A busy businessman sent other people to represent him at Business Conferences. But one representative was too nervous to think clearly, another was lazy, and so on. Their misrepresentation caused the businessman endless grief. Dismissing them, he re-presented himself on future occasions. Likewise, you must not let acquired habits misrepresent you. Represent yourself. Let your real nature be present. It handles every challenge perfectly.' |

MudRaker: Another Muslim liar with his lies.
The alphabet and numerals from the English language were gotten from greek roman as well as Hindu Sanskrit.
Stop spreading your lies.
By the way, Allah is not the same as that worshipped by the Jews orChristians. That is why the people of the book rejected your pagan doctrine in the first place which then made your fake prophet order in his death bed for you to kill all the Jews and Christians.
Abi I lie?
What little military or technological advantage you guys claim came from the Persians, Hindus and Europe.
How do you explain how a tent dwelling goat rearing backward illiterate people in one of the most hostile and desolate corners of the world became the cradle of western civilization.
Muslims and their lies. Hello!, the White man called them Arabic numerals not I. Check for "Arabic numerals" if you have any good dictionary. And let's stay only with why the Arabic inscription are on there, not who's a goat or not. |

MudRaker: Why is there an Arabic inscription with a Muslim god inscribed on the logo of the Nigerian army?
That is the question.
Stick to the damn topic or Gtfo! The numerals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. are also called Arabic numerals by your slave masters. They were borrowed when the Roman numerals I, II, III, IV, V, etc. couldn't subscribe to complex mathematical computations. If you're concerned you should also campaign for the return to the Roman numerals, as the ones in use now are Arabic. Problem with most of you is you can't differentiate between Arabic and Islam. Arabic is a language like Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, English, German, Russian, etc., while Islam is a religion like Christianity, Judaism, etc. What does it add to the economy or Islam that Arabic is inscribed there. |

It will be recalled that prior to the 2011 presidential election Buhari made it clear that he will not contest again; warning Nigerians of the danger of missing his sterling qualities of integrity, anti-corruption and cleansing of the Augean stable if they allow election riggers to steal their votes. Mr. Ikengawo, for the same reason you said you were leaving Nl but returned. I recalled clearly sometimes back when you said you were retiring from Nairaland politics section. Sincere9gerian: Buhari and his online dogs are shameless liars. Besides, can a minister claim a project when he just there doing the biding of his boss? Can any of GEJ ministers claim any project under this administration? The question should have been what are the legacies of Buhari in the 2 years that he was maximum ruler? Even if. 2 years is too short to start and finish or complete ongoing projects, which landmark projects did he even start or complete? 1.Corrupt people disguised as women and ran away from the country. 2. Corrupt people were hunted down to wherever they ran. Umaru Dikko was put in a crate in London bound for Nigeria. 3. Corruption was so bad that some politicians got sentences above 100 years. By Nigeria life expectancy of about 49 years, it means they'll have to spend the other 50+ years in their graves. 4. Nigerians walked with pride. When Britain grounded Nigeria's plane, Bihari grounded theirs and dared them to do their worst. 5. Bihari started oil exploration in the Chad Basin even before Niger and Chad republics' were heard of. Now these countries are producing oil from their side of the basin, possibly drawing from Nigeria's pool, since geology knows no artificial boundaries. Etc. Etc. |

Kenai: Stop spewing CRAP and spare us your essay.
The refineries were NOT awarded by Buhari, and he did not see them to the end. When the second refinery was awarded, Buhari was still a governor. When the refinery was completed, he was just assuming office, so how can he take credit for that? Have you no shame? The third one was completed under Obasanjo's watch, and it was long after Buhari had LEFT.
Why are you people this shameless? Were you loudmouths not the same ones trying to downplay GEJ's great strides in our railways (because according to the majority of the APC thugs, it was signed under Yar'Adua's tenure)? So, why should Buhari take credit for projects he did not sign into existence?
What is good for the goose is good for the gander.
BUHARI HAS NO LEGACY PROJECTS TO HIS NAME! Swallow that pill. There's no railway in Nigeria now, if you had known what railway was. |

GBTYO: You have no comon sense in that empty skull case you call a head.
The author of the OP's original post stated clearly that his reception at Buhari's house was by 2 security guards. He stated clearly that he showed up to the General's house and was granted immediate access without any scuffles.
That is the basis of my argument.
Go and read my first post here and try and comprehend what I wrote. It was also stated they were aware that he was coming. Still using your experience to generalize. Just state that you were surprised at the ease of the accessibility. It's not really a function of who is guarding you but your outlook or policies. Even you, without any security paraphernalia can be accessible or inaccessible. |

GBTYO: I HAPPEN TO BE AROUND THE FARM AND NOTICED THE SOLDIERS.
I did not go to the farm or had any intention of going there. I merely stated what I observed around the entrance of the farm.
So your attack on me based on one single sentence where I tried to state that past head of state are guarded by Military units and not civilian security guards is RUBISH. Then don't use that as a yardstick that others can't see or have access to them. |

GBTYO: Too many details without any real content makes this a fabricated tale.
Anytime you hear some person on the TV being interviewed by the news about a news worthy incidence he or she witnessed, if they dabble into too many unnecessary details then chances are they are lying.
This is one of them.
I can pick holes in this write up that will make the OP delete the original post and run away from NL for life.
For example:
2. The author then decides to give Buhari a try and is met by 2 security guards who quickly usher him into Buhari's house. Buhari as a former head of state and retired general is guarded 24/7 by Military units. I happen to have been around Otta farm during Abacha regime before OBJ was incarcerated, there were soldiers manning the gates.
Keep churning all this gibberish nonsense. Why wasn't this new twist of an open arms general not used in the last election.
rubbish Sometimes you need others to help you, especially if you don't have any clout. I happen to be inside Otta Farm, in fact at a waiting room, and nearly met OBJ while he was President. How did I do that? I attach myself to somebody who knows OBJ and is known by people around OBJ. | So your experience of being driven away from OBJ's fence shouldn't be a yardstick for measuring how others will be treated. Don't do it on your own. Attach yourself, get a referral, ask for help, write, call, volunteer to serve in a cause these people are interested in, be a friend, or .... |

Curlieweed: Thank you, my sister. The clown wants us to become mind readers and discern the reason for his discriminatory treatment of supposed compatriots.
If you keep a VP in prison for no reason but keep the president under comfortable house arrest. Is it because of their faith or ethnicity?
If you keep 78% of PTF projects in the North and only about 22% in the south. Are you discriminating because of faith or because of ethnicity? If you ask the federal government to stop fighting BH terrorists but pay them money instead, are you motivated by faith or ethnicity?
In all these cases, we don't know and neither do we care. You're just a side show. And you think that was based on faith? Curlierweed you were not like this! You are becoming hostile. What would Umaru Dikko, who was put in a crate say? What would those who were sentenced 100+ years say? |
