The fsh is high.if u had included the range, interpretation would have been easier. If u read fvine's post I know she states, a value of 6 and below indicates good ovarian reserve and good response to ovulation stimulation. I think 6 to 9 is good as well but above 10 to 12 indicates poor ovarian reserve and ovaries might not respond excellently to stimulation. Diet change is key also know inositol to good quality eggs is usually recommended.

I didn't do the LH own cos of cash restraints and I also felt the FSH would be enough for the interpretation. Didn't know it wouldn't.

Try cutting down on sugar, and taking lemon with warm water or vinegar with warm, on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
I sincerely believe it can help cut down on the spill, cos it will make your body more alkanizied, and fluid-friendly.

@op, was there no report about fluid in pouch of douglas?...cos if a follicle ruptures, some fluid in it will gather in the pouch of douglas.

my own case was strange too, tvs on cd 10 was 10mm, thus bd like mad from cd 12 to cd18, tvs cd 19 showed follicle 20mm!,{n dh was out of town] wch didnt make any sense, so dh had to change his plans again, n bd from cd 22 to cd 24 again, dont really know whats going on, anyway they said a cycle length of 21 to 35 days is ok.....am guess am gonna hv a really long cycle this time, fingers crossed

Guess it means you ovulated at about cd13 or cd14. Just before the second scan.
Cos the egg increases in size with about 3mm everyday.

You know You are ttc when, you choose to take the the fall or ignore all quarrel with dh during O, so you can kpekus.
You know you are ttc, when you get distracted in church counting all the preggy women that came to church.
You know you are ttc when you avoid going home/villa, visiting old friends or going for social events where you may meet people you know, for fear of people asking you 'How far'?

So, I have been partially mia, not participating fully, but eagerly reads every posts and comments. Hmmm, my sisters, na work ooo and ttc stress, but its well. May una no vex. I have decided to take life jeje, avoid stress, too much wahala, over sabi, or even quarrel. After all, who e epp? What I know is that my Jehovah Over do, will do it in His mysterious way.
I want to share something I have been trying. Dont know who it may help.
If you have recurrent infections or you are trying to loose weight, or pcos (I think) try using ACV with warm water on an empty stomach(@least 45 mins before meals)
Ok, I have a left over ACV from a weightloss package I bought around 6 months ago,which I didn't complete. It had stayed on my shelf, so I decided to use it instead of allowing it waste.
I started Acv in warm water on empty stomach @ least 4-5 times every week.
More of proteinous meals (beans, moimoi, eggs, very little garri qty, more of veg soup)
Potion reduction (but eat quail eggs anytime I feel hungry)
Try to eat dinner between 4-7pm. I drink green tea or lipton without sugat and cream If I feel hungry afterwards.
(But I dey chop groundnut wella sha oo)
So l have lost about 5kg in about 1-2 months, then went for a routine HVS, they did not find any form of bacteria growth. Then Ewcm, na helele. Its so stretchy and lasts for days.
So I think acv may be worth a try.

I was once prescribed clomid and bromocriptine for, in the same cycle.
Though metformin was not prescribed.
So, I think clomid can go with bromo. But pls work with your dr, cos clomid is not a drug one takes blindly.
It can cause more harm in the process of doing good.

Doctors says 2 n 3 is the best day especially is your cycle is 26 or 27 days...I did mine last week @Image and they say after day 3 I shd not come again.. I will get my result tomorrow and perform Hsg too.....Baby dust to us....

I know Shepherd is new.....so they may likely have new equipments.for their medical personnel, no idea.though heard someone mention their name n comparing with lily . someone is almost due for delivery .one of us here.she did at lily at her first trial.

The fact they are new doesn't mean they are inefficient. Things to consider are

1.how professional where they in their research as in investigation before they concluded u need ICSI.i now u are knowledgeable in that area

2.are the doctors calm,have listening ears,friendly, NOT MONEY CONSCIOUS

3 . Environmental Factor as in organise,did u see patients around coming to investigate or have started their procedures

4.is a team that does the procedure, do they have special team for it or do they invite people down

5.how about their staff strength n attitude

6. You can ask for a honest success rate from their matron or doctor

7. Also honest answers from people that have used them, when next u go try and engage in a discussion n ask for opinion.

8.pray n ask God for direction. ..,,it doesn't matter who or where. GOD can use any one to bless u.


lily charges 750k during promo n success rate is quite high. I pray u get pregnant naturally before January otherwise I will suggest u take advantage of the promo.just my thought

@ Mamakendra, well when I was using Continental I always went for the ovulation test on count day 12 because my cycle is usually 26 days. I always got a positive. I think she should inform him about her cycle days so that he can work with that.

He always asked me to come for the test on cd14, despite telling him that I have a 25/26 days cycle. And I never had a positive.

Another thing to expect is that he asks every of his patients to come for opk ovulation testing on day 14, irrespective of if your cycle is short or long, for 500 naira. (I come tire . It was never positive,as my cycle is also 25/26 days,)
I dont know if he still does it like that now. But if its still same, just buy the cheap opk pack of about 5 sticks, for about 1k, and start testing at home from cd 9/10, rather than going on cd 14, to waste 500 naira and waste plenty time.
