialis) with high blood pressure medication, don't take them with nitrates, this can cause a life threatening drop in blood pressure. Therefore it is pertinent to Cure your cure high blood pressure to have ultimate desired life through our natural supplement, that contain nutrients, vitamins, and enzymes that cannot be found in our daily meal, and it has no side effects unlike conventional drugs. A try will not harm you. Live Heathy And Stay Healthy Your Friend Makinde 08064529966 |

Racing pulse or heart palpitations Good day, i believe you are having a nice day. It being long that you receive my newsletters, it was due to system upgrade. I will like to discuss this very symptom with you today. Let brush through our memory lane. A heart palpitation is the sensation that your heart has skipped a beat or added an extra beat. It may feel like your heart is racing, pounding, or fluttering. You may become overly aware of your heartbeat. This sensation can also be felt in the neck, throat, or chest. It’s also possible that your heart rhythm can change during the palpitations. Most heart palpitations are harmless and resolve on their own without treatment. But in rare cases, heart palpitations can indicate a serious condition. We should know that palpitations is one of the symptoms of Pulmonary hypertension. What is Pulmonary hypertension? Pulmonary hypertension is a type of high blood pressure that affects the arteries in your lungs and the right side of your heart. In one form of pulmonary hypertension, tiny arteries in your lungs, called pulmonary arterioles, and capillaries become narrowed, blocked or destroyed. This makes it harder for blood to flow through your lungs, and raises pressure within your lungs' arteries. Symptoms The signs and symptoms of pulmonary hypertension in its early stages might not be noticeable for months or even years. As the disease progresses, symptoms become worse. Pulmonary hypertension symptoms include: Shortness of breath (dyspnea), initially while exercising and eventually while at rest Fatigue Dizziness or fainting spells (syncope) Chest pressure or pain Swelling (edema) in your ankles, legs and eventually in your abdomen (ascites) Bluish color to your lips and skin (cyanosis) Racing pulse or heart palpitations Causes Your heart has two upper chambers (atria) and two lower chambers (ventricles). Each time blood passes through your heart, the lower right chamber (right ventricle) pumps blood to your lungs through a large blood vessel (pulmonary artery). In your lungs, the blood releases carbon dioxide and picks up oxygen. The oxygen-rich blood then flows through blood vessels in your lungs (pulmonary arteries, capillaries and veins) to the left side of your heart. Ordinarily, the blood flows easily through the vessels in your lungs, so blood pressure is usually much lower in your lungs. With pulmonary hypertension, the rise in blood pressure is caused by changes in the cells that line your pulmonary arteries. These changes can cause the walls of the arteries to become stiff and thick, and extra tissue may form. The blood vessels may also become inflamed and tight. These changes in the pulmonary arteries can reduce or block blood flow through the blood vessels. This makes it harder for blood to flow, raising the blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries. This discussion will continue.... Thanks for reading... Best Regards Makinde Health Educator & Researcher, +2348064529966 |

Thanks as always for being a valued subscriber and reader, may new things come before us this new month. To day email is to lay emphasize on deadly symptoms out of other symptoms of Hypertension. I called this symptom deadly because it often ignored or treated with levity hands. Its better to understand that high blood pressure (hypertension)is a common disease condition in which the blood flowing through the arteries exerts high pressure on the walls of the artery resulting in certain health issues. An individual can suffer from High Blood Pressure for several years without having any symptoms but this condition always does some kind of damage to the arteries and the heart. If left untreated and uncontrolled it can lead to serious consequences like a heart attack or stroke. Nosebleeds is quite a frightening experience, although some are not serious in any way. They are divided into two parts which is the anterior when the bleeding is from the front of the nose and posterior when the bleeding is from the back of the nose. One of the causes of nosebleed is the inability of the blood to clot. This inability of the blood to clot is mainly seen in people who are on blood thinners like coumadin or aspirin which are normally given to people who have narrowed arteries resulting in reduced blood flow to the parts of the body. Certain liver diseases also affect the clotting of blood. Studies have also shown that uncontrolled hypertension or high blood pressure can also cause nosebleeds as they affect the arteries adversely damaging them resulting in use of blood thinners and hence affecting the ability of the blood to clot causing nosebleeds. Advise In today`s stressful world nearly everyone suffers from High Blood Pressure or hypertension and it is easily detected and hence it is important to stay fit and keep the stress at a minimal level to control the blood pressure. Get your HBP Pack 3in1 to eliminate that complications (Heart Attack and Stroke) that forever condition human life. Once again Happy New Month.....
