There are things money can’t buy, even the common things... |
2023 political moves loading... |
And the administration isn’t working? Say NO to thieves. Though some might linger, they know better that the new sheriff is on a mission. 4+4 yato si sell Nigeria to friends. |
naijapips04:You can make your point absent insults and name calling. All the best champ! |
sharpden:Oga OP, the video doesn’t match your headline.APC might not be our best option but here is fake news which can’t be backed up. |
So this mind set ruled the representation of the black race for 16 years? Ogun be praised! |
Here is a long one o, try endure, might be worth your time. The Lessons of failure in entrepreneurial engagements have thought me a lot, some which relate to this topic I will share. You can't blame a lady for seeking "certainty" for its opposite. Some have been brought up in structured salaried families, and know no better. Another set can't accommodate the thoughts of lack as they can't bear its consequences, hence, salary husband. Others ascribe a reference to a big company as status enhancement for their families, who are they to be blamed? To mention a few, now let's dig deeper. Some women(mothers especially), don't believe their sons have yet gathered prequisite experience to manage a business as they perceive us as immature irrespective of age. After feeding from their bodies for so long, who can blame them? Not me. We are in the now now generation where marriageable ladies want it all from the word go. No be all of us be payday, oh sorry, paddy adenuga. On a personal note, I begun my journey at 18, designing websites and coding. We got some big companies to work with as the service was rare and expensive at the time and yes my cousin and I made good returns. As our culture will have it, had to drop it all for higher education. Geographic location of studies killed the business. At 22, had to complete professionals for three years which I was able to do, thank God--in record time. Once my instincts set in, I setout again, combining IT with finance. All hell broke loose, heard all sorts, you need experience, how old are you, you can't, do you know sharks will eat you--whilst all these are part of the journey, I was frustrated out of my dream, ended up working for salary for another 3 years. In the process, I found I couldn't keep a job for longer than 6 months. They were boring and monotonous, had to follow that dream still. In the process of this job in job out, my then GF couldn't get it, to her I was wild and mad. In her mind I was a squandered of rare opportunities. Guessed right, she dropped my visionary ass. LOL. Fast forward to now, I am managing partner of a firm of 25 direct and indirect man strength firm, helping other organizations archive their business goals. To my joy ,vindication and testimony of Gods fulfillment of promises,I recently got a consulting Job at an arm of the UN in New York. Na me be this? I am involved directly and indirectly in over 9 businesses in some countries across industries and life is looking up. In conclusion, it's been hard, going out there to create something from nothing and the experience has been all worth it. Have got flexible work hours at times, and other times mostly busy--but that's the drill. All I can share is that if you believe strongly enough, first they will see you as mad, next could he be mad and lastly it's us who were Mad. I don't blame our ladies, their propensity for risk isn't as ours, they plan moment to the next, a great capacity God gave them. If you have a difficult one, continue to communicate and more importantly, show results! All the best guys in 2016. A new height awaits. |
Goodyshoes:Whether dictatocracy or militocracy, we have the president with the best temprament in charge. Ask Russia, did Putin not reposition the nation by being firm? Long live PMB. May the almighty give you the grace to follow through. |
From the view of empirical evidence as stated your points are valid, however, it does not really affect the real Nigerians who are impoverished live a subsistence based existence. In my view it's a sound policy aimed at Nigeria's core interests. It's the policies which follow as regards Budgetary and policy implementation which needs focus and critics fierce input. If I can't do holiday in London, NY or Dubai. May peace reign in my calabar, abeokuta etc. for the record, the CBN still allows bidding for school fees and upkeep. Some will be worse off, but it's for our long term Good as a nation. |
If David mark has used any mioney belonging to Nigerians as part of buying the rice May the God of 180m Nigerians kill him. |
This is FADA Christmas not Santa Claus |
MizMyColi:You will be a bad sales Rep if you were one. You made cryptic sence till you mentioned that acronym. I wish you happy Repping |
My question is when he chews it, does he throw the waste on the floor? |
I suspect the source of wealth. |
Joevics:Don't panic my dear brother, we still have about 1300 days to assess this administration. Your view is valid, but then you don't accuse a laundry wash man of sluggishness until clothes have dried and yes ironed. Hang in my friend. A greater Nigeria awaits us all. #goslowrightdirection |
Elitist people with all their prominent academia and knowledge elected a person like this to be their elective leader? Some facts beat logic. |
You are the Nigerian after Gods own heart. Your positivity is addictive. Love this Keneking: |
omogin:It's a strategic move. What competence exists within our judiciary arm to effect the war against corruption we all seek. |
omolami:And in less than 4 months electricity has improved, national image has a boost, foreign reserves increasing. Custom boss resigns voluntarily, cost of running MDA's reduces, bail out for states. I definitely don't know what your definition of civilized could mean. |
DonXavi:English is what you read in news papers boss. When information about the governments next moves falls in the hands of those who have messed up, this is the type of response they get. Here is their first step, and their next three has been conquered. Watch this space. |
its sad your superior brain can't acknowledge administration is far from technical competence. You don't study to be a leader, you develop the attributes. chuna1985: |
chuna1985:First, you need to be a lawyer to have access to NBA leadership. Is custom studies thought in university? |
Whilst the view and opinions of the writer is valid, ild beg to disagree. There are times organizations need an outsider who owes no favors to the existing cadre come in to implement a change strategy. The customs as it were are next deep in corruption which has been for over decades. An internal person can't do a good job towards improving lives of us Nigerians. Where it's said that The service is respected globally makes me cringe. What are the clearing times in Nigeria compared to what holds globally. When you take a financial analytical view, you will know that if 70pc of local consumption is imported, then next to our oil exports, Customs should be our second highest revenue generating unit. Managing the customs effectively will not only generate revenue but also protect Nigerian businesses by stopping illegal and substandard imports which NAFDAC has to spend our billions in budget to curb. We are making forwards like never before. Let's come together to support the current administration towards a new Nigeria we can be proud of. |
This is simply corruption fighting back. If the allegations were when Lamorde was head of operations, under this same PDP, why is this coming to light now? It's simply a ploy to discredit the anti-graft agency and weaken the current administrations anti-corruption momentum. What shame. Who said it was going to be easy to fix 16 years of PDP madness. May God Give our president the wisdom and energy to handle moments like this. |
glassjar1:Lol at Biafra! Bear in mind cessation requires international allies. And guess what friend! OIL IS AT THE CHEAPEST IN YEARS. So warm up and brace up. Besides, the arms illegally imported by the SS militants can't match what the Armed Forces have been left with. Book Haram hasn't weakened the cadres of the ground forces. More artillery is on the way. I am sure you have a visa. Be careful bro. Inciting Violence in thought and speech is bad enough, try action. #oilornot #onenigeria |
Immanueladebol:Perhaps your don't understand the action/inaction cum consequence paradigm |
Who we go come marry as each type described is a characteristic. Some of these points are reasonable. If any guy follows your view, they will end up gay! |
kaycid77:Point of correction, IOC's nominated him. The president has powers to choose otherwise. Whether west or east, may what's right be done for all and sundry. Ogun be praised!!! |
I am pleased that for once the ohaneze can stop playing the tribal card and secondly, he is a technocrat coming from outside the structure of NNPC. Talk about #goingslowrightdirection Another proud moment to be naija. Ogun be praised!!! |
KOWA will be a more credible opposition party. PDP has lost on all grounds to question even anini on the tennents of corruption. Window dressing party worried about where the tree will fall. They have failed to control the legislature through their mudslinging and blatant disregard for the rule of law. If even Nuhu Ribadu can be silent based on the platform he supports, it's only evident he is ashamed of his guilt by association with dirty rogues, cheats and liars. 2 months and mouth don change. #100days in office and prison go full. Oteh who didn't play ball has been absorbed by the WB. Akiwumni AFFB. Waiting for that new Nigeria in my nearest lifetime. For those who don't have light and can't buy fuel without que and yet support PDP, then Africa Magic Yoruba is real! #goslowrightdirection |
PassingShot:Well said Sir/Ma In the area of communicating intentions to the letter, I beg to disagree. The existent cadre of public servants need deep and thorough overhauling. Cards close to chest is the right strategy to play. Patience is a virtue. Years of disconnect amongst constituents of our systems deserve more than a fire brigade approach. We shall get there, a step a moment in time... A new Nigeria awaits the unborn. #Newnigeria #pocoapoco |
